I just left the car wash, I had purchased $25 special. Thats Car wash + interior cleaning. I wasnt expecting a full detail job for the price but they could have done a little better job vacuuming my trunk. See the pic. I used to work at a car wash when I was younger. This is just bad business. Wont be coming back and I would not recommend this place to anyone

OIL CHANGE DO NOT GO HERE. OVERTIGHTENED MY DRAIN PLUG AND BROKE THREADS IN LOWER OIL PAN. So my first time getting my oil changed was at squeakys car wash. My oil light came on 2k miles after getting the oil changed her but I thought it was a sensor malfunction so I waited until 5k exactly to get a new oil change. I wanted to try a new place so I went to express oil change and they notified me of severe oil leaks. They changed the plug hoping that would fix the issue and told me to come back 2k miles later to see if it was still leaking. I did that and they had a certified mechanic take a look at it. He said the threads of my lower oil pan were stripped and that I needed a new oil pan. 500$ to fix that with labor so I went to squeakys asking them to pay for the damage they caused. The manager was very rude and denied that they caused the damage. I asked him to look and verify that the drain plug was leaking and he lied to me and said it was not. I took it to get a third and fourth opinion to make sure I wasn’t just getting ripped off at express. They said same thing I needed a new oil pan. Squeakys refused to pay for the damages they caused. The manager at squeakys is not even a certified mechanic. Worst experience ever

I dont too much like this car wash. Not only did I get charge 15.99 for a simple carwash but they had no mat cleaners. Smh I dont like having to pay so much for not good equipment. The vaccum barely sucked up the sand on my floor. I wont be back.

I had an F250 on a hand wash membership with this place for several months. Every time the place was busy, they rushed and did a poor job cleaning my truck. Ive talked to the site manager and explained him the issues I have, and he didnt even care to look at my truck or to offer to wash it again. This place absolutely doesnt care about the customer or about getting a vehicle clean. Turn and burn and cash is all they see.

I have used this place before, but today they did an incredibly poor job on my cars interior. I waited 25 minutes for the cleaning to be completed, but they failed to wipe anything inside the car. There was dirt, mud on the carpet, grass, places where things have been spilled that could have easily been wiped away, and all sorts of things that they obviously did not even attempt to clean or wipe. I paid for the most expensive clean - exterior and interior - and the interior of the car looks no different than before the cleaning. I called and spoke to someone who said that if I bring the car back theyll redo it but I dont have time to drive back there today. We are taking a road trip tomorrow and I expected my car to be clean for the trip. I took several photos of the cars interior after they supposedly cleaned it. I gave them one star because I had to, and theyve done a good job previously. Edit: I have posted a few photos of the cars interior after the cleaning.

Customer service was top notch and they literally made my SUV look brand new. Ive had my Chevy for over 2 years and sad to say Ive never so much as vacuumed it. They even managed to get all the stains of of the seats. Highly recommend!!!

I REALLY needed a good wash and interior clean and this ended up being the perfect spot. Juana did a wonderful job cleaning my car!! The service/staff here overall was great. I would definitely recommend!!!!!

Never coming back.... Had to hunt down a worker to get help. Told him I needed an oil change but brought my own oil and filter and he said yes we can do it. Then the tech came out all rude and said we cant do your oil change.

The first time I visited Squeakys, I bought the second tier wash. It was great. The man who cleaned up my car after the exterior wash did a wonderful, thorough job. I was very happy because I had found a place keep my old car looking good that is very convenient to work. Since then then, however, the clean up has been only mediocre with some smears left on windshield and obviously quick wipes of Armour-All across interior surfaces. And the females wait for you at your car door to guilt you into a tip. But they have a buy two get one free deal and the convenience made it still worth the price for me. So I should have known management was getting lax the day I pulled up to get my car washed and no one was there to greet me. I waited for a moment then went inside and no one was at the desk. After just a moment a young woman emerged from a room behind at the front desk. I asked her if I could get my car washed and she said someone would be with me in a moment. As I turned to walk back to my car, a young man emerged from the same room. At my most recent car wash, the cleanup crew didnt even bother to Armour-All the interior. They even left some smears of their own. Ok, now its not worth it. :(

I’ve been going to Squeaky’s for years! They always been friendly and professional even when they are super busy, which can be many days! But even when busy, they get cars through without compromising their quality and service. They have done my oil changes and car washes for years. We’ve brought our fleet trucks here for service and have our personal vehicles. From our nicest car to our most beat up truck the service is always great. I hope they stick around for years, because I don’t even want to find a place that will do my oil and car wash in one location and usually under an hour! Check them out if you need either done!

