I got the armor all package. It lists what the package would include on their website. I would make sure that they did everything included on the list because they tried not including two things on my car. They thought they would skip over vacuuming under my rubber mats and not cleaning the mats. I had to show them where it said they would do that on their website. Then they asked me if I still wanted it done.... I replied, well yes. I have some photos where it shows that wasnt the only problem. They didnt clean the console or anywhere else properly, they left huge streaks and gobs of cleaner on everything, and they clearly did not do a good job all around. They were cutting up and laughing the whole time. The only good thing I can say about what they did is they vacuumed the seats okay. Im very disappointed and displeased with their service. I wasnt expecting Rolls Royce cleaning but I at least wanted pretty good, thorough cleaning. I paid almost 50$. @autobellcarwash I would appreciate a refund.

Horrible Horrible job! I paid their $90 package! The result was $10 worth wash and inside detailing. I spent 10-15 minutes detailing the interior myself in the end.

Very bad, beyond bad. I had to ask twice to clean my car again and the answer was this is not a detailing. I paid $43 and $10 extra tip before seeing all of this. My car was dirty, I had to grab a towel and do it myself. Very bad place, please hire professionals, no high school kids

They were busy on a hot Saturday. It was not the 1.25 hour wait, but the poor organization of vehicles and man power as I watched no less than 6-8 vehicles after me get serviced by two guys each and completed before my simple full service (no extras). I even pointed out my neighbor completed vehicle #1, and returned with vehicle #2 pulling in right behind me... still waiting?!Our family has great history with some past personnel / managers here and Im a fan of what they try to achieve with young people. But today it came off the rails and they need assistance with the process... hard work... not science. Claim #8921 8/14/21 2:07 pm.

Amazing experience from the start! They did an amazing job on my car! My wife left her lotion in the center console and it exploded everywhere on a hot summer day! They cleaned the mess right up without even asking! The guest waiting room and the rest rooms were very clean. They are amazing group of professionals and I will continue to come back every two weeks!

Horrible, they didn’t even ATTEMPT to clean the interior. They handed me my car interior back in the exact same condition as when I dropped it off and when I said something about it the guy said “looks good to me.” This place is such a joke, Im genuinely angry that I paid $26 for a subpar exterior cleaning and a nonexistent interior ‘cleaning’. Mind you look at the evidence of the “exterior wash.”

Super friendly and quick. I did have to bring my car back to clean some spots they missed, but they took care of it quickly.

They didn’t even wipe down the center consul. I had coffee drips in my cup holders and lose crumbs in my center consul and they just left it there. I bought the most expensive service you can buy without adding any additional service, and they left my car looking dirty. I used to work at a car wash, and my car left Autobell dirtier than some customers cars were before we cleaned them... I’d only recommend the most basic ride through there if you’re looking for a quick wash on the outside of your car. It’s not worth your time or money to let them inside of you car.

The personnel and facilities of Autobell are generally nice, but I feel the business model is a bit cumbersome compared to some of the competitive unlimited car wash centers.I’m used to having a scan tag affixed to the windshield to permit the driver to stay in their vehicle and be moved through the wash cycle, shifted in Neutral. I paid about the same for “unlimited car wash” (actually one per day) elsewhere and felt more secure in knowing that my personal belongings were not being compromised to potential identity theft. And from an attention to detail point, I’d rather wipe things down and vacuum personally, if the quality of care is less than what’s paid for. While I don’t believe any of the attendants were suspect at all, I would suggest that that last leg of having attendants in someone’s vehicle be saved until after the driver rides their vehicle through the cycle.No disrespect intended at all; it’s just a reality check. Much luv.

I come here with my husband we bring both vehicles at least once a week and Im over it! I will not come back. I kept giving them chances but every time Im disappointed 😞 . They dont clean under my rubber mats and they dont clean the mats either. My seats are never wiped down and my cup holders are never clean. Im done.

I love this location. The crew here is always outgoing and ready to greet me and take care of my vehicle. They dont pressure me into buying more than I need and they work super fast. The quality of their work is amazing. They also offer a membership through the phone app which makes reserving and paying for service super easy. I highly recommend this business.

Every time i come here it’s never good service but i really needed a car wash for my mom’s new car. Anyway, here are some pictures for you to see it yourself. Paid a $34.99 full service that wasn’t even “added” on the services list but was the “best one” for what i needed. I had to come back for them to clean the inside again. It was ridiculous, they didn’t even bother putting the seats down to vacuum under or between the seats AT ALL. Customer service was nice but the actual service itself was horrible.

Extremely friendly staff here. The automation works pretty darn well! Cold AC inside. No vacuums, unfortunately. $6 is cheapest option. Monthly plans are affordable, too. Uber conveniently located Kroger and Walgreens and Dollar General.

No matter what car washes I went to, there was no place that made it so clean. Really the best car wash here. They were so delicate and kind. Even though I paid $24.99, I was so happy and surprised that it was clean. Dog fur and dirt disappeared from the car. As soon as I got into the car after washing, it was amazing!! Not exactly sure why this place is highly rated. They literally didnt do anything to the interior. I brought it up with one of the workers and hes excuse was some people are better at cleaning than others. And to point out the flaws and have them redo it as they dont have refunds. Kinda of a scam when you think about it.

