I’ve always been super hesitant about getting a personal trainer, but I finally decided to get one. And let me tell you, my trainer Rye is the coolest dude I know. Every time I come into the gym Rye always has a big smile! Even if I had a rough day, I come into the gym and he pumps me up so much that I forget all about what was going wrong. Definitely would recommend getting Rye as a personal trainer or even a friend!! (Every staff member is amazing)

My son and I have been working with personal trainer Connor. He is awesome, motivating and challenging workouts and a great personality.

Attentiveness to my goals. Taylor didn’t push her own agenda. Thorough in answering questions. Knowledgeable in the equipment and specialized workouts. She didn’t press me for any membership or even if I should sign up. Thanks EoS you have a great staff, shoutout to Austyn also.

Awesome place. Plenty of free weights and machines. Lots of cardio equipment and a stretching area. Staff is welcoming.

I really love it. Great value for the cost. Very friendly staff and trainers. Even at the busiest times I can still find something to do. Ive had two different trainers and both have been great to work with. Very excited for the new building hopefully coming sometime soon.

Came here after the Roy building started getting renovated and I liked it, not as good or big or with as much but it was decent and fun to go to.

I called the End of June to cancel my account. I was told I needed 30 day notice so I would have to pay for July. So I did. And then I noticed it still wasn’t cancelled. So I called again and NO ONE left a note about me calling and cancelling. So they were gonna leave a note about an instant cancellation without the 30 day notice because I already paid that 30 day notice. They called me today and said there is no note or anything so I have to pay another month!! Absolutely ridiculous!! And then treated me like I was lying when I said I called at the end of June!! Will not be coming back!!

The equipment is generally well kept and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Beautiful facility, great equipment, and great staff. The gym is clean, open, and full of equipment--I was impressed with how many weight machines and free weights EoS has (in addition to the traditional cardio machines). Staff are helpful and the people who attend there are polite. Five stars easy!

I love going here! there is a girl at the front desk in the evenings with long black hair, that is the sweetest!! Always lots of cleaning supplies, and never too crowded.

My wife and I really enjoyed our EOS experience. It was a nice facility and we trained there before the pandemic. They are getting a five star review for their customer service! We had some billing issues and they went above and beyond to correct them and get our money refunded. I’ve been to countless gyms across the country that would have said tough luck, it’s your fault. EOS took care of us and j highly recommend this location and staff for their service

For anyone buying the extra unlimited guest privileges, fair warning, their definition of the word unlimited has been adjusted for their advertising campaign. I guess Unlimited privileges except for tanning just didnt have the same ring to it. Unfortunately this can be confusing for those of us still using the original definition of the word unlimited. This isnt just a big part of the reason I bought the unlimited guest privileges but also a big part of why I signed up here to begin with. Maybe they should include a glossary of updated terms on their signup page for those of us still relying on traditional English.

Love Eos! Was a bit wary when they bought out my old Golds gym, but the worries were needless. The remodeling theyve done to the gyms are fantastic (in Roy and Bountiful)! Great place to work out for a very reasonable monthly rate. (Just wondering when Syracuse gym will get its facelift 🙂🤞)

The gym is really nice and has plenty of options in terms of equipment to use. Theres not too many people, Im excited to see the new building get built. Laura is a great help when I have any questions 😊

I love EoS. My trainer encourages me and keeps me motivated, and I see progress each time I come in. The staff is super nice and helpful.

The childcare is awesome and the main reason I go here. $10/kid per month. And the ladies who work in childcare are awesome. There is a normal variety of equipment. There are spray bottles and paper towels all around and people are generally good about wiping equipment down. In the cardio area, every other machine is unavailable to keep everyone spaced apart. In every gym I’ve been to, the weight area is more popular than there are spaces for. It’s even worse now that everyone is trying to space out. I go in the mornings and most people only wear their masks in and out of the gym when required. I hear at night that most people wear their masks the whole workout. The classes are fabulous so if you can get the full membership, do it. They struggle with repairs. If something breaks, it is broken for awhile. The bathrooms are clean mostly but not always. I’m happy with my gym membership and will continue. It’s the best gym near me. But there is room for improvement.

I am so impressed by the personnel at this gym. Im particularly grateful for the help of Chase - the most incredibly understanding, gracious, and compassionate employee - who worked through an important issue with me. I have nothing but praise for this facility and the people who work there.

