We ordered tile from Coastal Floors. Everyone was extremely helpful. Daphne helped us match colors to our cabinets and counter. She has a great eye for color. Gianna was a great help in the actual order. She was quick to respond to our inquiries. All the salespeople at Coastal Floors were friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again.

We got beautiful granite, exactly as we requested, on time and at a reasonable price. They made sure to ask the right questions so we got exactly what we wanted.

I am an architect and have inspected construction work for over forty years. I have seen some really spectacular craftsmanship and I have seen some work that makes you wonder how work could possibly be done so poorly. I needed someone to sell me wood flooring and install the wood for a remodel of my home. I selected Coastal Floors to redo my hardwood floors because of a referral from my realtor. Paul and his team really came through to help us to select a beautiful flooring choice. My existing hardwood floors had to be removed, as well as the new floors laid down. This was literally the most painless experience that I have had working with a service provider for my home. We went to Coastal Floors in somewhat of a desperate hurry as we were putting our house up for sale and needed new carpet before the pictures were scheduled to be taken to list it. We went in on a Saturday and the carpet was installed on Wednesday! Amazing!On top of that, my husband and I never agree on decisions like carpet. Paul helped me choose what kind of flooring to get back in 2010. The installation team was very professional and efficient and the floor has held up well over the years. We had the kitchen and laundry room done in 2010 and decided to use them again 11 years later based on my first positive experience. We got the same hand scraped Asian walnut hardwood floors installed in the rest of the main floor this week and it looks great! Paul came out with samples to make sure it matched what we already had and the finished product looks beautiful. We finally have hardwood floors throughout the main floor after 11 years of carpet. We had a pipe burst in our already finished basement causing extensive flooding. We needed new flooring, cabinets, counters in addition to a lot of drywall / ceiling repair and painting. A neighbor referred us to Coastal Floors so we went there to look at flooring. We found a beautiful vinyl plank (WATERPROOF) floor that we loved. We had no idea that they also had cabinets, carpeting, countertops etc. So to simplify everything, we also ordered carpeting for one room in the basement and the stairs, cabinets for the bar area and countertops. They coordinated everything and all of the installers were very professional. Daphne oversaw everything and came out to the house several times during each step. She was like having my own personal decorator / contractor! It was a pleasure working with the owner, Paul, as well as Megan, Janice and Daphne!

This place is great! They did a wonderful job on my office floors. The vinyl was high quality and they were done fast! They moved all my office furniture and lots of equipment and were careful to put it all back together. Nothing for us to do, but sit back and see wonderful new floors and new carpet. Paul is great and very hands on. Wonderful attention to detail and overall great design skills! Their prices beat several competitors and big box stores! Highly recommend!

After visiting a few of the big box tile stores we decided to give a small local shop a shot. Mostly due to the great reviews. All the big tile stores did not have what I was looking for and they tried to persuade me to choose something different. At Coastal we walked in, I explained exactly what I was looking for and Paul immediately knew what I wanted and handed me a sample. He allowed us to take the sample home just to make sure. He showed us pictures of his work with the exact tile and our granite. Ordering was smooth and effortless on our part. We are doing the work ourselves and he offered up a few tips and tricks to help. He was pretty no nonsense and direct, which we greatly appreciated.

This is my second time working with Coastal and Paul on bathrooms in our home. Team there is always helpful and for our project the ready to assemble J&K cabinets are perfect. If youre not familiar with some basic wood working, and like the value price of JK, I would suggest you let Coastal build them but other than that for a DIY remodeler like myself, Coastal is a great loption.

Very happy with the quality of the carpet which was recommended by Paul, and the installation. Installers showed up on time and asked me to inspect their job when they finished. Paul was able to easily match up the hardwoods from 2 years ago and connect it to the new room we got done. They are by far the best value, easiest to work with and most consistent home renovation company Ive worked with.2018 - We recently hired Coastal Floors to add hardwoods and replace carpets throughout our new home. I was incredibly impressed throughout the whole process with how professional and efficient they were. The installation crews were on time and did an incredible job. Will definitely go back to Coastal for any future renovations.

