We are first time homeowners. We went into the store and were able to find exactly what we wanted on our budget. In a fairly short timeline we had our house measured and received a quote. The installation took a day and a half. They communicated well and the installers were very professional. The floors looked exactly how I pictured and I know the quality is better than it would have been from a big box store. We are so happy and amazed with the huge change this has made for our home. Thank you to Chuck and Hector and everyone at Atlanta Flooring!
I really dont know how to thank you enough for the tile and carpet experience we have had - AMAZING! Mary is the best! And all of the workers were amazing! We have never had such an experience before and were prepared for the worst. What an awesome company!
Horrible experience so far. My builder used them to install in our home and our experience has been awful. Not only did they do a HORRENDOUS job, but they schedule and no show. OVER AND OVER. They don’t return phone calls and frankly I think they know my number and don’t pick up. They’ve told me they are too busy to get out to me to fix the work they did and schedule out in advance and just don’t show up. People don’t call and you have to call them. I’ve been working with Bonnie. She seems nice but she doesn’t call back. I started asking for Maria Delgado (a supervisor) and she didn’t call back either. I’ve been waiting for them to fix my bathroom for over 3 months and my bathroom has been taken apart for over a month. They don’t care. My builder says they can’t make them come out to fix the entire master bathroom… so I’ve been sharing a bathroom with my kids. A brand new, 5 bedroom house, sharing a kid’s bathroom. My builder also sent Mark Tunick (manager) an email and he didn’t respond. They claim they’re going to come out… I asked for a different tile, not even an upgrade just another tile that they regularly use for my inconvenience as I see they have offered it before and they said no.Basically don’t use this company. If they have any issues, they will delay, delay delay the work because they already have your money.
Horrible follow-up, quality control, inefficient process that wasted my time. My builder used this company for flooring and I needed to have some boards repaired after there was a leak from my dishwasher. It was covered under my home warranty so I didnt really have a choice. First I had to make an appointment for someone to come inspect what needed to be replaced. That was about one week out with a 4 hour window. Then I had to schedule the appointment which was two weeks out with a 4 hour window. That was fine. Some boards werent sticking and two werent even replaced. What was the point of the inspection noting the boards if the work order wasnt going to get followed. He also damaged the molding around my baseboard and tried to cover it up.I called them back and another inspector came out (a week later during a 4 hour window), took pictures, wrote a report and told me I would be contacted about installation. I wasnt. I called back and there was no record of a report or photos and the person who came no longer worked there. The rep told me another inspector would have to come out (another week and 4 hour window slot). As calm as I could be I pressed for an alternative way of me giving pictures, taping the boards that needed to be replaced and they would just send out the installer since I also had the product left behind. That was agreed upon... so I thought. Tuesday an inspector comes out, not the installer. He tapes the same boards I did. He told me the installer would be coming later and that he would let me know. He didnt and the installer never came. I waited all day and like most of you who work- time is money! I had to call back, explain the situation to a rep and was told the installer would come out betwee 8-12 today. I called to get a more exact estimate and was told it wouldnt be until 1-4. I have little faith they are actually going to show up at this point. While everyone has been nice, being nice isnt good customer service. Efficient problem solving and respecting the customers time is.If you have the choice, Id try other places and find out what their process is, unless you are bored and have a lot of time on your hands.
Received multiple quotes for new floors and this place was the lowest quote. Installation was about 2 weeks after first payment which was significantly faster than other places. Installers showed up on time, we’re respectful and finished 97% of the job the first day. They didn’t finish the stairs to our basement and had to be called back out the following day. Be aware that they will remove the toilet but they will not reinstall it, you will have to hire a plumber for around $150 to do it after the job is done. Also, be sure to check all of your doors, we had two that would not open after the new floors were installed (height) and they wanted additional money for them to come out and sand the doors so that they actually work again. Would recommend.
I am so pleased with the job Atlanta Flooring did on my carpets. They went above and beyond and the carpets are perfect. They are also priced extremely well for the service they offer.
These folks are WONDERFUL!!! Our family has used them for almost thirty years and today I was reminded once again why. I had my carpets cleaned at my house and my A/C is broken. Because I take care of older parents, I asked if they would mind wearing masks. It was a zillion degrees in my house and they just smiled and did it without complaint. They are just always class acts. My carpet looks amazing and they left me feeling appreciative and grateful. We also use them in our family business and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough!
