I do a lot of PC repair myself, but recently I had an issue with the charging port on an ultra book and I wanted a professional repair done. Douglas computing explained the issue, repaired the part on the motherboard, and gave a price that I thought was very reasonable considering the work involved. I would recommend Douglas Computing to anyone, and will continue to use them as a go to for consulting and advanced repair.

So i called him with an issue with my computer over heating. I knew the cooling system wasnt working and but i wanted to check it out to make sure. I was at this guys office for 30 minutes where he took a phone call for another client while assisting me and afterwards charged me $47 to say he couldnt tell if there was an issue with my cooling system or not because what i said wasnt happening. I went to a different person the same day who kept the computer over night called the next day stating the cooling system was deffly the issue ordered the new part and installed it. This guy doesnt know what hes doing when it comes to this issue. do not bring it to him if you computer is over heating. try Detor Computer Services. MUCH MUCH better.

Let me just say that, this guy knows his stuff, he will take you in and give you excellent service, at a very fair price. Skip all the big wig companies, and form a relationship/bond with Douglas Computing Technologies, and you will be set for as long as you need. Hes very friendly, personable, and performs top-notch quality service. Skip the over-priced highway robbery from these big companies, and go to this place, you will not regret it!!!

I have had computer troubles twice now and been to him. He took me right in both times and fixed the problem! He is very knowledgeable. He did a great job and got my work computer up and running again! I highly recommend his services. I will be going back if I have anymore trouble in the future.

I went to this place for data recovery about a month ago. I used the express service and the data was fully recovered in a week. I had electronics failure on my hard drive, which is a complex case. That is why is took a little longer than I expected. Douglas computing technology is ordered the part for my PC and had it in within a week and installed it the day it came in he charged me half when ordering and half on installation. He knows his stuff!

They messed up my computer and kept trying to fix but failed. I called them 3 days later to cancel and requested a refund. They assured me that a refund would be done. NOT!!!Their attempts to fix my problems were infantile. After cancelling, I contacted another service called PriceRight and they performed very satisfactorily.The only way that could get a refund was to call my credit card company and contest the charge.
