If I could give this dealership negative stars, I would. My father of 77 years old has brought his truck here for service since 2005. He recently brought it in for repairs in February and spent over $3000 and at the time asked the dealership to check out the truck and make sure there were no major issues. They took his money and said nothing. Four months later, he brings it back in for an oil change and they tell him the chassis is completely rotted out. When he asks why they didnt tell him this before he gave them $3000 only months before, they claimed ignorance and actually had the nerve to say the damage wasnt there before. He tried to resolve this with the dealership to no avail. Here are photos attached. If their mechanics really didnt spot this 4 months ago, then Im guessing you dont want those mechanics working on your vehicle. Update (10/4) - Well I dont know if it was this review but the manager at Bristol Toyota called my father and admitted that his mechanics should have spotted the damage and gave my father a full refund of his money. I applaud them for fixing this error and hope the put in place processes so this doesnt happen to anyone else in the future.

I am extremely impressed with Bristol Toyota and for many reasons. This is not the typical dealership that when they see a customer looking at a car you don’t have a sales associates running or headed your way. Instead a sale associate is usually standing near the main entrance waiting to answer any questions or inquiries you may have. That in itself is an A+ for me….if I need help I will ask for it otherwise leave me be. There is absolutely no pressure and one is treated kindly and with respect whether you buy a car/truck or don’t.Once you have decided to either buy or lease the process is efficiently handled by very qualifiedboth sales associates and the business manager. I have owned or leased more cars than I can remember but never have I ever been impressed as I have been with Bristol Toyota. The service department is another plus, my car is handled with care and all my concerns are addressed very efficiently and quickly.

I typically dread shopping for a vehicle. My experience with Bristol Toyota had my attitude. Alex was wonderful to work with. He was professional and helpful. We never felt pressured and didn’t have the hassle and delays I’ve experienced at other dealerships. The asking price was right in line with comparable research I had done for the year, model and mileage on the vehicle. I never felt like I was being “sold to” and we didn’t spend hours going through the purchase process. Our experience was positive and refreshing. My entire life I’ve owned Nissan vehicles, until I walked into Bristol Toyota. First, the vehicles are superior but Bristol Toyota’s Customer service is unlike any dealership I have ever been to. Very disappointed with this location. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have 4 vehicles and I get them service at this place. I had my 2016 highlander which I bought at this location. Had it serviced and when I brought it back, I noticed the back wiper wasnt working. Called them to explain the issue and they told me to bring the vehicle without making an appointment. I brought it over and found out that it was gonna take more than an hour. I couldnt wait for an hour as I had some other place to be at. Made an appointment this time and was told that it wouldnt be covered under warranty when I was told initially that it would be. It was a bad motor. I am not a car guy so I didnt know. The back light also went off. To replace the two would be around 600$. I just had my car taken to another place. 🙃 never doing buisness at this place again!! Bought 3/7 cars here never again!!

My wife and I used to love Bristol Toyota. We have two Toyotas and have been taking them there for everything we needed done. We found their prices to be very good; however, they are SLOW. For some reason it always takes us more than 1 hour, even for a simple oil change when we have an appointment. After this last visit, we won’t be returning. When I arrived (on time for my appointment), I looked on the appointment screen and there were only two appointments, me and one person ahead of me. While waiting for my car, probably another 10 to 15 people came in, dropped their cars, got their cars serviced, and left. 1 hour and a half later, I went to speak with the person who had taken my car and asked him why the delay. He said he would check, then came back and told me they had just started working on it. I was very frustrated because I had an appointment and yet waited more than an hour for them to even start on my car. This is unacceptable. Why even offer appointments if you can’t honor appointment times? In the end, it took more than 2 hours for me to get my simple oil change. It also seemed a little suspicious to me because so many people came after me and left well before I did. I don’t like to assume that race plays a role in these things; however, I am black and I noticed that the only other person who waited as long as I did was also the only other black person in the waiting room. Of course I don’t know what she came in for, but in any case I was very frustrated with the service and will not be returning.

Abby was very helpful when test driving different options and talking about the benefits and drawbacks of each. The team in general could work on listening more to what I wanted out of the purchase. They kept pushing a lease when I made it know throughout the conversation that I was not interested in one. Also I understand that its their job to sell the more expensive options, but once I decline twice stop trying to sell it to me. Overall it was a good experience because I got the type of car I wanted for a fair price.

We worked with Bobby. He was very polite and professional. He answered all of our questions. The price on the car (used), was better by several hundred dollars than other local dealers. The reason for the 3 stars is that we had a long wait to see the finance lady after we had been told it would just be a few minutes. Apparently at this dealership 1 hour and 45 minutes qualifies as a few minutes. I wish they had told us the truth about the wait time. They definitely knew it was going to be a long time because they were short staffed and had just had a bunch of sales right before ours. It was around dinner time and we sat in increasingly uncomfortable chairs in an increasingly warm showroom. We could have popped out for a quick meal, even if it was only fast food instead of sitting there waiting to be served. The wait made what could have been a pleasant experience decidedly unpleasant.