I had an exemplary experience at Atlanta Flooring Design Center with Sandra Polo. She was very professional. She took the time to explain every detail and answered all of my questions with expertise.
I have never had a better experience with any company, from the initial sales process, to the finished flooring process. Excellent Excellent Excellent. We agreed on floors, prices, date and the crew arrived on time, and completed ahead of time. The crew was exceptional, very polite, knowledgeable, efficient and cleaned as they went. They replaced all the floors in my house and there was a lot of dust from the hardwood removal but they cleaned it all . There were no gaps, no issues. I could not be happier!!! I highly recommend Atlanta Flooring Design Centers!
This company has the worst customer service not the installers..but the actually peoole that schedule the appointments for warranties for rocklyn homes and the manager them self. I have had almost 6 appointemtns with this company they were a no show all times. One company employee told me that they go to the jobs that are paying and being that my job is a free replacement due to warranty its last on the list. This is unacceptable. The manager finally calls to give some sorry apology then dissappears and avoids my calls and voicemail when I try to figure out whats going on..i asked the manager for a free strip of decorative tile for the incovience and tells me they cant do that but you can constantly incovience customers. I wouldnt recommend this company due to their customer serviceAgain the installers are good.. they finally showed up today on the 7th appointmentAlso after one atlanta flooring tile rep said they would give me an upgrade to make it right they still went back on their word and didnt provide nothing for the incovienceDo not use this company they will give you the runaround...my first appointment was back in april/may and here we are in septemeber and they finally showing upIn addition to apologizing for not showing up train your agents with better customer service and dont offer compensation for the incovinece if you are not going to stand by it
Lea has been very helpful and kind every step of the way. I could always depend on her to do what she said she would do. I won’t hesitate to tell others about my experience with Lea or Lilliana at Daltile. Great ladies.Freda Bullock
Great company to work with. Excellent product selection and first rate customer service from Lea Jeremiah and Alan Franks.
A vast selection of all types of flooring. The gentleman who greeted us seemed a bit indifferent about helping us. He told us where in the store to look at LVP flooring. We left after seeing the prices.
Chuck Larue is a pro! He showed up onsite with installation manager day of install. He also called after install to follow up.Great customer service! We absolutely love our floors!Napa dry cork aduramax vinyl wide planks
Do not use this place to provide interior design to your new home. They make mistakes and blame it on the customer. They ruined our excitement about moving into a new home. They wont own up to their own mistake even though they are charging exhorbanate prices. Run away from them!!!!
We visited Carolina Closets here. Great place to shop for Closets
We confirmed an appointment and have the emails to prove it. The designer acts as if we never confirmed our appointment despite her offering the dates. The first dates she sent were wrong, listing a Wednesday as a Tuesday. After asking her to confirm the date she sent an email replying with the corrected earliest date. Once we get to our appointment, we are sent to 3 different buildings looking for this designer. When we finally found her, she flat out looked at her own email from my phone, and denied ever sending it..... WOW.Part 2: Initially I’ve rated my experience here with 1 star, but I have updated it to 3 star after receiving an apologetic follow up call from a marketing manager at Atlanta Flooring. He did show great concern and did not deny that their process is a bit flawed, and they are working on that. He did not have to call, and he did not ask for this review to be cleared. We are have since rescheduled and I look forward to seeing how the experience with Atlanta Flooring is going forward. You can expect a final review soon.
5 stars! These guys are great! I have used them multiple times and everyone is really helpful and accommodating. They even cut me a new rug pad the day I moved and realized i needed it quickly.
Friendly low pressure sales people, great selection, modern clean building, they use their own installers, prices seem in line, but we havent gotten a full quote after measuring own home
Wow! Thank you Donny Phillips! There are MANY happy teachers today all over the Atlanta area thanks to your generosity of giving away hundreds of remnants of carpet! As one of those teachers from Barrow County, I cannot thank you enough for giving away your inventory to thank us for doing what we love. You are a blessing in so many ways! My students will be so HAPPY next week to see that we have a huge carpet in our classroom for our flexible seating. God Bless you and your business!
I can’t get an estimate. They came out and measured 15 days ago. It’s a small job, just 2 bedrooms and master bath, and a backsplash. I’ve called twice and emailed twice and I still don’t have an estimate. Jim Ogletree is the sales rep I’ve been dealing with. I’m going somewhere else.