I walked in and asked for a tour with intent to join this gym if the prices were good. Victoria was very kind and helpful. She introduced me to the staff and gave me a tour and explained everything they offer and how it all worked. She answered every question I could think of and even offered to let me try a couple things. After, we sat down and talked about plans and she was not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. Very reasonable prices! $10-$25 depending on the plan you choose.--Thanks for the help Victoria!

Ive lost 21 lbs working together with my trainer Connor.

I go to Eos Fitness in Syracuse. My awesome personal trainer is Connor. He has helped me so much in the process to rehabilitate by left arm and shoulder. Sat my first session he recognized my area of weakness and recommended a chiropractor who helped him with an injury in the past. Now both connor and the chiro work together to rehabilitate my injury. I am 90% movement back with only a small amount of pain instead of no range of motion with lots of pain. I look forward to continuing to work hard to attain my health and fitness goals. Pearla and all the trainers at Syracuse and wonderful to work with and strive to help to be successful.

Luckily I came in & decided to check it out before signing somewhere else. Ricardo (I believe he was the Manager?) was a major help in explaining my options regarding memberships etc. Genuinely felt that he was hoping to sign me up to what was best for my lifestyle & not for what was best the company’s bottom line.

Very unhappy with their billing and charging me an annual fee way before one year had even been up. It has taken over a month to get this refunded. And now I find out they’re refunding the wrong amount... Every time I call it’s something else and they are resubmitting and I should get it and I wait and nothing... cancelled and sticking with VASA!

This gym is RAD. Its small, however, I would compare it to strong seasoning. You only need a little to go a long way. Love EOS.

Victoria gave my wife and I a tour. We did not have a reservation and she dropped what she was doing and put us first. Very friendly and helpful, we had many questions which were easily answered. She’s very sweet and loves her job! We had no immediate plans on signing up but how could we not after the great prices and amazing service! The gym is large and spaced out nicely. It has every machine or equipment I could ever need to workout my entire body.

This gym is great! They have really good classes. Its a nice, clean facility and Chase and the rest of the staff are very friendly.

We have a friend visiting from out of state - possibly looking to move here. He is an avid gym person and his gym at home is not in our area. We stopped by EOS Fitness to see if we could get a pass for him while visiting.Chase was very nice and offered him a 7 day free pass to the gym. He was so nice and very helpful.He starts today to use the gym. So mice that they would offer this. Very impressed!!

Since Golds gym sold out to EOS, Ive noticed they want to charge me double the membership fee than they advertise for new members, then to freeze my account EOS charged me $5 a month. I have a co-worker that is a member as well, and he froze his too, but they waived his fee, why didnt they waive mine? Then, now out of nowhere EOS decided to charge me $22 a month with no notice. I havent even been there since COVID started up! I see $9.99 advertised for new members to join, why am I paying $22? Greed, dishonesty, and lack of communication is obvious. Watch out people, EOS is not upfront with everyone! Im finding another gym.

This gym is perfect for my needs. They have a great facility (going to be even better when the new location is built) and great options for group classes. I wish they had evening High classes, though. Their daycare is well kept and my children are always excited to go there. I have a personal trainer, Savannah, who is awesome. She does a great job of demonstrating the movements. She is very knowledgeable, encouraging, and positive. She genuinely cares for her clients.

I was a member when this was Golds gym and was absolutely floored to come back and see how this establishment has improved. the Staff are unbelievably courteous, the equipment is much cleaner and the environment is just all around better. I recently signed up here, Chase was the one to help me. He was extremely helpful and help to make my decision final to switch from my previous gym. He was very good at explaining everything, and got me taken care of really quickly even though it was really busy. If you sign up with them I recommend using Chase. Also the equipment and updates to the gym are great!

Horrible client service! Will never return and would not recommend this gym to anyone. So many hidden fees and annoying policies that are not discussed upfront (i.e. downgrade to a lower plan, yearly fees, 30 day cancellation policy and the list could go on and on.

Im so happy we stopped in. Id been thinking about it for months since they are close to my house. I cancelled my Vasa membership a year ago and I miss the gym. I love the daycare option here and I cant believe its for 2 hrs a day. Everyone is so nice. Andres made us feel very at home. Heres to a new year of healthy living and friendships.

I had a good time, victoria showed us around and they worked with our budget to get started. They are building a new building, and I highly recommend this gym over others.