Easy process coupled with a friendly staff. Ive been shopping around for about a week for a new car and this is by far the best dealership that Ive gone to in the area, it took multiple test drives spread out over multiple days but I made a decision and got a great deal, all while dealing very patient and helpful staff. We walked the lot to look over vehicles, no one hassled us. We went in sat down talked a while and were sent on a test drive for a bit. Came back inside and within 20 minutes struck a deal. I dropped off my Toyota Tundra for what I knew would be an expensive repair (replace rear axle differential). The symptom was excessive noise while driving. I received a call after the repair was complete, informing me that after the differential replacement was done, the Svc Dept discovered that a rear wheel bearing was also bad. This was not discovered during the diagnostic, due to the noise in the differential. Because Bristol Toyota had not discovered this other, additional problem, they replaced the wheel bearing at no cost!This amazed me, as I have NEVER seen any such action by any dealer, anywhere. If that doesnt rate 5 stars, I dont know what does..!

From beginning to end each member of the sales staff was incredibly professional and helpful. Chris the sales person was knowledgeable patient and extremely personable. Matt Jackson the sales manager went above and beyond making sure everything that was needed was taken care of in timely fashion and completed to perfection. Unfortunately a very poor experience after reading great reviews to begin with which is why I came here I made an appointment here at this dealer for 10am. Enter the showroom just after and waited for about 20 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. A man then came over and asked if I needed help, explained my situation, looked at me like I had 10 heads and wasn’t friendly at all. After sitting down, wasn’t personable, wasn’t really willing to work with me and began to get right to numbers, without even letting me test drive a Tacoma as I asked. Now the reason they said they wouldn’t let me test drive one is because the one I want isn’t in stock, however they all usually drive similar so asked if I could drive a different trim Tacoma. There was severe hesitation about it with them for some odd reason. Not only that, they were extremely rude about it. I work in customer service directly, and how I was treated, I would never treat a customer. I asked for my keys immediately before the appraisal and bolted out of here. No way was I giving my hard earned money to these people. Anyways, Paul Masse Chevrolet right down an exit took great care of me today and got me a 4x better deal than anything I would’ve gotten from this circus. Because of this experience, I won’t ever give Toyota another penny ever again. Bring your business elsewhere.

I used to LOVE this place. I bought a used car here, and kept coming back for service. I drive my car a lot for work and came in frequently for oil changes, brakes, tires - you name it. However, the past few times Ive been in there were not up to the usual standards, and I realized a few of the familiar friendly faces are gone, and Im concerned its more of a downward trend.Im not interested in waiting for an hour an a half after my appointment time, only to be told that my registration is expired (it is not, and the current registration paperwork is right there in the car) so they cant do an inspection. (Or more importantly, Im not interested in having some old dude insist that they hooked it up to the computer and it is expired, when in fact it is not, and they did not.)Or to have them charge me $85 to clean a little corrosion off my battery.I used to have a fantastic rep in the service department who I loved working with (Ronnie) who seems to be gone now, along with the only female service rep (who was also fantastic) and they went above and beyond to take care of me. They were friendly, they exceeded expectations, they gave me all the info I needed to make decisions, they went out of their way to find discounts they could apply to make larger repairs more affordable. I really, truly loved going there.But, sadly it looks like Im going to have to find someplace else to get my maintenance done.Edit: I went back one more time because I needed a TNC inspection done at a Mass garage.Thankfully I didn’t have to deal with the same rude, condescending service rep I had the previous two times - but I did overhear him interacting with an old women and it made my blood boil. He sounds like a damn bully and I have no idea how he has a job in a customer service role.So that sealed the deal for me. I’ve taken my business elsewhere.

My experience was good. Staff was courteous and helpful. I never have any trouble there. My only concern was in regards to one person who would not wear a mask while in the waiting area.As a customer, I did not feel it was my place to address this person, but I did keep my distance. No one said anything to the person, but I did notice the person did not comply with regulations. If we neglect to work together in this time, we will only ever have limited success.

Came to Bristol Toyota looking to get a brand new 2020 rav4. Upon arriving we were greeted by Chris Perreault who was our sales consultant. Honestly, the entire experience was smooth and Chris was kind and extremely helpful. He explained and broke down all costs and everything in the car. Everything was done fast and pain free. If you are interested in purchasing a toyota I highly recommend coming to Bristol Toyota. The customer service here was FANTASTIC.

In the past for me buying a car has always been a nightmare but I had really good experience here. Sharon the salesperson who helped me was super nice and not pushy at all which I appreciated. We also werent stuck at the dealership for hours negotiating or anything like that. They respected our time and got us what we needed quickly. The finance manager Jimmy was also very helpful. I would definitely go back here in the future
