Everything you could want from a chimney experience without a doubt. Very professional, on time, great communication, extremely fair and honest. Robert and his whole team are great people and the entire job of demolition of a very old chimney to installation of a new one went smoothly and could not have been better in any way.

I called Blaze Rite because they were recommended to me by Mr. Chimney man for late in the season external chimney repairs. We had a broken concrete crown and it’s mid November. I spoke to Tim and he talked to me about stainless steel chase covers as a solution to chimney crown repairs. They are an extremely affective solution and also very cosmetically appealing. That being said, 2 days later James was at my house making the measurements necessary to custom design a chase cover to fix my chimney. In nearly a 1 week turnaround, Robert showed up to attempt to get the job done before the snow hit. They definitely went out of their way to do what they could to get the job done in a timely fashion. We had some hiccups along the way, but what separates a good legitimate company from all the rest is when ownership goes above and beyond to make a customer happy. All that really needs to be said is that Robert is one of those owners. We had some miscommunications and he just went above and beyond to make us happy. I HIGHLY recommend Blaze Rite for all of your chimney services!

The owner, Robert, looked at the symptoms of a sick chimney and diagnosed the illness accurately as a failed aluminum liner. The remedy was proposed to remove the non-functioning culprit from the chimney flue and replace it with a properly sized stainless steel liner. The work was done professionally by him and his crew and I am very happy with this cure. The chimney is now functioning properly in effectively exhausting the furnace and hot water tank gases out of the top as they should. I was very impressed with the level of competence, expertise and politeness of all involved. 2 thumbs up and 5 star rating.

Miguel and Tim came out last week to help us with chimney inspection. We needed a few things and had loads of questions regarding how to get our fireplace up and running. They took the time to answer each question and even helped us determine which insert would work best for us. These two were awesome. I couldnt be more satisfied with their professionalism and knowledge. 10/10!

Our chimney was deteriorating from top and the stucco was falling off. We contacted Blaze Rite after reaching out to a few other Chimney places in Syracuse and not getting very far. Robert the owner contacted us back immediately and was able to provide us with options both short and long term fixes. We decided to go with the long term fix which included resurfacing and a chase cover. The job took 2.5 days. Robert and his crew very professional. They knocked on the door each morning and showed us the work at the end of each day. Robert was excellent to work with. After Blaze Rite performed a chimney inspection and found that at some point we had a chimney fire he helped us through the insurance process and even made himself available to meet with the adjuster to ensure they were fully aware of what happened. He never left a mess and ensured all work was performed fully. Work was complete in a month with no issues. Would highly recommend.
