Terrible company! I was scammed twice fromThis business. I made my appointment and upon arrival was told I was receiving different services, not the ones I booked. I sat there for 5 hours while my truck sat on the lift dismantled. I wasn’t given an estimate and the parts hadn’t been ordered for my brakes. I left with the same issue I came in with and a new one occurred after they worked on my truck. I went back the next two days and was sent home then told the metal grinding noise was my brake pads because they were new. Day 4, I went to another Firestone location. I was shown the parts on my truck were not only incorrect but also mounted incorrectly, causing further damage to other areas of my vehicle. Left that location, tire wasn’t making noise anymore but my vehicle was still grinding. I was charged over $1000.00 for services and they did work I didn’t authorize. My truck sat on the lift for hours, not being worked on and I was charged for labor.Day 5, I went to a dealership.Parts were replaced and the grinding was my front brakes that needed to be changed. I was shown that my calipers didn’t need to be replaced and still incorrect mounting of brake pads. The Firestone area supervisor is to call back with 48 hours after you call. Per company policy. This doesn’t happen. He has the store manager call you back. This company takes advantage of people and rips them off. At both locations I watched people come in disputing charges they didn’t authorize, as well as their vehicle damaged in some way due to a service performed there.

Colin went above and beyond for me today. I understand this is corporate and numbers HAVE to be met, I understand how important quotas are. So the last thing I want to do is try to nickel and dime any business. I cut through a badly paved parking in town and knew better but did anyway, and sliced my rear passenger tire. I couldn’t afford more than one tire and needed 2 I guess. I was starting to tear up bc I was upset at myself. Colin obviously picked up on it over the phone and clearly worked very hard servicing other vehicles and trying to find my warranty, which was not under my name. He didn’t have to do all of this, he could have told me to get my car, but he didn’t. He called me back with a price for 2 new tires based on my warranty I guess, and I was completely shocked over the price, amazing. It’s nice to see there’s good people out there. Times are so rough on everyone. Thank you Colin!!!

I went in to have 2 nails removed and plug my tires. The man told me that my car would be ready in about 1 1/2 hrs. 2 hrs later I go there and my car hasnt been touched. Another hour waiting and finally. The young lady was very pleasant who checked me out and apologized for the wait.

One time my boyfriends tire rods got messed up in an accident and we had planned to go to NH, they took us in within the hour and fixed our car up in no time with no problem and this was all within the same day ! Ryan was great! Went out to my car to check the tires and make sure they were all wearing even. He even went as far as even sniffing my tires to make sure the rubber was consistent on all 4 tires.

When my friend was at her lowest point Kelvin was there to help her! She was very stressed about her car not functioning properly and Kelvin took it for a spin and diagnosed the problem FREE OF CHARGE! He is a very friendly man of high character and esteem and I recommend everyone to go to him for their automobile mishaps.

Is zero stars an option? Absolute worst repair shop Ive ever experienced. Took 3.5 hours to do an oil change and a brake diagnosis. Never called me for a follow up, I had to call them. Couldnt diagnose the brake issue (there are visible dark hard spots on the rotors from the vehicle sitting for a year after heavy braking) and did not top off washer fluid, did not remove old oil change sticker, and gave me my vehicle back WITHOUT THE KEY so I started driving off before the dash noted no key detected then wasnt sure where they put the key at first. Honestly, what the heck guys?! I could have changed the oil and REPLACED all 4 rotors and pads in an hour and a half. These guys never called me after the oil change to say they were running late or anything. Could not give me an answer to why my appointment was scheduled at 8am and the oil was not changed until 11am and car was not driven til 11:30am. Thats an absolute embarrassment and this is the second time Ive received poor service from this particular shop. NEVER going back to them, or any Firestone. Ever.

Ive gotten my tire changed many times . First time my tires have been changed and now both of my tire pressure monitors on front tires are not working since I picked up vehicle. Probably wont come back here . Only plus was positive and enthusiasm in the staff . Other wise one star coincidences like that usually dont happen .

