Weve been using Two Maids for about a year now, and Ive always received fantastic service. Callie and Cory really went above and beyond yesterday in my sons room and he was ecstatic with how they took care of his babies (stuffed animals). Ive needed to add on additional services at times due to things going on, and they have always been so great at fulfilling my requests.

I just had my first experience and love these ladies! I have never had a maid service that does an initial walk through, asks for approval during the cleaning and does a final walk through when finished. They were very attentive to my requests and needs. Nikki and Kathy were also so much fun to talk to. They have great senses of humor and gave me tips on things to help maintain the good work they did. I feel so confident that Ive finally found a good group or ladies to help me maintain my house.

We had you come out for the first time yesterday and I dont think we have had the house this spotless in the 2 years we have lived here. My wife is beyond pleased. Vega and Yesenia were amazing! They took the time to have conversations with me to make me feel comfortable as well as cleaned the house like professionals. We are so happy we made the switch from another cleaning company which was basically the opposite.

Even before the day was up, I heard from the owner to set an appointment to have my home cleaned, even though I dont live in Suwanee (I live close by). He was so pleasant on the telephone, and gave me information that reassured me I was talking to a professional. I was emailed a written estimate based on our call, which was impressive with all the details he covered. Definitely aimed at the customer (not a snow job). I was already going to tip his staff just because of how well I was cared for on the call. If he takes care of me that well, I know he takes good care of the maids. We keep our house pretty tidy, but deep cleaning of the baseboards, oven, bathrooms, etc is something we just dont get to very often. We hired Two Maids and a Mop to do a deep clean, and they cleaned literally EV. RY. THING: Vents. Each individual blind. They removed spots and stains that neither we nor another cleaning service ever could. I wouldnt be surprised if they cleaned each ice cube in the freezer.They actually sent three maids and more than one mop (I wasnt gonna argue about false advertising).There is, however, one big downside. Now my wife wont let me touch anything. Like, she didnt want me sitting on the couch, or setting foot in our perfectly clean kitchen. So, beware. This may come with hidden costs of buying rubber suits to wear around your house that will never be this clean again.Seriously though, they did a great job, and I can attest to those 5 star reviews they have.

We had our first cleaning today, and I could not be more impressed! I’ve used 4 other cleaning services and this was BY FAR the most thorough cleaning I have had. They offer many tiers of service. I went for a premium clean(not even their highest level) yet my home is cleaner than any deep clean I’ve had done in the past. No dust, cobwebs, smudges, or doghair anywhere. The staff that cleaned my house were perfect. I had them do the deep cleaning. My house is a little large 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. They cleaned for 8 hours without taking a lunch break. They are AWESOME!!!! If you are in the market for a house cleaning service try 2 maids and a mop.

Horrible customer service. I told them specifically NOT to clean or go into a certain room when I left. Not 5 minutes after I leave i get a call from the manager saying they can not clean my home because it is too cluttered. She proceeds to send me about 5 pictures of the room I told them NOT to touch! 1. Why were you in there after i told you not to? 2. Why were you taking pictures of my home. 3. why didn’t you say anything while I was there? This one bedroom out of the four others I have was cluttered and they “pulled their team” AND charged me a 35 dollar fee. Why wouldn’t you just clean the other rooms?

I hired them to do a top to bottom deep cleaning and boy did they ever! They scrubbed every inch of my house including windows and baseboards. They were very professional, courteous and respectful. I will definitely use their service in the future, and I recommend you do the same.

Kelsha, Valera, Karma and Jasmin worked miracles on my disastrous not so move in ready rental that I had no time to clean. My husband and I moved from Florida signing a lease on a move in ready and it was the total opposite. The ladies were respectful and caring and listened and meet all my request. I have 5 bedroom with 3 bathroom house. Its not easy to clean so I decided to use profesionals. I was not home so they has some trouble getting into the house at first but when I got home after work it was absolutely fabulous clean. Did a fine job!! I will be using this company as long as I can.

Until this year I have cleaned my whole home, 16 years in total, and have become very fussy about they way things are done. Mike Millers cleaning team has done a terrific job of keeping my house clean for the past 3 months. They have gone out of their way to meet my specific needs and requirements going so far as meeting my request to use my own equipment (vacuum, dusters, cleaning solutions, etc). I highly recommend them!

