Awful, absolutely awful experience. We made a reservation for my wedding four months in advance- contracted and paid. We called to confirm pick up time 3 days prior to my wedding and found out no order was in the system, no records, allegedly the person no longer worked there (not true) and that they couldnt help us get what we ordered. So 3 days before my wedding we had to drive to Rochester to get what we needed last minute. After talking to other customers and vendors- this is a common ploy with this company. They are known for this. They also own Able Smith Tent- avoid them if possible. This nearly wrecked my wedding. And Im sure they will wreck your special event too..

My now husband rented tables chairs and a large tent from this company. The wedding day was Saturday and drop off was Friday. My husband called earlier in the week to get a drop off window. They never answered their phone. He left a message and they never returned it. He called Friday morning and finally got ahold of someone. He asked for a time frame and all they would say was that afternoon. At about 5 pm they still hadnt showed. My husband called again and they changed the time to 8pm. They didnt show until 8:30 and everything came on different trucks. They finally finished drop off at 9:30 and we realized it wasnt even the company we paid. It was a completely different company that set everything up. The tables were gouged and dirty and wet and the chairs were super rusted. My father was sitting in one the following day during our reception and the chair broke from underneath him and he ended up falling onto the concrete floor. When we inspected the chair we figured out the bolts were so rusted they had just snapped. He was OK thankfully but we had a lot of elderly people there who would have broken something if they fell like that onto concrete. The individuals who dropped off were very nice but everything else was terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone and highly advise you take your money elsewhere.

This con artists refuse to refund my sister for her wedding that had to be cancelled due to covid 19, they have stopped taking her calls and refuse to do the right thing! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE CROOKS

We rented chiavari chairs for our wedding, and they looked really nice at the reception. However, the chairs were delivered to the venue late because they had painted them THAT morning of the wedding! Some of our guests got paint on their hands from the chairs because they werent dry. We had placed the order months in advance and confirmed the number of chairs two weeks out, so there was no reason for the last-minute paint job.

I got married at Green Lakes State Park in Fayetteville. Syracuse Tents couldnt have been easier to work with - they are very professional and efficient. Best customer service Ive ever experienced in a long time. 10/10 would rent from them again.

I would recommend to those who is really hunting for party stuff. Awesome deals. Very affordable..

They did great by me, I highly recommend you rent your event supplies from here. Its a nice small business.

Overall, it was a nice experience. The staff was super helpful and kept the party on track. The facility was a little dingy, had a leaking pipe that required a bucket in the middle of the room and one of the bathrooms were out of order.

From their website, they seem to have the most professional company in the area, but they were anything but professional. I requested a quote and got back one run on sentence with. I punctuation. When I called, they asked me to call back in an hour. I did; they didnt answer. I followed up with an email and they responded that my event was too far for a 1 day event, aka not enough money to be worth their time. Its 25 mins away in an area where every Syracuse suburb is 25mins away. Really awful and unprofessional.
