This location was very professional and great to work with. I had a tire with a nail in it and it didnt cost anything to patch. They got me taken care of very quickly. They also let me know how the rest of the tires were doing and offered additional recommended services. I recommend this location.

The shop is very clean and the workers are courteous and helpful. I had a flat tire and they patched it for free! I would recommend everyone go there if they dont want to wait for long periods of time just to get their tires fixed or replaced. I went to 4 other tire shops that either had no one working the front desks, or asked me to wait 2-5hrs to repair one tire or just told me they wont fix it even after I called them up first to ask. I was also quoted $15.99 to $25 to put a patch on the tire. I called tire plus to all of they would repair it and how much it would cost. The nice gentleman on the phone said they could do it and would do it for free. I drove there and asked the same questions again because I was in doubt. They told me it might take 1-1.5hrs but possibly less. 3 minutes later serviceman took my car in and started working on the tires. They just printed my receipt and told me everything was all set. I was out of there in 20-25 minutes. Great service, no hassling to buy a new tire or set of tires, like the other tire shops did. They even tested my battery for me for free.

I always bring my car here because the staff never fails to be super friendly and helpful! They got my oil change done in 30 minutes tops. Love this place.

When I applied brakes I could hear a screeching sound. I took it to Tires Plus for a free estimate. After inspection I was told that my brakes were gone and rotors needed replacement and the estimate for service was $800. I said I will get it done later. Shop insisted that it is dangerous to drive and I must get it fixed right away as they have disassembled the part, even though I live 2 miles from the shop. With no choices and out of fear, I agreed. But after spending $800, when I apply brakes I still hear screeching sound. Went back to shop and their response: It must be rear brakes and rotor, you need to replace them too. I feel cheated coming to this Tires Plus location. If they inspected it first time, why did they not tell me that I have to replace both front and read. It was made such a big deal that I could not even get a second opinion. They did not fix the problem that was reported but fixed something else. I think this is a bad business practice. I will file a complaint with BBB next.

Thanks to the team at Tires Plus for taking care of my wifes car over the weekend. The front tires had worn down faster than the rear (since RBM didnt rotate them last service like they were supposed to), so I only needed to replace two tires. I wanted to keep using Continentals so that the new tires matched the ones on the rear, and while thats not an in-stock brand, Tires Plus did a great job of getting the same tire at a competitive price. They got them to the store and installed very quickly.Great service - Ive used these guys in the past, and enjoy their professionalism and friendliness.

I have been coming to this Tires Plus location for many years. They used to be knowledgeable and trustworthy. However, I have seen a steady decline due to changes in managers over the years. The new crew focuses on upselling you their services whether you need them or not.I brought my car in for an alignment but I was told that my outer tie rod ends were loose. After I received a quote for $350, I began to ask questions. As a woman, I know a lot about cars because my husband is a car enthusiast and he personally put in new outer tie rods a year ago. Outer tie rods last for many years - fact. So I caught these Tires Plus folks telling me a big lie. I also had my tie rods checked by someone else. Sure enough, there is nothing wrong with them. Buyer beware especially if they start telling you that you need all other kinds of services. These guys give the entire auto repair industry a bad name - cant be trusted. Just want your money.

Love this place! I had purchased tires from another competitor and kept losing air every two weeks. I kept asking the other company to check it and they couldnt figure it out. I took here to get my oil changed because it is closer to my job, and just mentioned the issue with the tire. They fixed it!!! They found the issue and I was out of there very fast. Great service! I have definitely found my new place!

The last car shop made me feel like I was getting scammed. Tom at Tries Plus made me feel like he interested in what I actually showed up for...no suggestive sales, no upcharges or I highly suggest... type of pushiness. I feel comfortable enough to bring my car back and get major work done if necessary. To top it off, they are conveniently located.

Nice, decent place. It seems to be kept busier than other tire/lube places Ive been to. I recommend making an appointment rather than walking in. Walk-in wait times for oil changes could be easily 1.5 hours. I was told itd be 30 minutes on the phone before I walked in, but when I showed up, it went up to 2 hours. See you next time, maybe.

Ive come to this Tires Plus location for a while and have been so well taken care of. Today Alejandro went above and beyond and helped me jump my car that was parked down the street and then changed my battery. Ive bought quality tires and had speedy service. I definitely recommend this business.

On the website it stated they would be open at 7am, I came at 7:30 calling non stop but no one is here. If your gonna write you open at 7am don’t make me stand here waiting for you when I have an emergency!

While they are offering free check up for your car, they will find the problem because they create the problem while the free check up to make extra money. How it happened every visits. You better not to go here. It will be too late after they created the problems.

Store Manager Erik is an awesome guy, appreciate his open and honest communication. The store is like an AT&T store with open counters and good amount of seating and charging points etc. The amount of time they handle the customers and attention to answer question is appreciable. Would like them to maintain the same for long term survival in such a competitive location. More than dozen stores in 1 mile radius there.

I had my oil changed and all went quite well. I asked them to check my brakes and they said they were fine. I also asked them to grease my grease zerks and they said they did. Other places didnt grease fittings.

Whenever Ive come here Im here for at least 2 hours, regardless of how many people are in there (usually a handful). And last time someone worked on my car here my roadside kit magically disappeared. Nice knowing you, Im taking my business elsewhere and so are my friends and family.