I was missing a hubcap part immediately after my car wash, and was told they would get right back to me whether or not they found it. Which they didn’t.Called customer service and was told a claim was started and the manager would call me. He was insistent that I come by as soon as possible so that he could see what happened, and gave me his cell number so I could call before coming.Of course he decided to leave early that day. I called customer service again to speak to the district manager, who met me last weekend. He said a claim was not yet filed and (of this course) no evidence. Liars all of them!So someone damaged or stole it, hid the evidence and cover it up, while waste my time and money.

It was horrible!!! I went there to get my carwash today and there was a guy trying to tell me to go forward toward to enter, as we were entering the area where we put the car in neutral the guy wasnt paying attention by directing us and we hit the rubber but which end up putting a dent and scratches on my new car. So i talked with the assistant manager and the said if i made a complaint then they will deny me so they wont have to fix my car. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO GO THERE PERIOD!!!!!!!!

The staff was very friendly. The wash was good but the inside detailing was just ok. They didnt vacuum under my front seats and didnt clean around the gear shift. This was my second time coming and I wasnt impressed the first time. I just figured since it was close to my house Id give them another shot. I wont be back.

Good car wash

Worst “detailing” I’ve ever gotten. I paid for the top tier, he finished in 10 minutes and my car was filthy. No tire shine or fragrance. Asked him to do it again, it’s still not clean, but I had to go home. Still no fragrance but I was over it. After I got in the car he walked off to laugh about it w the 2 coworkers. Dont spend money here.

Excellent car wash place! Highly recommend. I got here only because Google Maps showed it was the closest to where I was, but what a surprise! Great service, the guys were very friendly and explained the many services available, and started cleaning the car inside and out immediately. They did an awesome job! Could have done better on the center console of the car and the trunk area, but overall very good job. Oh! They also forgot the ambient smell.... Nevertheless, I Will be back for sure.

When you get a full detail car wash, make sure you look inside your car before you leave. I came in here twice, and the seats were dirty both times. They dont do a detailed job in the inside of your car. They rush to get it done. Theyll give you your keys inside and tell you its done. Make sure you take them out and inspect the inside. I paid for the full detail twice and the inside of the car was dirty, both times. Theres a reason the full detail is cheaper than most places, they dont do a good job, even if you tip really well.

They work hard, theyre attentive to details and Im always happy with their work.

Great local car wash. Staff is friendly and always does a great and consistent job. For a $20 car wash, my car looks almost as good had I gotten an exterior detail at the Lexus dealership. I usually come once a week. Its never crazy busy so you are in and out within 15 minutes usually. Dont forget to tip the hard workers. Highly recommend!

I have 4 girls which makes keeping the cars clean inside and out a challenge until I got an Unlimited Autobell membership which has been a lifesaver and very affordable and convenient seeing you can use it in all their locations which are in NC, SC,VA,GA & MD.

Desperately needs quality control. Simply, $35 and $10 tip I should have gotten a cleaner wash.

Cameron and Kevin were amazing! This place is FAR less expensive than others I have been to. My car was in horrible shape and they scrubbed and worked until it was perfect. Grrat experience, would highly recommend!

It took well over an hour, and I watched several vehicles come and go as I waited. With the premium service, the floormats are supposed to be wiped down. Didnt happen. I had to remind the guy to put the tire dressing on my tires.

Very quick and thorough. First time here, I will be back.

I usually don’t write reviews but they did such a great job today that I had to. I brought my new Kia in, and Jeremiah took care of it quickly to remove all the dog hair and get my tires done. I was in and out within 13 minutes and will now be coming back often.

The guy that wipes the car down after it goes through the wash did a very poor job. I asked them to make sure the doors were clean and they assured me they would be. So after i paid for the best wash they had I was surprised to see how much they did not care about actually cleaning the car. I will never come back here and would have gotten a better clean from the old pay and spray.

Service is consistent but the monthly memberships are NOT worth it unless you ONLY like to have your car rinsed off 🤔😂

Sebastian, who is the store manager at the Lawrenceville-Suwanee location, is absolutely amazing!!!! My car was broken into this morning and everything was stolen including my unlimited wash pass. Not only did he make sure my car was washed and vacuumed well with no hesitation, but he also went to the extent of looking up my old card number with little to no information so we can figure out the next steps moving forward. This is the TRUE definition of customer service! I will return to this business and location because of that. Thank you Sebastian!!! You don’t understand how great it felt to have someone support me in such a frustrating time.

I just went here yesterday. It is 5 min from house and Ive been here multiple times and they usually do a good job. Last time I went they did a bad job. I havens been in a while so I gave them another try. BIG MISTAKE! I paid for the 25.99 service. My car was barely vacuumed and the only part that looked clean was the gloss on my wheels. They didnt even wipe my dash or give me a fragrance which comes with it! I wont be back and they werent as welcoming as they normally were. I assume theyre under new management.