The service was excellent. The ladies arrived and went right to work. I ordered the service as a present for my daughters birthday. She said she knew something was different when she opened the door. We had the opportunity to use Two Maids & A Mop of Suwanee earlier this week. The crew (Rosemary and Jackie) showed up promptly, explained what they were going to do, walked the rooms with us asking for any special requirements, and then got down to cleaning. Now I am not talking about just a quick wipe down, I am talking elbow grease, clean mopping, wiping down the blinds, vacuuming, getting rid of dust, and all. We have a lot of books and shelf items - they took extra time to dust the shelves. The kitchen sparkled, and they offered up helpful suggestions to keep clean between visits. Our toaster oven was cleaner than it had been in a long time thanks to their efforts. The team was very professional, careful, and efficient. The dog even liked them. We look forward to their next visit.

The girls were professional and kind. They did a good job of giving us a basic cleaning to the home and a little deeper. The trouble is that we paid for a deep clean. We were told that based on the square footage of our home it would take 4-5 hours. They were done in less than 3 which would be about normal for a basic cleaning. After doing a quick walk through the house was in much better shape than it had been, I noted some obvious misses and they fixed those. However, after they left and I began inspecting the house in more detail I am disappointed that I paid for a deep clean when there were corners and areas that were missed. Simple light weigh pieces like baskets and scales were not moved and cleaned under and behind. Baseboards around the toilet and under some of the cabinets were not cleaned. The deep clean should have also gotten a lot of the sticky spots off of the cabinets in the kitchen but unfortunately those were not completely clean either. It is not that the girls are not good at cleaning they were just not good at a deep clean. They did get us in quickly but the crew had had a tough morning on what they described as a really dirty house so it took them longer than expected and they called to let us know they were going to be a little late. This was not a problem but it should not be a reason for cutting corners and not paying attention to details that I easily found later. When they were done, they did comment that this was a much easier clean than their morning job. Things like ceiling fans blades were mostly wiped down but not completely and two do not appear to have been touched at all. Unfortunately this also means that as I went through looking at the details I ended up cleaning the areas I feel should have been cleaned in the first place. I dont think that they cant do the job well, I just think that I was not fortunate enough to get them first thing in the morning when they were fresh and paying attention to details. Maybe they just wanted their day to be over.

This is the second time Ive used this company for a deep clean. I used a different Suwanee maid service in the past but wasnt satisfied. The deep clean was exactly what I needed before our guests arrived for the holidays. When I called, they were able to come out the next day. The two women who came, Kaitlyn and Courtney, were fabulous. They stayed for 6 hours cleaning our small house. It was absolutely perfect afterwards-- the whole place is spotless. Blinds dusted, shower cleaned than Ive ever seen it, stovetop sparkling. I keep finding small things they did hours later. Plus, I really liked these women. They were kind and fun to talk to-- the kind of people you feel comfortable being in your house.

The ladies arrived on time and did a great job. My house looked and smelled wonderful when they were finished. They were both very nice as easy to work with as well. I would highly recommend them.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Two ladies came in to clean my home. I left to take my daughter to school. When I returned 30 minutes later the ladies were gone. When I called the manager, Rosemary, she stated that they couldnt clean because I had two large bags of trash in the kitchen. She also stated there was dog poop in one of the bedrooms upstairs. My daughter cleaned it before she left. RIDICULOUS! PLEASE BEWARE!

This was my first time hiring a cleaning service. Two Maids made the process very easy. The cleaning crew worked very hard to get my house in sparkling condition. The whole experience was great.

This afternoon I hired Two Maids and a mop. I had amazing service from 1 of the ladies. However the 2nd person did a horrible job. Didnt clean my shower well. It was awful. Didnt clean the toilet nor did she mop the bathroom floors. Areas were never touched. Same spots were on my floor. Management I look forward to having someone return to clean or a refund. Thanks.

Its not Two Maids & A Mop, its two kids with some cleaning supplies. Rosemary seemed to think they could do a deep clean of my whole house in 4 to 4.5 hours, since I didnt want my whole house cleaned, buying hours of cleaning time seemed like a good idea. However, the maids only cleaned 3 rooms in 3 hours of being at my house. I would have been more understanding if the rooms were meticulously clean but they were far from clean. Dust was left on my unmade bed from where they cleaned my ceiling fan, there was still dust on my counters in my bathroom & more of the same in the areas they were supposed to have cleaned. I understand that there was no guarantee of rooms being cleaned with buying the hours of cleaning time, I just have a feeling the two girls were talking and not really cleaning. Not sure how two professional maids can take an hour to clean a bedroom. I have e-mailed them twice asking for some kind of response but there hasnt been any. And before they respond to this review stating that my house was so dirty, it wasnt, it needed to be dusted & have the floors cleaned--I had made sure to clean off all surfaces of things. I had really high hopes for this company & service but this was just one big giant disappointment.

