I have been insured by State Farm since I was 16. When I moved to West Point in 2009, I knew that I wanted to continue coverage with State Farm but I wasnt sure with which agent. Glen Forbes in Syracuse was very highly recommend. I set up an appointment and met with him. He and his staff were professional and friendly. He seemed very trustworthy so I transferred coverage right then. Glen Forbes is still my Agent and I couldnt have made a better choice. They have been great! Iwould highly recommend him and his staff to all my friends and clients. Actually, I already have.

While vacationing in San Diego I returned home to find my water heater broke and flooded my basement. I called the after hours State Farm number and received a claim number and instructions on how to submit a claim. The following day I received a call from Clint an associate with Glens office, rather than try to be helpful and give me direction all he tried to do is talk me out of filing a claim. Its been six days and Ive yet to receive a call from my agent with any type of real help. I am a widow and chose State Farm so I wouldnt feel alone when I truly needed help. I wouldnt recommend this office to any that wants service when they need it.

He is a great agent to work with keeps up on all the policy changes and is always looking out for you and your interests.