This is my first and last experience using this location. Purchased the top tier interior and exterior clean. They did not do anything to the inside except a quick vacuum and dash wipe down. I opened the door to see a dirty car! I grabbed the cleaner and used my own rag as their clean rag container was empty. The employee walked over and said oh the dirt on the plastic and leather will just come back after it dries. WHAT!!! I ended up cleaning the interior in their parking lot. I have a Lincoln MKC, work in an office, and do not have children. My car is impeccable.. They just push you through and do not give you what you pay for. Never will I use this location again!

I tried Autobell Suwanee for the first time and I am hooked. I received the outside wash with interior vacuum for just one extra dollar which was perfectly vacuumed and was a time saver. I did not opt for the full service because I am extremely picky about any missed spots on my car and a have never had (with and express carwash company) a through full service wash,so I never attempt a full service wash at any express car wash.Although the service was great I would recommend to you that you should offer a sent option to purchase after the vacuum,have your guys offer a under the mirror scent for a dollar or more. The BO of a hard working carwash worker is not appealing even with a superb vacuum job.in addition it was cap off a pleasant service experience.Keep up the good work Autobell.

They greeted me warmly with a smile. But then I got the car. They took the mats out apparently because they were replaced all askew and the floor itself wasnt vacuumed. The front mats have anchors which we use, so when I went to straighten the front mats I found one of the anchors had been pulled front the floor. The windshield was left with water spots and cup holders still have fluid in them 3 hours later. The passenger window still has bird dropping residue. We paid for full service. We wont return to this or any other location.

No customer service and so-so wash (ok exterior - horrible interior even on their top wash at 25.99). Not worth the money! Contacted the store to let them know and they invited me back to redo the wash and had hoped to improve the guest experience. With so many car washes near by, Ill take my 26 bucks elsewhere next time.

They did an OK job. They definitely rush through the job and miss a ton of easily noticeable spots. They couldve vaccummed MUCH better. Its advertised in the package I purchased that they wipe down the dashboard, well an obvious food stain on my dashboard was not cleaned off and I had to call back the young man to clean it. Obvious dust and other spots were also left behind. I purchased the fragrance to be hung on my rear view mirror, and got home and realized the guy didnt even put it in my car. I believe they try to get as many cars in and out as quickly as possible, but if peoples cars arent getting cleaned properly then they need to slow it down and remember the purpose of the service theyre providing.

Piss poor job! This is the last time that Im saying this is the last time I will come here. I never seem to get the good full cleaning that I pay for, windows streaked, dashboard dirty, bugs still on grill and windshield, tire shine spotty on tires. I have never driven away happy, location is the only reason I have given them so many chances.

Did a great job on my truck

Horrible service and very, very poor job. I had to ask them twice to finish wiping off surfaces, the sides of the inside door, (didnt touch them the first time), and wiping off dirt on the outside left over from the wash. Then, I get home, happen to open the lift gate, THEY DIDNT EVEN VACUUM IT OUT!!! When I asked the young man who had detailed my car for the manager, he said he was!! So, if the manager did a piss poor job, and acted like he didnt care, what can you expect. I stopped going a year ago due to a poor job, decided to give them another chance, and they lived down to my expectations. Never again.

I paid for the super wash which is $19.99. They proceeded to clean my car and vacuume it. When they came up to me to tell me my vehicle was ready, as soon as I got in my car I saw that it was barley wiped down and they did a poor vacuuming job. I asked for a 2nd cleaning and it was still not wiped down good. I feel as if I just wasted 20 dollars for a mediocre detail. Very nice workers, poor cleaning job.

You should always check your car before leaving the premises, their work is not the best, they dont apologise and rather come up with excuses when you try to show them what is wrong.

Went and got the top service which is already overpriced for what you get at $25.99. I didnt mind much because I figured I was getting the best. However, I got a job that I could have done myself at a DIY carwash. There was still residue all over my grill and the inside was given little to no detail. If I return it would just be for a cheap $4 wash. Anything more and you wasting your money because you can get a better job elsewhere for cheaper.

I went on 3/7/15.......Worst car wash I have ever been to. The service was awful. I got the whole package deal. They did the windows with dirty rags I had to clean them when I got home. They didnt wipe anything down it was basically thw same way I gave it to them. Everything had to be cleaned over after going there.

I paid $19.99 for cleaning for the inside and outside. I told them my car was super-dirty (kids had spilled sticky drinks, lots of dirt under the parking break, Coke drippings on the inside of the rear doors) and I asked him to please have it cleaned thoroughly. I got the car back to find all of the previously mentioned grime still there. I mentioned it to the guy, who grabbed a cloth and worked on it some more, but the dirt was still there. He told me that I was supposed to request cleaning of the seats - i thought that was what i had paid for. I went back a few days later with my other car and had a similar experience. This car wasnt as dirty but there were several bits of dirt that they failed to clean. I realize that theyre not really a detailing service, but most of the dirt they left was obvious and should have been cleaned.

I came in for a car wash a few days ago. I expected bad service based on the reviews, but actually was treated very well. The workers did a good job on the interior and exterior. I was in and out in under 10-15 min. I will be back.
