Pascarellas is the best towing in Syracuse. Extremely kind and patient, and they have very fair prices. Theyve helped me out twice now and both times they offered advice and were friendly and efficient.

Joe came out to try and jump start my wife’s van but after realizing the battery was completely dead he towed it to our house. He was very patient and helpful in explaining what the problem was as well as understanding how everything worked. This company totally saved me a headache when my car key managed to disappear. The operator was able to get my car out of an extremely tough parking space and get it to the dealership all within an hour of calling. I called to get my car towed. It wouldnt start because of a faulty electrical issue, but the driver (Jim) was able to get my car on the truck quick and easy. Not even 15 minutes later they showed up after calling. I was expecting it to take way longer than they actually took to show up! Great service, the driver that came was friendly and helpful. I would highly reccomend this service to anyone.

Richard came quickly to the rescue! If the day couldnt have gotten any worse, Richard made it better quickly. Discovered a dead battery after my daughters doctors appointment and was in an open parking lot with it quickly getting dark. Any other place was about an hour eta, but Richard was there in about 15 minutes. If it wasnt for everyone needing to social distance because of Covid, I would have given this man a gigantic hug!

The front right tire blew out on our Budget rental car while driving on 81 in North Syracuse and so we called Budget for roadside assistance. We were on hold for 45 minutes and then the customer service person took another hour to process the request. In the end, they called Pascarellas to pick us up and said it would be an hour. But Pascarellas did them one better and picked us up in 20 minutes. The guy was friendly and inspected the car,hooked it up and then towed it to Budget and dropped us off at a circle K so we could call a Lyft. Chloe was stellar in how she handled us - by the time we were speaking, we were exhausted and angry at how inept Budget had handled the whole thing but she was super cool, patient, and best of all, gave info in a direct pleasant manner that helped us be less stressed. Budget also told us that we couldnt ride with the tow truck (and wouldnt provide an alternative option for how we were going to get off the highway) but Pascarellas was adamant that they werent going to leave us behind. So thanks Pascarellas!! Because of you we didnt have to walk along a four lane highway to try to find somewhere a cab would pick us up!!

I absolutely cannot recommend Pascarellas enough! If theres a hiccup, they will do everything they can to help and make it right. Ive used their service twice and both times theyve treated me like they valued me as a customer (I know that sounds hecka cliche but its actually true in this case, I swear).Its never fun to need a tow, but if the need arises, go with these folks! 🙂

Got our car stuck on a freeway with a busted tire in the middle of Syracuse. Pascarella responded quicker than every local towing service and even faster than the cops. The driver worked to find us the best tire shop and provided us with wonderful service at a price that was unbeatable. If your car gets busted like ours this is the number to call.

Could not get my car started after a cold snap and I am new to the Syracuse area. Randomly picked Pascarellas after a Google search. The dispatch was very polite and the tow truck arrived within 20 minutes. The driver was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He was quick to figure out the problem was not my battery and had my vehicle on the tow truck in no time. Wifes car broke down. Gave these guys a call and they were their within 20 minutes. Tow operator was incredibly nice and was literally minutes from the end of his shift but chose to come and get us anyway. Would highly recommend to anyone and will call on them for all my towing needs

My son and I were out shopping, and my son accidentally locked his keys in his car. We had groceries in the car. My son called Pascarella’s Towing, and spoke with an extremely friendly and kind woman. She told my son that someone would come assist us in about a half hour. The guy showed up in about 15 minutes, and had my son’s car door open within a minute or two! I am extremely pleased with Pascarella’s Towing! I would highly recommend this towing company. My car was stuck in the mud, in a horrible place. The tow truck came out saw where the car was and kept driving. I called the company and asked where the truck was they said he decided against attempting to help b/c they didnt have enough cable. 5 min later the truck pulls up and cursing under his breath and reluctantly, he attempts a half hearted attempt to get to my car. His truck begins to slip in the mud so he calls for help in which he is pulled out and they both leave. WOW. Didnt even offer another alternative just took off.

Waited for more than a hour with no response from dispatch. They were roadside assistance for Liberty Mutual and didnt like the area I broke down in, so subsequently I had to wait for over an hour plus.

