While on the road traveling are Mac computer stopped operating. Dropped the laptop Mac Air off at Dart Computer Solutions. 15 hours later got a call the computer was ready. In March, brought my computer into the shop to be looked at and it was repaired by the next afternoon. Great Customer Service.

Had an issue with a company laptop and they fixed it in a timely manner. When I got it back, there were a few small dings on the new part that they fixed, so I simply mentioned that I wasnt super happy as I expected the part to be brand new. Still, it was nothing unforgivable. The manager called the next day and offered to refund almost 50% of the cost, no questions asked! First class, professional organization - Id recommend them to anyone!

I’d much rather support a local business instead of the big Corporations. Great customer service and communication. They fixed my laptop for less than what I thought it was going to be. It took them longer than they thought because my laptop was giving them difficulties so I expected the original quote to go up but they kept the quoted price. That was a nice surprise

I don’t normally write reviews but the owner went above and beyond to fix my son’s computer tonight. I was amazed by his dedication to solving the problems and getting my son gaming again. No high pressure sales and he took the time to explain the tech jargon. I will be going to Dart for all my computer needs after this very positive experience.

I have had some very specific issues with my custom built computer and the staff here are more than capable of figuring out what is going on with any computer issue. Solutions are found and resolved quickly and the prices are more than fair. I wont bring my computer anywhere else.

Luke and Company (Dart) have solved every computer, wifi, credit card terminal problem I have ever had, found them when my business was in a criticial situation a few years ago. Take it from someone who depends on our in house technology to continue uninterrupted, as every day means thousands of dollars in cash flow (life blood of any small business!). Running a busy restaurant is hard enough, I am so grateful for such a professional partner who is there when I need him 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Luke and his team just did it AGAIN for my joint. Take it from me, Dart is simply THE BEST.

The staff at Dart computer are truly professional, I went in told him what I needed corrected, they said no problem couple days, later they called me with an additional option that would make the computer relevant with an updated Windows program, no pushy sales, awesome communication during the repair, one of the staff members Mike that I worked with true professional. I would recommend these guys for sure.

The staff at Dart Computer is great! They are extremely patient with people that might not be so tech savvy. Their prices are very reasonable!

I maintain a local dental practice and am a fairly knowledgeable techie. However, my office IT needs far outstripped my homegrown knowledge base and skill. When your business computers go down you are out of luck. Dart has consistently delivered terrific hands on support an a fair price. The IT stuff can be mammothly frustrating and arcane but Dart persevered and got it done. Several times we all worked well into a weekend evening to resolve the issues so I would be up and running. I’ve worked with computers since the 1970s and I know people that know the subject when I see them. Dart does. Dart gets my highest rating.

I have known these gentlemen at Dart for some years now and I will start by saying they are polite and are men of integrity, absolutely. It is not easy to find businesses that you can truly trust with costly equipment that could be potentially expensive to repair. Not a concern at Dart...they are totally trustworthy and care about their customers. I had a laptop that was out of warranty and started having problems. Even though I live in Albany, I felt more confident in sending it to Syracuse than bringing it to one of our local stores. Dart was very quick to diagnose the problem, communicate the options, clean up the laptop, and back up my files. Having problems with computers, etc. can be frustrating. Dart makes dealing with those frustrations a whole lot easier. This Dart gets a bullseye!!!!

Theres good customer service. Its so common we take it for granted. Theres bad customer service that we tell all our friends about. Then there is exceptional customer service that a lot of the times goes unmentioned and unnoticed. This is review is about the exceptional customer service my son and I received at Darts Computer Solutions.My son has be saving and hording his money for the past year so he could upgrade the familys Windows XP computer to something a little more modern so he could play some current games. With all the distractions around, like cool Lego sets, thats no easy task for him. With his birthday and Christmas just around the corner, we let him order the parts we needed to upgrade the computer online on Black Friday and covered the shortfall of what he didnt have funds for.We spent Friday and Saturday morning assembling the different components for the new PC. Around noon on Saturday, we finally got to plugging it in and trying to install Windows 10. Instead the computer just beeped at us. Nothing on the screen, just beep, beep, beep. After doing some quick online research I figured it was either the RAM or the Mother Board. I got ready to send the parts back to the online vendors for a warranty claim. It wasnt exactly the ending my son were hoping for.Earlier in the day, I had stop by Darts to buy a cheap part that I had overlooked. I decided to give them a call to see if they could help. After a short conversation they asked me to bring the RAM in. No problem. We went right over and in less than 15 minutes they confirmed my suspicions, the memory was bad. So we headed back home, but as we came in the door, Darts called me on my cell phone (I think their number is a cell phone too, so my number was in their phones memory... I never gave it to them) and asked if we could come back because they had one more test that they wanted to try out. Who does that? I was impressed. Normally a business wouldnt bother.So we turned around and zipped back. (Theyre less than a mile away so its no big deal.) They ran the tests and got the RAM to work... what magic pixie dust they used to get it to work I have no clue. Then they asked if we could go back and grab the computer to see if they could get it to work. So back home we went, grabbed the computer and went back. My son pointed out that it was like going to the hardware store for a home project... you never go just once.This time we left the computer, the RAM, and my phone number so they could mess around with everything at once. I wasnt too optimistic that they would get it to work.My son and I were home for about 20 minutes when they called me and told me that the PC had POSTed and booted up to the BIOS. Good news! Thats where I wanted to be. Next step was to install Windows 10! We went back to the store yet again. They had the computer waiting for us. My son gave a sheepish thanks and I offered to pay them for their time and effort. All they wanted was a hand shake and a thanks.I was floored. Other than the inexpensive part I had bought earlier from them, I had never dealt with their business before and yet they had taken my problem, trouble shot the issue with me, and fixed it. They didnt try to give me the run around or blow me off. The staff at Darts can be proud of the business they run. Ill be back.