Went for an oil change and fluid top off. They didnt put antifreeze in which caused my reservoir to crack due to overheating. (Silly me needs to check my own fluids) Oil change took 4 hours and they didnt reset my oil change light. Asked for air in my tires and didnt get that either.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE YOU WILL EITHER SPEND MORE MONEY THAN YOU SHOULD OR GET SCREWED AROUND.Got new tires on my vehicle and had to bring my car back to them 3 times to troubleshoot the same tire leaking issue. Which is still leaking! The mechanics here are in all honesty not thorough and its sad because most of them clearly do not take pride in their work. While I was in the waiting room there was also another unhappy customer who was returning a 2nd time because they didnt order the correct part. Stop playing with peoples time!They also didnt properly seat my hubcaps on and one popped off while I was driving post getting new tires. I dont have all the time in the world and a tire shouldnt leak after being fixed 2 times in a two month span. Shame on Firestone and shame on me for thinking I could get quality service from a franchise service company. Will not be returning to this service center.

An often utilized location. As with any chain, staff has changed through the years, but the manager, Manny, has been there for many of them. Fair, friendly, and an all around pleasant guy. Unlike some places, you wont feel uncomfortable, or forced with any repairs or services. Get what you need at an honest (for retail pricing) price in a reasonable amount of time. Waiting room is comfortable and clean with coffee and tv available.

Disappointed! Appt was for 9am today for oil change and rotate tires. Car was not done when we arrived back at 12:30...no call from the store re: possibility of needing rear brakes etc...customer service the worse we have ever experienced with Firestone. Very pleased with our dealings in Plastow NH and our home store of Ft Pierce FL.

Fantastic service, friendly, very thorough and explained everything very well. I brought in a car I was interested in buying for the firestone techs to look over. Even though I was late for my appointment, they still got me in fast, and at the end of the inspection Andrew and Rob brought me in to see what looked good on the car and what areas are eventually going to need work, so I could make an informed decision about the car. They were both very helpful and detailed in their work. I would have them as my regular mechanic if only I didnt live so far away.

Car would regularly stall out due to issue with intake. Brought it to this location. Explained the problem. Put over $1500 into fixing it. Two days later my car is doing the same exact thing. Brought it back to this location. They essentially tell me oops we didnt understand your problem so we just did the check engine diagnosis and fixed random, unimportant, unconnected issues. My car was worth about $1500 at the time so if nothing else my willingness to put that amount into the car for the check engine light shouldve raised serious red flags with them. Told me that NOW they could fix the ACTUAL problem for about $1100. Told them to buzz off. Wasnt the first time I went in with a specific issue and left with the same issue unresolved. I trust these guys as far as I can throw them.

I went to firestone first thing in the morning for an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out within one hour. Thank goodness they were open on sunday to get services last minute.

Bought 2 tires there and they never mentioned they didnt have a mileage warranty because they were not their brand until after paid and seen on receipt. Funniest part was Manny said they dont sell those tires and I quickly responded you took my money for them. They did offer to put my old ones back on but I left and will just not go back due to their failure to inform usual information especially since I paid over 500 total. By the way the reason I left was cause I had been there for to long already 1.5 hours and didnt want to wait that much again.

If I could give zero stars I would. “Sales guy” was on the phone when I walked in had to ask for help. Simply tried to have my snow tires swapped out and was told I needed 4 new sensors @80 a pop. Definitely don’t need them.These guys are crooks and don’t care about customer service and only want money. DO NOT go to Firestone in Swansea. Manager and “sales” staff are rude!

Thats It. Complete Auto Care. Functional Check out of truck. This visit Addressed providing expert service regarding all gauges in 2007 Toyota Tundra. Oil Changed, Transmission Fluids Changed, Cooling System Fixed Including new Radiator as they identified leak while performing a checkout of the truck. They also did a tune up as it had been 30000 miles since last tune up. They also changed front and rear differential fluids as it was well overdue and needed to be done. Brakes, Tires checked and were AOK. Fuel System Needed Cleaning and an alignment also performed as this truck goes back and forth to Florida. All Done in one Day. Just make appointment and get there early. Manny great Manager and Rob was the BEST. Gauge Readings are PERFECT.