Recently my search began for a cleaning service to ease the burden on my wife and I who both work during the day. Returning home meant reviewing a growing todo list which caused unnecessary stress and a feeling of being overwhelmed to the point of inaction. We tried a friend who managed a service. She sent out two sets of cleaners who barely spoke English, quoted all over the place for our rather large home and whose levels of professionalism set a new standard of low. Next we were introduced to an energetic young lady who had more excuses than any human I have ever met. Finally I called Two Maids & a Mop... the name stuck in my head and am I ever so glad that it did. I dont remember the mop but the two service professionals were better than I have ever dealt with. Punctual, professional and reasonable to say the very least. Well, my wife says I talk and talk so I wont let her down. They were honest, thorough and respectful of everyone and everything in our home. The place looks better than the day we moved in and the wood floor is so clean I truly have no words for how they did it. Next time I will pay more attention and there will definitely be a next time. No way could my wife and I have achieved what they did even if we dedicated the entire weekend to nothing but cleaning. I believe I would prefer to mow the lawn. We had been using another service (Molly Maids) for a year or so but they had so many issues with staff turnover. There was one gal who did a great job but if she was off, then the service was substandard and they often arrived WAY later than the 3pm deadline that we asked for. That caused us to look elsewhere and we picked Two Maids and a Mop after reading some YELP reviews. I AM SO GLAD WE SWITCHED! They have been on time (even giving me a 1 hours time window via email the day before) and have done a great job--CONSISTENTLY. I no longer need to worry if it will be a good clean or a bad one--every time they have done a great job. I met the cleaners for the first time today as I happened to be home and they were pleasant and very presentable. If you are thinking about a change--DO IT! You wont be sorry.

We arranged to have bi-weekly cleanings at their “top-tier” level which included dusting and wiping of all services. They say somewhere in the fine print that it may take a few cleanings to get everything dusted and deep cleaned. Fine.I was less than thrilled by the first cleaning. Okay fine, don’t dust every inch, but some major things were missed. The master bath and 1/2 bath were not swept or mopped (visible hair and spots remaining), the master mirror had dust on it (looks like it was wiped once but not enough to remove dust), and the downstairs TV was not wiped or the table it sits on dusted.They have this weird system where they email you afterward and ask you to rate the cleaning 1-10. Supposedly the cleaners who came that day would be paid on a scaled system based on my rating. Talk about guilt inducing. I responded with a 6 based on the issues above and never received a response to my email. No “I’m sorry, we’ll do better next time” or anything. Fine. I decide to continue bi-weekly cleanings anyway since it’s such a hassle to set up a new service and at least it’s better than me cleaning it all. I didn’t bother responding to the rating emails anymore.July 4th week rolls around and they call the morning of the 2nd to cancel that day’s cleaning due to illness. Why don’t you have backups? What if I had a party scheduled for the 4th and was counting on the cleaning beforehand? They couldn’t get a team together to come back out til Friday the 6th at 830am. Fine. Friday rolls around, my family gets up early on a vacation day to get up and out so the cleaners can have their space, then of course I see the voicemail. No, they can’t come today, how’s next Tuesday?. Are.you.kidding.me. Apparently someone fell down. Once again the guilt factor. Why can’t they just handle their business rather than guilting their customers?That was the last straw. It’s not fine anymore. I asked for my key back and the manager Rosemary didn’t even try to keep me as customer. No “we’ll figure something out” or “we’ll give you a discount next time” or anything. Whatever. Looks like I’m cleaning my house today... and spending the $150 on something else.

Too many different people in my house. Cannot accommodate sending the same team. Not eager to please customer and tend to make customer at fault *****Refer to the other disappointed reviews. I went on a friends suggestion. I would not recommend to a friend... or stranger

Love how you call and Rosemary answers immediately. She was throrough in setting us up as a new costumer. She assigned the two she thought would work well with what we needed. We have had the pleasure of Yessina and Ashley clean for us. What a dynamic team, the listened to even the smallest of details and did a fabulous job! Keep up the good work girls. My house was a big job due to the fact that I have a dog. I selected the Top to Bottom service. Two people cleaned my house for a over 6 hours. I am very happy with the resuts and highly recommend this company.

The ladies were outstanding BUT the owner Michael was horrible!!!! He was belittling my wife, yelling at her. Im a Disabled Veteran and need a maid service to assist with keeping our house clean. I even tried to call him to talk to him rationally but he ignored my calls and didnt call me back. We would use the ladies again BUT not the company.
