Very responsive. Was able to come out within a couple of days after contacting for an appointment. He was friendly and polite. The job was done quickly but thoroughly and he explained what he was doing any why. He told us that with a heating system as new as ours, we didnt need to get it checked out every year. Also, he told us to wait to test the A/C out until the spring. Both of these actions show his honesty.

Mike is the kind of business owner that I would feel comfortable making a deal finalized on an old fashion handshake. He had to come out twice (based on my needs) and still charged me for the single job as opposed to the typical minimum hourly charge that the other guys quoted me. Quoted me $200 but when everything was said and done only charged $160 because that is what the job come out to. Very honest, very dependable and very accommodating to the customers needs. There is a reason he is rated so highly by the BBB (which is where I found him in the first place). He will be my go to HVAC contractor for all my future needs.

Mike figured out quickly that my AC compressor was only getting 110 Volts when it should have been 220. He recommended someone to look at it, and didnt even charge me for diagnosis after hed already worked a 14 hour day in 103 degree heat! Awesome!