I’ve known Rocky and Eve for years. They have a great family business with good folks working at the wash. I get everything done there from interior and exterior washes to full interior and exterior detail and oil changes. Their equipment is top notch and always updated to meet the latest technology, their detail shop does a great job with high speed buffing, minor scratch removal and interior leather work. They always take out my weather tech liners and do a full pressure wash and conditioner. Vacuuming and interior detail is amazing. I love going here for the people and quality of work. They are our neighborhood “go-to” in Suwanee.

I came here for a car wash and could not find my wallet! The manager saw I was in panic mode and gave me a wash on them. It’s rare to come across excellent customer service let alone compassion! (Of course I found my wallet after the wash.)I’ve been going back ever since! They do a great job!

Got my car detailed there. For the $35 it cost me I was pleased. Nice service and quick service and my car was saved from the mud monster that exploded on my floor boards. They even found my missing I.D. so all in all great experience and I will use them again.

I always get good service here. I have a $9.99 unlimited car wash membership and it is worth it. I drive thru once a week or after some landscaping mut blows trash all over my vehicle. Courteous and polite personnel.

These guys do a wonderful job of washing, cleaning inside and outside of my full size SUV.They also buffed out some scratches that I didnt think would go away, but 95% of it disappeared. Saved me $650 and my car looks great again.

Ive been to several car wash services to compare to and this was by far the worst one. There was hardly any directional signage, a basic car wash was $15 that put tire shine all over my windows, and the two available towels left in the vacuum section were full of leaves. I hate to leave a bad review but this place needs some serious improvements. Theres plenty of competition out there.

I loved this place! So professional and organized. They got the inside of my car extremely clean, which is hard because of the dog hair. The staff was super friendly. James helped me out and he was great!

This was the second car wash we went too, and most were closed as it is Christmas Eve and there is poor weather. The manager and Jared were more than helpful and started the car wash for us. Jared then went out of his way to wipe the car down and make sure everything was clean. They both were very kind and had a good attitude!

They are good but they have a lot to improve on. I’ve taken cars there regularly. I had my Honda detailed before selling it and they did a great job on the outside like buffing out a huge scratch on the back door. With the inside he forgot to clean the door handles and inner roof. They have a point system that recently changed and no one knows how it works. Their buy two get one free deal sounds good but if you lose your receipt you’ve given them free money because they don’t keep track of sales. The young lady at the front desk didn’t seem interested in helping at first. When asked for a manager she told me to find someone with a red shirt. Eventually she agreed to give me a free wash since they couldn’t figure out what happened to all my points. I’m going to try some place new for the times I’m in the area and need a car washed.

Please don’t do your oil change I did mine 3 months ago my oil change was due I end up going somewhere else for other service and they told me that parts of my oil change system was mess up now I end with a bill I call Chris the manager he told me that he was not sore he will able to help me and is being 3 moths who knows if the damage was done there now I’m crying 😭 with a bill!!!!!

Not thrilled with the new layout. Now have to drive your own car through; giesquickly though with flashy, colorful lights blinking. Initial service is gone but they make up for it on the backend with interior cleanup and polish.

They never vacuum trunk. The ATM doesnt work and the new machine to pay is a huge hassle.

I pulled in and paid for a $30 car wash and they deceive you by not telling you that the car wash is broken and it actually it will be done by hand buy two people. None of the extra waxes or services that I paid for wherever done they just basically did a hand car wash and sent me on my way

Im strictly disappointed looks like i got to find a new car wash. When my car came out the wash tunnel i was instructed to park in the sun (mind you i drive a black car) i sat in my car almost 25mins before anyone begin touching my car. Needless to say the sun dried the water on my vehicle leaving water spots behind, there was also bugs still on the front and the windshield. I paid to have 2 cars cleaned today and im very disappointed thought id get alittle extra attention. My family and friends have been using this location for 2yrs and it seems like the quality of the washes have gone down. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Found this place by accident and the best wash I have gotten in years. The crew did a great job and were very detailed oriented.

Detailing work was unacceptable. They have turned in the car back to the owner forgetting to vacuum the trunk between the seats etc. all the bug stains on the front of the car was not cleaned at all.