I came to Utah to work for several weeks, and I was trying to find the right place to workout without having to pay a very expensive contract or very expensive membership. I went to several local gyms around my area, and none of them could actually offer me something for one month without having to pay a whole year, or having to sign a contract for at least six months. I came to Eos, and Chase Tippetts took outstanding care, and he found the right plan for me. Customer service here is fantastic, and they do care about what you thing. Chase took his time to show me around the gym and answered all my questions with a great attitude.

The work environment is focused and positive; the employees such as Cody and Chase provide helpful, quick advice and really make me feel invited to the gym. Going to EoS is like walking into Cheers. Maddie greets me by name (before shes scanned me in and sees my name on the computer.) I enjoy going to classes and all of the instructors make a point to know names of people who come even just occasionally. Its friendly and motivating!

Went to the Syracuse, Utah EOS and Cody greeted us with a pleasant smile, he has excellent customer service skills. The facility is clean and well equipped. Had a great workout!

I have been going to EOS Fitness in Syracuse for 4+ years now. It’s starting to get extremely crowded since the first of the year, but I still enjoy working out there.Cody is awesome. He’s very professional and always greets people with a friendly smile. Most of the time when he sees me coming into the gym, he checks me in before I even pull out my card. He’s without doubt the most friendly staff member at EOS Fitness in Syracuse.

Good small gym feel and not overwhelming for small people like me. Also with the new expansion coming soon I feel like its such a good deal!

I love this gym! Super clean and all of the staff have been so nice. My only qualm is that I think its kind of hypocritical to be advocating for HEALTH and encouraging people to sign on by having a young girl stand on the corner with an EOS sign for HOURS in 100 degree weather.... Theres got to be a better way. Get that girl inside!

Watch this company! I canceled my membership over the phone with the young lady that answered the phone 2 months ago. Guess what? She did not do it and now I am behind and I am being threatened with collections. After a few hours, I have had the majority of the debt cancelled and my account cancelled. Chase seemed very interested in making it right. Thanks Chase!

Unfortunately I wont be able to go to the gym for a while because of COVID-19 so I needed to close my account. I want to publicly thank Chase at the Syracuse EOS Fitness for helping me to close my account arrange a refund for unused charges.

This place is incredible. I have workout at many different gym chains but the vibe I get when I come here is like no other place. The locker rooms are so clean you could eat off the floor. This is a huge perk for me because of my travel schedule. Clint the cleaning guy (think thats his name) really pays attention to details. So glad EOS is in the Utah market!

EOS in Syracuse is awesome!! The gym is always clean, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. But the shining star for me is my personal trainer, CALEB!! Prior to COVID we were signed up in a grandfathered plan from Golds Gym, it was an all inclusive family plan that included daycare. We also were utilizing their trainer services. However Just prior to the COVID closure our trainer had cancelled our appointment because he was filling sick, and then the gym was closed entirely due to the COVID shutdown. During that time our trainer quit and found another job. Once the gym reopened, it did so with no daycare, which is the case today as well. We asked for a credit since we are paying for daycare but others arent because ours is bundled and at first they said they would but they have done nothing. On top of that they have been charging us for a trainer, and have had 3 charges total when we dont even have a trainer anymore he doesnt even work there. Every time we call to resolve it or show up we are told that they cant help us. Yet no one that can is offered to us. I would not recommend this gym due to their billing separate with ABC Financial and they dont have a positive fluid functioning relationship with each other. So if something happens to you like it did to me your just SOL.***UPDATE 7/13/20***I cant reply to Akina, but I have actually not had it resolved yet... I thought I did, and was waiting to update my review accordingly once promises that were made were followed through on. However they have not been. I was called (after I had to make several negative reviews to get help instead of when I had simply just called), anyways, I was called by a someone in charge and his name escapes me at the moment, maybe it was Akina, maybe Sebastian?? Either way, I was told I would be refunded the incorrect trainer fees, and for my troubles and that I had been charged for child care, they would skip my next few gym monthly membership fees. They did tell me it would be a little while to process the refund. I was totally okay with that, and was happy that I was getting a refund finally and glad that it was all over with and I didnt have to waste anymore time. However, guess what... they just charged me AGAIN for another trainer fee! I cannot believe it! My trainer doesnt work there anymore, they quit! I was assured repeatedly by both the district manager and Savannah that I would no longer be charged... but here we are, my account charged yet another $68.00 and no refund yet. Seriously... how is this so messed up?