These guys took my car on a moments notice for an oil change. I dropped it off. They called when it was done and I asked if I could drop off my husbands car so they could do his oil change. They said yes...I switched cars and they called when it was done and I picked it up. They used $15 dollar coupons from there website for each car! Very helpful, accommodating and polite

Refused service on my factory 2013 Kia Optima. They gladly put my car on the alignment rack to do an oil change and charge me for it, but refused to do my free lifetime tire rotation and road hazard flat repair because their lifts were too old and may damage my car. This coming after having to file a claim for the Dartmouth store damaging my rocker panel by improper lifting. Firestone seems to have no issues selling me lifetime things on my car but never following through on the free aspect.

Firestone has always done great work on my vehicle. I routinely use this location for maintenance and they have always been very efficient and have provided discounts when I need multiple things serviced.

Although Firestone is a chain store, the one located in Swansea is filled with local people doing a good job. This location takes appointments and they typically hold to the time pretty well. All maintenance, oil changes, tires and tire repair are located here. You can walk the Friendlys next door while they do the work.

They always compete the work in a timely manner and I totally trust their recommendations. Even in this day and age females sti.ll have to be careful as there are some scumbag mechanics who try to rip women off. I recommend them highly

He informed he had the tires . as I was greeted by a salesman, same guy on phone, who didnt look you in the eye when he took my information, very unfriendly, now tells me he can only sell me 4 tires, he said it could damage my vehicle if only 2 were put on, dont go to Swansea fire stone, they only want money, dont care for your safety as he was fine with me driving back home on a spare .

This has got to be the worst mechanic Ive ever been to. First they had me waiting six hours to do my brake calipers for $900, then I leave start driving and my lug nuts were left LOSE by them.. very life threatening to say the least. Went back (my mistake) had them tighten my lug nuts and get an oil change, and NOW the next day my rear end is making a loud grinding noise that wasnt their before I saw them a second time.. manager Manny has an attitude, very rude and his employees seem to have no idea what theyre doing. I do NOT recommend Swansea Firestone. They take a long time, in-experienced, rude &youll leave with more problems then you went in with.

Installed 3/4 tires backwards. Had to go back in for them to fix. The gave me a partial refund. Not the worst experience, but probably wont go back.

I am a 60 year old woman. I recentlly brought my car in because my brakes were making a noise when I applied them.After about 2 hours I was told it was the calipers and my. bill was already over 1000.00This included 310.00 in labor. They also spent a lot of time looking for a bunch of recommended repairs. This total was 2500.00.I felt like they took advantage of me.just for money.I called customer service several times to speak about how I felt .Someone took my message. I was told they would call back. No one ever did. What kind of company doesnt call ..a customer back. I believe I must of been right about my. concerns ..Thats why they dont call back .Women are taken advantage of .

2 hours and 20 min for just an oil change!! Over priced and was given the run around, called ahead to make sure they werent busy around 2 pm the man I spoke with me told me to come in around 4. Dropped my car off and seen my car just hanging on the lift with no one touching it for hours. I came back to the shop at 6 when they were supposed to close and it still wasnt done. Definitely dont recommend them, they clearly are just out for the money and not good service!!!

Weve been customers for a while, because we get a clean waiting area and prompt service that is typically done right. But some of the same issues keep happening....ie What # can we reach you at?....we give cell number, then they call the home phone!! Also my husband said somethings wrong with the muffler....told no, not fixed. At pick up, you need exhaust/muffler done because work did not make noise go away....uugghhh!

Made an appointment, still had to wait over an hour for my car to get an oil change and tire rotation. Took then another hour to do just that. Cost twice as much as most other places for even basic oil.Turns out they didnt even replace the oil filter that was previously on the car. Absolute joke of a shop. Steer clear.

Well we dropped a tire off at 1:30 to have a plug put in we returned at 4pm to be told it would be another hour we watched as they brought the tire in to be plugged at 4:30 which as we watched took 15 minutes and then did not get the tire until 4:50 so I would not recommend if you want Services in a reasonable amount of time