The service from Coastal Floors was very good. The showroom was bright and well stocked with many options. The customer service reps were very friendly and knowledgeable. Took a lot of time educating me on flooring. My problem was parquet flooring was bulging in front of the entrance door. Rather than trying to hard sell me on flooring, they replied it was very possible that could be fixed. A representative was sent to my home and I was told it indeed could be fixed. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was since I decided on a repair, that was a little harder to schedule because it was such a small job. However, it was not months, just a couple of weeks. Very happy with outcome. Will definitely use CF again in the future for a repair or to redo my floors.

I was lucky enough to find Coastal Floors after I had purchased carpet from Home Depot and was having trouble with the install. I needed the install to be completed before move-in day. From the moment I walked in, Megan was AWESOME at helping me select a carpet and color. She is very design conscious and great at what she does! I left the store with 2 large samples and chose one that afternoon! The next day, Paul was at the house before 8am ready to measure. Paul has a great eye for design as well and gave me some great advice about future upgrades and remodels. Hes fair, professional, funny, and manages the installs like nobodys business. The old carpet was removed the next day and the new carpet was installed the day after that! I wouldnt change one thing about the install and Im super picky. She waited several minutes for him to conclude business on the phone, time which should have been used to speak with me.Plenty of other flooring stores to take my business.

I recently had a water leak and was pretty panicked. Paul Nestor could not have made this stressful time any easier. Has left my 80 year old mother un-finished with her house. Hasn’t installed lights for her so she is mostly in the dark, taken doors and cabinets out to “fix” them and not returned them, hasn’t put the carpet in downstairs, had not finished her closets so she can put her clothes in and what he did do on it, was wrong and left at 5 without caring, installed the shower wrong so it leaks, hasn’t finished sooo much and won’t answer her calls. Seemed like a really nice guy who cared, but he has his own house he is doing now so isn’t helping her.

We visited Coastal Floors in March 2015 and were in the showroom for about five minutes looking around before leaving. There were two men sitting in chairs chatting and nobody approached us or even said hello. We left and continued on to a few other stores that day. When we were getting things narrowed down, we decided to give Coastal Floors one more chance. We were greeted this time by the same two men that were in the store three weeks prior. One of them was Paul and I think the other one might have been a distributor. We told them what type/style of hardwood we were looking for and our budget. They showed us a different style of floor that we really liked and said they could do it within our budget and even gave us a verbal price per square foot. Paul came out a few days later to measure and work up a quote and said he would call by Saturday. My wife called toward the end of the day Saturday and Paul was very abrupt and said “nope, I haven’t worked on the quote and nope, I probably won’t get to it today.” We never did hear back from Paul nor did we contact him. The initial sales pitch was super aggressive which I was willing to overlook but the service was terrible all around. We have since purchased floors for the entire main level of our house from another company.

My wife and I have used Paul and Coastal Floors for several projects small and large. Carpet, tile, and now a complete Master Bath remodel. Pauls selection of materials is fantastic, his installers are top notch, and prices are competitive. We used Paul when we lived in Johns Creek and are using him again for our house in Smyrna.

When I was talking to a friend of mine about refinishing my basement, she recommended that I stop in Coastal Flooring after they did her floors that summer. I had done my research and went to 4 different showrooms to get quotes on the same product. Coastal Flooring provided the best price per/sq. ft. It is easy to get lost in trying to figure out of you are getting nickel and dimed when you compare prices of products, underlayment, labor, etc. Paul (owner) and Megan (sales) took their time to answer every question I had to make sure I knew what I was getting for my money and how the installation would work.I was also in the process of coordinating painters and trim work around the same time. Paul asked if I would like his help with contracting the work out, so I didn’t have to manage and schedule the jobs around the flooring and carpeting of my stairs. I have to admit that Paul has pretty good taste and talked me out of the paint color I chose and steered me to the perfect color. Just ask to see some pictures of the houses he has flipped!Every crew that came out from flooring, painting, trim work, to carpeting was honest, reliable and did a great job. I have had my hardwoods redone in the past, so I knew that this would be a stressful endeavor to take on, even if it was just the basement. Paul and Megan knew that it stressed me out and assured me to relax and they would take care of everything. They did…and my basement is beautiful.

Unresponsive. I initially spoke to a lady in the office (Charlie) which gave me the email address for another person. I sent an email to the guy (Ed) with the information that I wanted quoted. I had two jobs in their area to quote. Ed sent an email response to me saying that he would quote two jobs next week Tuesday. It has now been weeks since he told me the work would be quoted and I have sent multiple emails to him with no response. Avoid this contractor.
