I thought they did a really good job with just one exception. The house was really clean but they missed the cabinets below the master bathroom sinks and also did not clean the master toilet. Other than that, they did an outstanding job.

I hired MOLLY Maids on 3/9/2020 for a move in clean on a house we bought. Our move in date was 3/8/2020. I needed a clean crew to come in on a Sunday to clean just due to our move in date. No volunteers would work on a Sunday so I had to wait until Monday to get the house cleaned. That should have been a red flag. I stressed to MOLLY Maids how important it was that the fridge, stove and cabinets needed to be cleaned. This is the main reason we hired Molly Maids. I was assured by Molly Maids that they would clean the kitchen toMy liking. I am currently 8months pregnant with twins and hired this cleaning company to take the load off ofMe. So a thorough clean wouldHave been greatly appreciated. We paid $43 and hour per worker for 4 hours and they sent twoLadies to Clean our house. At the end of the 4 hours they told Me they could not get to The bottom Part ofThe house and I Would Have to Pay an Additional $86If I Wanted them To Clean the rest of the house. Please keep in mind that this house is only 1400sq ft. So after the ladies left, I checked the fridge /freezer and cabinets. It was never touched! The kitchen was still so Filthy and dirty it was ridiculous! There was mold, dead bugs and grime from the prior owners stillLeft in the fridge! Disgusting! I hadTo Go Behind the the maids (pregnant and all )toClean up Behind the maids. I Was furious after paying $386!! I did not expect to be soDisappointed with Molly Maids. Maggie and Deann are wonderful! They do a great job in a timely manner and are so sweet to our beagles. I would (and have) recommended Molly Maid after years of using independent cleaners. Molly Maid teams are much faster than the individuals I have used in the past and are very thorough - dusting the ceiling fans, cleaning all the shutters and more. Also, if someone is out or ill I dont miss a cleaning since they have subs. But Team 1 (Maggie and Deann) are the best!

He took ownership of the issue and took my honest feedback.I’d encourage anyone considering hiring this company (out of this office/branch) to read my review before doing so.We booked Molly Maid in order to have our new home cleaned before we moved in. We called and scheduled a one-time deep cleaning. Our time slot was booked from 8-11am on a specific day, but the day before, I received a message saying that it would be 12-2 or 1-3.We paid extra to have our appliances cleaned and the kitchen drawers scrubbed. Little did we know that this wouldn’t be done well.I ended up calling and complaining about our home still being dirty in the kitchen - among other areas - and Jackie was truly difficult to deal with. She’s the office manager. It took days and several callsuntil we finally were able to talk. I had to inform this company that if I didn’t get moving on a remedy, that I would dispute my charge with my credit card company and then they wouldn’t get paid. That did the trick. Jackie sent out a different crew to re-clean my home in some specific areas. Not much was better even after the second cleaning of my kitchen. My wife and I redid some cleaning in our kitchen and we almost used an entire package of disinfecting wipes in the process.For the cost, this was atrocious. $400? Keep your money. The headache about their scheduling? Look elsewhere. Trying to deal with their supervisor? Difficult.I wish that I could give them zero stars.

We used Molly Maids for our move out clean when we sold our house. Their performance was exceptional. The house was so clean from the ceilings to the baseboards that I almost didnt want to move out. I dont often give bad reviews for any business but I guess for the benefit of future consumers, here I am writing one.I hired Molly Maid to do a move-out cleaning service for me. The job was done with some what acceptable result. Although I know that the cleaning crew elongated the hours than it really needed. It was an empty, 2015 year built, in great condition house just needed some cabinet cleanings and vacuum but they took the full 4-5 hours to clean it. Ok, thats fine. Everyone needs a job! The WORSE part is that I called the total of 8 times in attempt to request an invoice for the job and no one has sent one. As I am here writing this review, I still have not seen any invoice coming to my email...yet. One lady told me that she was sending it to me as we spoke this morning, nope, nothing until now. Someone else told me to call the local office because they do not handle the invoice which I did then that local office said they are in Ohio and cant deal with that!!! What a pain! I requested for an invoice so I know how much I will be charged and for what the very first time when I ordered the service and now, 4 days later after the work had been done and my credit card was already charged, no invoice yet. This is is first and the last time that I will ever use Molly Maid.

All I can say is WOW! They deserve 4000 stars. I wish I had gotten the names of the two ladies who cleaned every millimeter of my home, because they did a phenomenal job - and Im a hard-to-impress neat freak. There are several hard-to-clean areas in my house (the stairs seem to grow dirt, and the small places between the little posts that hold up the banisters are so hard to reach) but these ladies were undaunted. My house is spotless! I will be choosing Molly Maids in the future.

I used Molly Maid of NW Gwinnett County for 12 months (every other week cleanings) and just finally quit. Im confused by all the five star reviews. Before my experience with Molly Maid I had two people (not part of a business) clean my home for seven straight years (every other week) and was very pleased. Sadly, they had to stop cleaning my home because they got a new job, so I went looking for new cleaners and chose Molly Maid because of all the five star reviews online. I kept waiting to write a positive review hoping things would improve and meet my standards. However, there is just a repeated lack of thoroughness that finally made me call it quits and also write this negative review. I was tired of spending a 62% increase in cost from my previous cleaners (they werent part of a business so that is one reason it cost less with them) and being significantly less satisfied with the thoroughness of the cleaning. Several months ago I had considered calling it quits, but the owner worked with me and offered me a free cleaning and also promised me a team that cleaned one of her relatives home and was very attentive to details. The new cleaning team came and did an excellent job. However, it seems I must have various teams still coming to my home because the job is not consistently done well. I am not normally at home when the cleaners come, so honestly, I dont even know the names or faces of who comes. This past time when I returned home I found crumbs on the kitchen counter as if it hadnt been wiped at all, my kitchen sink looking like it needed to be cleaned, my refrigerator having marks left on it, the kitchen floor having stuff still on it, the kitchen table having crumbs on it, the rugs at the front door and back door looking like they needed to be vacuumed, dust on various furniture items in my bedroom, and things looking disorderly in the bathroom. I was all done spending as much money as I was for this level of cleaning. I debated how many stars to give...I took off three because I think thoroughness is a very important part of a cleaning business and I think the majority of cleaners at Molly Maid apparently lack that quality (at least to my standard). However, I went ahead and gave Molly Maid two stars because the owners are very kind and truly want to work with you. The cleaners are reliable always showing up during the scheduled cleaning time. The cleaners are trustworthy; I never felt my privacy was being compromised and one time when we forgot to get a $20 bill put away, it was still there when we got home. And, Im sure if I had called the owners this time they would have offered me a free cleaning. But, I want a consistent good cleaning every single time I pay for one. I just wasnt getting that...maybe you will have a different experience since so many people are giving this place five stars??? I did not enjoy writing this review but I think you need to know about my experience.

I had a team come to clean my house once and they did a good job. However unless you are doing a regularly scheduled cleaning it is impossible. I just wanted an as needed cleaning where I could just go online and schedule the service and it charge my card on file - very simple. But instead you have to call the office and it always rolls over to the call center which is a disaster. Then they have to get the local office to call you back and its never at a time when you are available. Its just too inconvenient - supposed to make my life easier. Why cant they just build a website that allows ad hoc appointment for EXISTING customers??

I have a little story about how we met Cindy and Scott...(owners)My mother-in-law and I live in Florida work for molly maid in FL OFFICE and Hurricane Irma was coming and we needed to leave! So we did and my mother-in-laws friend (molly maids office manager of NW GWINNETT COUNTY) of 7 years opened her home to mother in law her fiance me and my fiance and our 3 animals ! How amazing !