This service was outstanding. We had an interesting scenario. I called for a tow because my muffler broke and was unsure of drivability with couple things dragging. Chuck, the driver, shows up ahead of schedule and assessed it and said we could drive it to our final location if we need but doesn’t hurt to tow. Was getting ready to tow that as I get in sisters car to pick me up and we turn her car on and the car starts smoking (radiator).Chuck was able to help us and get the muffler zip tied up while I call insurance to tow the other car! This was the best experience I have and I give all the credit to Chuck the driver and the management team. Absolutely terrible scenario that Chuck was able to turn into a much better experience. Would use them and recommend them to anyone that needs a tow!

I have actually had to use these guys twice recently . Once to get unstuck after the snow storm and once when my CV joint broke. They were very professional and efficient at what they did.

The service provider who was sent was rude on the phone and unprofessional on arrival. Did not even confirm the person they were handing the keys to was the vehicle owner.

Had a flat tire, was doing it myself but somehow the tire werent coming off so the tow guy came and I explain to him what happended and he knew exactly what the problem is. Inside was getting rusty and just needed a hammer to smash it from the inside couple times which he did and 2 mins later all fixed, thank you matt (or Dave sorry I forgot your name lol).

Id write less than one star if I could. Flat bed came to tow our truck. He said truck had to be turned, he did not bring any dollies or lifts. Garage next door came over and turned the car. (Literally 5 minutes) In that time the tow truck turned around in the right direction to lift the car. The tow truck driver came over and said he was leaving. We stood there and looked at him as the car was ready to be towed 2 feet from his truck. he said he had been pulled off and told to go to another location. He said the office sent him a text message and he cant get them on the phone and they wont return his text messege. He claimed not to know the phone number or any contact info. I asked him where was he going and he just yelled out, get away from my truck as he stomped the vehicle in reverse and pulled away. We called GM (they had arranged the tow truck) and GM said the driver had left them a message that he (driver) had cancelled the call because it was the end of his day. 4:30 PM And absolutely no exaggeration about less than 5 minutes to get someone and turn that car.The tow truck driver was not waiting if he tries to make that excuse to the owners. He just had something better to do. Probably go to the neighborhood bar. I will never call them and will tell everyone I know never to call them and so on and so on. The whole thing was ludicrous and then that he backed a flatbed tow truck out of a parking lot racing backwards should be criminal.

So grateful for Pascarellas towing! I had an experience where I got out to my car and it would not start. The office manager (Julie) called me back super quick and layed out the plan for me. A driver arrived ahead of schedule to give my car a jump and send me on my way. I really appreciated their quick and professional service.

Absolutely wonderful. I locked myself out of my car the other night after I got out of a 10 hour shift, 20 minutes from home and no way for my fiancé to bring the second set of keys to me. I called AAA, but because I wasnt on my fiancés plan and he wasnt with me, they told be I was up a creek without a paddle. Emergency or no. Called the non-emergency line for the Liverpool police, but they refused to come out and pop my door because they just dont do those kinds of calls anymore. Queue the tears because I think Im going to have to call a cab and leave my car until the morning. I got a hold of Pascarellas, explained the situation to an incredibly kind woman over the phone and they got someone to me ASAP. Told me it would be a half hour, and someone arrived in less than 15 minutes. $50 later, I was on my way home.Incredibly friendly, quick service. They got me out a jam and turned an awful night into a pretty okay one. Hopefully this doesnt happen again, but if it did, I would call these guys.

Do not call these people!!! I think because they tow for they city they think they can do whatever they want.I called them to pick up my disabled vehicle and they quoted me 95 dollars over the phone and I described all the details for the towwhen they arrived with the vehicle the total was 145 ... thats a huge difference but i didnt even dispute that at the time I was just glad to have my car homethen when I gave them my credit card it was expired there was nothing wrong with the card at ALL. I didnt have any other method to pay aka my car was disabled and I couldnt get around (most people i think dont have 150 bucks just sitting around)So with this they TOOK MY CAR as collateral and charged me another tow to bring it back the next day when I brought the same credit card down there and it worked just fine ... the driver John or the office manager who ever she is typed it in wrong. I did only end up getting charged 50 for the second tow but that brought my total to 200 dollars ... thats 2x as much as I was quoted. ... ohh and my car was basically across the street from there shop and I needed it towed less then 3 miles

Truck driver had some of the worst customer service. Said one thing. Then two minutes later told me another and said he couldn’t help in any way and drove off. Was a complete jerk about it.