We have been going to Tires Plus for over 15 years. The folks there have always given us the best care. We have found that they are honest and trustworthy.

I got a quote on line and setup my appointment. I was thinking when I got there they would tell me they dont have the tires in stock and try to up-sell me. Well, they did only have 2 tires, but price matched a better set of Firestones. I was in and out in just over an hour and had no hassles at all. Friendly staff made it a great experience, Good job Tires Plus!

These staff here was awesome! The where helpful when I needed to bring my car last minute right before close! They are true life savers! Plus the new layout of the store is cool!

I did an online quote and then made an appt. When I got to the store the quote they gave me onsite was completely different and didnt include replacement of the tire sensor stems that the online quote deemed so important that they automatically added it to my quote with an explanation about how many times theyre damaged with tire replacement. After about 45 minutes a technician came out and pitched me for a tire balancing for another $100, I flipped out. Told them if it was so important why didnt they tell me about it when I walked in instead of adding it on at the end, they ended up comping the balance. I leave the shop and my tire pressure monitoring system starts going off, Im thinking, Are you kidding me? I reset the system, it works for a few days and starts going off again, its not steady, just goes off intermittently. I go back to the Tires Plus, tell them whats going on and they say, Sorry, we cant fix that, take it to the dealer, well make it good. Im like, yeah, right, you wont even put the truck up on the rack to see if you connected the sensors properly. I take my truck to my regular mechanic who finds that all tires are under inflated by 9 - 10 pounds each, he fills them and resets the system, tells me itll cost around $110 to fix. Anyway, that works for a few days and the system starts going off again. So 3.5 months later the system is still intermittently going off, Im hoping that when I get the tires rotated itll fix itself. Wishful thinking but what I do know is that Ill NEVER go to Tires Plus again and tell everyone I know far and wide that they shouldnt go there either.

Went in to get oil done and full tire rotation with balance. Talked with JR and I asked if he could get me out by 5pm. That was only about an hour or so to do all that work. He told me no problem and was the best visit I have ever had with any auto server place. He had everything finished better then expected and on time. Great job JR! I will be back for all my auto needs going forward thats for sure.ThanksJoe

Tires Plus is a great place to take your car for tires as well as car maintenance. I have a 21 year old Camry that they keep running for me. I dont drive much but at 21 years of age there is maintenance that still has to be performed annually. Tires Plus has all the records on my car and gives it a good check up annually. I bought my tires from them, so they rotate and align them for me for free. What I really love the best is that if you drop the car in the morning, they will take you back home or work then call you with what they have found including the associated prices to do repairs. Later they will pick you up once the repairs are completed and return you to the shop to pay then you are on your way. If you want to wait, they have a nice area with a flat screen TV and computer desks for those who want to work via their complimentary Wi-Fi. You may also apply for their credit card which will allow you to space the payments out over 3 or 6 months depending on the magnitude of the expenditure at 0% interest. They also send out great coupons regularly which you dont have to have to get the benefits of when you are there; in my experience they always give you credit towards any promotions that are currently running. On top of all that, the people there are very nice. Try them out - I think you will be happy if you do.

I had a great experience with this location. Eric, the manager, helped with getting a left bearing fixed, and did so with poise and professionalism. If you get a chance to speak with Eric, he was great - knowledgable, forthcoming and transparent. He went out of his way to fix the issue I had with My volvo, despite the shops busy schedule. Will be using them again.

Tire had a slow leak, needing air every couple weeks. Hadnt had time to get it fixed. Stopped at two QTs to add air and both machines were broken. As I left QT I saw this Tires Plus store and decided to ask if they had time to look at it. Would be 1.5 hour wait but I had to get back to work. Andres said they could take me to work if someone could bring me back later. So I did that. And the flat repair was free! They found a nail in it and fixed it. Andres was very friendly and professional. They had a no pressure, friendly atmosphere. Ill definitely return when need other service and will tell everyone about them. They won a customer today.

Ive been coming here for years and appreciate the great service and straight-forward explanations. Any time Ive had an issue with getting repairs, theyve always been very accommodating.

I called to find out if they had an appointment for oil change and they said the price of the oil change went up $15, they said my car used 8 quarts of oil and I looked in the manual and it only takes 6(2015 Chrysler 300 6cyl), they wanted to charge me $7.50 per qt more for oil my car doesnt use. Actually if they put that much in it would certainly damage my engine. I called back to let them know it only takes 6 and they said they computer now shows 7 and the guy argued with me and said they had to use that amount. Almost every time Ive gone in the passed they get oil all over the leather stearing wheel or interior of the car even though I tell them to be careful of this! too much....

This place is horrible. I came to get new brakes for the brake issues that they said I had then all of a sudden I needed new tires. And they all but called me a liar when I addressed the earlier quote. The customer service is terrible and they apparently have no integrity. I got a second quote and it showed I did not need any of the things Tires Plus claimed I needed and it showed that they have not even rotated my tires which I have been paying them to do. Spare yourselves the trouble and go to another place this one lies!

Just stopped by to have my tire looked at and hopefully repaired because my low tire light came on. Rep tells me they have taken their last person for the day because they only have 2 people working (as she plays with her hair). Its 6:15, stores close at 7. Needless to say I wont be back.