The manager Chris was very professional and his employees are second to none. It was a busy day but what I noticed is that his staff took care of and cleaned my SUV squeaky clean! They have my business. Thank you Squeaky

Took my car here yesterday. Greeters were so polite and service was super fast. Blonde receptionist was super helpful when I was confused about the buy 2 get 1 free. She helped me understand that if you buy 2 washes, you get the third free and the receipt that you have to keep never expires! Great deal! I will be coming back to this wonderful wash.

My truck had black streak coming from the door handle gaskets I told the attendant thats why I came in to get a car wash he did nothing to help after washing streaks still there I called him over he said Ill tell the wipe down girl truck finished streaking still there I had to show the girl and she wiped them almost off, geee I dont know if Ill be back .

I ended up going home and going over my whole car myself after spending money for a car wash. The front of my car was still dirty and had black marks on it. The guy literally closed a compartment in my car so he didn’t have to clean it instead of just cleaning it. He thought he could just “hide” the mess.When I opened it up it was still very dirty and untouched. He didn’t clean the cup holders at all either. I had to ask him to get the tar off the side of my car. There’s no way he didn’t notice the big black mark. Also my license plate was bent in the process of all of this. What a disaster.

Buyer beware - dont let yourself get talked into a buy two, get one free. I did, not realizing that your receipt is your only proof of purchase. I put the receipt in what I thought was a safe place in the car - now missing. Im only had the original wash, paid for two. Went in today and tried to show the manager the bank transaction on my phone for two washes, and explain that Id be happy to forego the third free wash, just wanted a little consideration for being a long term wash and oil change customer. I can show a recent bank transaction to Squeaky for $67 - dont want to pay that for one car wash. A young guy seemed to be running the place, totally dismissed me with a bad attitude.Thats my last visit to Squeakys - I feel no need to pay for bad customer service and a lack of appreciation for repeat customers.

The cheapest and most basic wash was $12.99. It didn’t clean my wheels or my windshield. They don’t have a vacuum station and would have to pay extra for them to do it. It chipped the paint off my car as well. I was not satisfied and won’t be going back.

Took my car here after the kiddos went back to school to get all the crackers and French fries cleaned under the seats, and I am so happy! I feel like Im driving a nice car again! Ill definitely be coming back!

Very dishonest people...I went to Squeaky’s for a car wash on Wednesday where they had a promotion for 15% off for ladies. I was recommended a hand wash for my sedan. It costed me $49.99. I asked the receptionist if $49.99 was after the 15% discount for ladies day, and she blankly lied to me by saying yes. A few minutes later, a gentleman walked in with the same service, and he was charged $49.99. Obviously, the receptionist lied to me about giving me the discount. Then, when my car was done, I saw a big blob of sticky stuff on the rear bumper, and I asked the person who just cleaned my car to get it off. He told me “it is the paint”. I insisted it was not. Then he sprayed the cleaning solution on, and that sticky stuff came off after a few scrub. I paid so much for my car wash, but what I got was being lied to my face twice. Will definitely never ever coming back to this place.

$33 for their top of the line car wash. Like a fool I paid it. I drove off thinking the car did not look or feel very good. Still had some bird do on the windshield but what really stunned me was when I got home to put the stuff back in the trunk and it wasnt even vacuumed. Taking it back on Monday because they close at Sunday and could not get back.There is a whole list of things they are supposed to do with the deluxe wash but if they did them they are not worth anything. If you come here go cheap. Just get a basic wash. As for me I am only coming back to get my trunk vacuumed and then never again.

I’ve been 2x’s. First time my car wasn’t cleaned or vacuumed well. I was there for over 1 1/2 hrs and pd extra for a good clean. I wanted to give it a second chance. We all have bad days... no biggie.... 2nd time I went. I had an oil change and did the free car wash added interior vacuum. After almost 1 1/2 hrs again my car was not cleaned well and my engine light was on. I spoke with the manager and it was suggested “maybe I didn’t see the engine light was on” um.... it’s a brand new car. I would know if my engine light was on. Instead of being helpful and maybe, just maybe suggest a way to resolve and help figure out why after an oil change my engine light is on... instead of insulting me and telling me your the manager and your boss “is not around much”. Hmmm. It’s unfortunate to have this happen. Customer service is key as well as being kind and now Engine light is on and my car isn’t clean again. $44 later plus tip.

