I’ve been going to Sedora for a 3 months now, have done 3 laser hair removal treatments with Brianna and she is amazing, as well as the lasers! The hair regrowth is 70%-80% gone with only 3 treatments! Brianna is super friendly and very knowledgeable, can’t wait to continue to work with her!

I went to Sedora for a deep cleaning facial after multiple failed extractions at home with blackheads/whiteheads around my T zone. The building initially was kinda hard to find but I sort it out by calling them. Upon arrival, no one greeted me and they were mostly chit chatting. The environment was cozy, however the individual room that I was given was rather simple and crude. The person who was in charged of me seems to be rather unprepared..her phone was buzzing for multiple times, she didnt explain to me what she was putting on my face even though she knows this is my first time here..most importantly, the extractions she did was awful....She didnt give me a mirror to look at after the extractions, and I also forgot about it.. When I went home and look into the mirror, there are still sooooooo many obvious white heads/black heads around my nose that I can easily pick out with tweezers... with the one job she has to do for me. Im so upset that this is the work Im paying her for.. I would not tipped that amount if I know how poorly she was doing at her job.Despite that, at the end of the session she gave me some small samples to try at home and i do appreciate that. But honestly, skills are worth more than samples and talking. So, Im not going back, but I hope that if they decided to keep this deep cleaning facial a thing, up the game.

I met Brianna last year for laser hair removal and was having also some adult hormonal acne that wouldnt go away, I was going to different doctors and I was recommended to see a dermatologist, none of the pills were helping and I told Brianna what was going on and if she could help. She started with an IPL package with a facial. I consistently went for 6 months and did a facial with IPL . My face improved drastically, and then we went for micro needling. My face feels very soft and I dont have any more hormonal acne we are now slowly working and the small scaring that is on my chin and cheeks the mirco needling is helping alot. This place was super clean and calming the esthetician was very welcoming. I would recommend this place any day she’s very gentle with your skin I got the healing facial where glycolic cleanser was used on my skin then has a steamer on my face to open up all my pores and blackhead so it would be easy to get out. At the end you get a sample of what was used on your skin.

Let me start off by saying this Spa is Amazing! I have been coming here since they opened almost 3 years ago. I started off getting laser done with an IPL, then they got a new laser, and currently Sara (the owner and awesomest person) has bought and even newer and state of the art machine! The LUMENIS SPLENDOR X! Let me tell you, this machine is legit. I have only had 2 sessions and already I am seeing a huge difference. My hair is gone and I have not seen any growth for 3 months, I still have 1 session left. I have been to 2 other laser spas and have not had the results that I have seen with this machine! Another thing I really love about this place, is the fact that its family owned and Sara makes you really feel like youre part of the family. A miracle happened today. I went with my daughter to Sedona Spa. I made the appointment for her after talking with Sara. I went to Sedora spa for my first time today, i was blown away, I have PCOS ( polycystic ovarian syndrome ) which causes excessive hair growth on your body. Ive been told that there is no hope with my condition. I always broke out after shaving and was always in pain and never got smooth. Not only did Sara explain things to me, but she gave me hope. I went in thinking I was going to get a Brazilian wax, instead she used the state of the art lasering system and pretty much lasered everything for me that was problematic, it was fast, pretty much painless and it restored my confidence in one session. She was so sweet, and so understanding and treated me like a human, like family and I loved that. She has made me the happiest Ive been in along time. I cant wait to go back and see her again. Mayjon was my girl and she drove all the way from the city location where she typically works so that I could have her do mine! I was expecting to feel some discomfort during the process but it was pain free and so relaxing!! 10/10 recommend. Super clean place and super friendly staff that take their time! Fabulous laser hair removal experience! I chose this business over others, because of the quality of their website, which included a complete list of services + prices. I received Microneedling PRP on January 15, 2019 by Sara, at the Syracuse location. I am happy with my results. She was very personable and knowledgeable, and she talked me through it every step of the way. I was surprised by how short my recovery time was. Redness was gone after 2 days and dry skin shed revealing new fresh skin by day 4. I’m looking forward to returning to buy her products and experiencing another procedure soon.

Just visited the Syracuse location and got a Facial with microdermabrasion and light therapy by Sara. Sara walked me through every step of the facial and made sure to show me each product and machine she was about to use and what benefits each offered for my skin. Yesss to painless laser. I have had very painful stinging laser done before but the laser sedora uses is nothing more than just feeling a heated probe. Brianna provides me with my laser service and she is super flexible with appointment times and makes it so easy to book over text. It is such a smooth process every time. Prices are fair, hours of operarion are great, and location has never given me a problem finding parking even though it is downtown! Highly recommend! I have been told they are so close to upgrading space in regards to space so I bet the experience will only get better! :)

Hello I have an absolutely awesome experience its Sedora Spa Sarah did micro-needling on my face and neck and I had a very friendly and warm experience during the time I spent with her it was very pleasant atmosphere and she went over what she was doing each time before she did it and explain the process and was very good at explaining the Aftercare a couple of times the prices are very reasonable I recommend five stars.

The laser hair removal from sedora is amazing! I have had course hair on my stomach line ever since I can remember. It has caused ingrown hairs and scars along my belly. I was skeptical at first, but after two sessions I started to notice a difference. My hair was thinner and appeared to be lighter in color. I recommend sedora spa to anyone-they have fair prices and their employees are very knowledgeable!

I had a microneedling with PRP session done with Sara 3 weeks ago. Using a microneedling pen—a handheld device with small needles on the head—it creates tiny injuries in the skin. And its the healing process of those exact injuries that helps promote the production of collagen, which helps to thicken the skin and can help minimize lines, tone, and diminish pigmentation much in the same way as many laser treatments. It was such a great experience. I was nervous but it was painless because my face was numbed with a topical gel first. She was thorough, let me know what to expect, walked me through each and every step of the process, and made sure I knew how to take care of my skin afterward. The results I have seen since have completely exceeded my expectations. My face looks so much smoother, my forehead lines have decreased, and my skin glows.