Very long line. No employees were directing traffic and no one acknowledged me for the 5-6 minutes and stood parked waiting to choose my wash option. After another 4-5 minutes and the line still didnt move, I had to awkwardly back out of the line to leave. Between the long line, bad guest service and from what I saw higher than what Im used to prices, I went somewhere else. Willing to give another chance, but this visit was a bad experience.

Great quality, awesome customer service, great price, convenient location, and great extras. Free vacuums with compressed air available after all washes. Employees are always friendly, efficient, and kind. The car wash itself is great quality, and actually cleans every inch of your car. There is no better car wash in Gwinnett. I say this with experience because Ive been to all of them & a quality wash matters.

Lavon, and the whole crew working the night before Thanksgiving were great. Their work and hospitality were too notch. Im going to sign up for their Managers special fast pass because it is worth it for unlimited washes every month. They have a customer for a long time to come.

I moved to Suwanee in the spring of 2017. My car was filthy and needed to be cleaned. I found Squeakys Car Wash and went to have my car washed and detailed inside. Like magic, my Accord looked as good as new. I recommend that anyone looking for great quality work at a fair price give Squeakys Car Wash a try. You wont be disappointed.

Do not waste your money. I paid for polish and seal on my SUV and they did not do the roof. You could still see dirt and water marks on it. I went to have it fix and their manager Camillo says that they did do the roof and the water marks will not come off. Instead of offering to try it again, he told me that he had giving me a discount. I would have rather paid more money and have the job done right. I still paid $160 plus tip. You would think you will get better service for this kind of money. I will never go back there again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PEOPLE!

Waited 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. He then said I had to pull up where the carwash starts, waited another 5 minutes. I then asked him if the procedures to get what I want for my car changed, he said no, its always been like this. I said, no I have been coming to your Suwanee, GA location for 4 years now, he then asked me if I was at the right place....really???? Great customer service skills to the guy in the white polo...by the way my ticket number is 5076-10, then I look at my receipt and notice a Large SUV charge, where does it state that on your pricing??? The worst experience of car wash in the history.Came here @ 1:41 pm today on Feb 24 for deep cleaning. They charged $200.96 for a small car. I have been told to have a seat in waiting area n someone will call soon the car is cleaned.I kept waiting thought as deep cleaning may take some extra time. After 3 hrs of waiting I came out and checking about the car.The worst part - they have not even started the job. Now they will clean within 20/30 min for $200.96. Still don’t know when will they finish.Shocking n the worst.

There are many car washes around the Suwanee / Cumming area and I continually get the experience from Squeakys that I am looking for. They are the only car wash that thoroughly cleans the console, dash, door panels etc. that most other places just lightly hit with a rag. I dont like to have to re-clean my car when I get home and I know that I wont have to when I visit Squeakys. Thanks for the great job again!!!!

This was my first time and probably the last time I went there. They told me what the price is up front, and then when I went to pay, I was charged an extra $2 for a large SUV. A Chevy Equinox is not a large SUV by no means. The clerk sits in a chair and wears sunglasses inside which is awkward when you work in a retail environment when you should be making eye contact and level with customers. Their XM radio was blasting too loud outside and kept cutting out every few seconds. It was pretty distracting and no one was enjoying it on their porch area. I paid extra for an air freshener but did not get it. The windshield and the front end still had bugs on them. The rest of the glass had streaks. I had to go back a couple of hours later for them to fix these items. No apology for the hassle or the inconvenience. Just a disgruntled and a dont care look. I will be going back to Mr. Clean instead.

I have been going to Squeakys for years getting both car washes and oil changes and the quality of service has declined with the new owners. Sometimes I get good results and others I dont. I think they dont change out the rags often enough and end up cleaning windows with dirty rags. But I have noticed an improvement over the last 2-3 visits so maybe management is listening.However, I recently got the below email from Squeakys which really pissed me off. I went with full synthetic Mobil 1 for my high mileage vehicle. This came with a complimentary inside and outside wash. The whole thing took 1.5 hours (they were fairly busy), but they did a great job cleaning the car. I will be back with my Corvette soon.

I love this place! They are conveniently located near Aldi and some good lunch spots. Even though they get a lot of people stopping by they have sufficient staff available to get your car cleaned fast and nicely! Im a returning customer for the last three years, I probably wont go anywhere else to get my car wash!

In this site they have a sales system that deceive you they sell you two washes and when you return to use the second wash if you do not show a receipt that you used a while ago they do not answer you and steal your money, I do not recommend this site at all .... it is dangerous and the treatment is very undesirable