We have been doing business with Atlanta Flooring and Carpet for seven years. We’ve had carpet replaced in our bedrooms and large closets. Also, an entire large finished basement. This morning we finally had the master bedroom and closet recarpeted. They sent Jose and Gloria to do the job and their work ethic and skill level is outstanding. They were very careful with any furniture that had to be moved. No nicks or dings. The carpet is perfectly completed. We had a squeeky floor and Jose fixed it by putting more nails in the sub flooring. We never had to ask. We have a new epoxy garage floor and some of Jose‘s work on pieces was done there. They cleaned up everything to perfection. Our carpet was premeasured and ordered by Jim Ogletree. He’s been there for years and he makes everything come off without a hitch.I had been to four carpet places years ago before I found these folks. Look no further. And no, we are not related to anybody there.Kenny and Meg KalmbachSuwanee, GA
As a sub I deal with a lot of people. Frank, the co-owner, and all his employees are all down to earth and on point with everything so far. And thats been A LOT. Highly recommended for all your floor covering needs.
Friendly and helpful.
Great company that stands by its work! Their cabinet designer, Lisa V., worked with us to custom design our master bath vanity. She gave us an initial concept and worked with us through a few design changes along the way. She handled everything in a very professional and courteous manner. She coordinated everything beautifully and promptly resolved any issues that came up. We are very happy with our bathroom and highly recommend Lisa and Atlanta Flooring Design Centers
I came into Atlanta flooring design today to browse for flooring. I was greeted by the receptionist who was so friendly, warm, and welcoming. I believe her name was Lizzy (not sure of last name). This company is very fortunate to have her as the first person a customer comes in contact. She took great care to make sure I was taken care of.
I had terrible customer service working with atlanta flooring. Initially I called and Spoke with jim ogletree about a quote. After not receiving the quote I called again,’ left a message and still did not get a call back. no efforts were really made to return my calls & answer my questions. I didnt even get the quote initially until i called multiple times. After we eventually were able to schedule a site measure I never heard back from Jim so I called and left another message with still no response. It wasnt until i sent an email stating that I will work with another company that i finally received a call back and an updated quote! Im glad i did not do business with atlanta flooring.
Horrible management.....very unprofessional!! Could never get anyone on the phone or find out times for anything....products were ordered incorrectly...VERY UNHAPPY
For our new home, we have had two appointments set between 8a-10a, and the employees were never on time. The first time the employee came two hours AFTER our set time and today (our rescheduled appointment due to the employee coming outside of our appointment time), the employee still has not made it. This company does not understand the importance of timeliness or obviously the purpose of setting an appointment, which is an inconvenience to me as the customer because I have to wait on the employee to arrive when they should’ve been here between the time I set!
This company is an interesting one. The showroom is very unclean and the carpets look like they havent been vaccumed in 6 months. Thankful i did not bring my 3yr old. She could have gotten sick or choked on a broken plastic piece in the showroom carpet. I recomended a friend without reading the reviews first. That was my first mistake. The second was not coming here myself before giving my best friend a gift of stress, sorrow, and pain. When her floors were remodeled, I thought this will be great. Shes going to love her home again. After her children left for college she needed something fresh, new to ease her worries and focus on something besides an empty nest. Her floors were floating floors, hardwood. I cant remember which choice she made as far as brand. I covered the cost so she could do her shopping. After going through the whole beginning process, we finally had a time and date set for her new floors to be installed. She was so happy. The installers were nice, but late. She thought everything was done and she could finally relax. Not with these floors. The floating floors are floating right out of place. I snagged the bottom of my jeans on the corner of one. I tripped and flung myself into the wall in the hallway. I could have seriously injured myself. Some individual floor section pieces feel like its moves under your feet when you step on certain places throughout the room. We can pull the floor away from the wall in some places. Its like it wasnt glued or something else if off. The quality of the floors are not worth the prices I paid. I think my friend would have been happier and safer with regular plywood. When we both attempted to call and address these issues, staff was rude. We were hung up on. Didnt want to help at all with reimbursing my money or even acknowledge their was a problem. I am finally able to afford a remodel for the second time due to this rediculous company and the poor quality of the products. I will definitely not be asking for them to come out and fix this problem, i have hired someone else to do the job to satisfactory. If this company was worth anything, the job would have been done right the first time. I wouldnt want these products in my home, and I sure dont want them for my family and friends homes either. Forever more will be dissatisfied with this company. I will never shop here again and if anyone asks about flooring my advice is anywhere but here. The more i hear about this company the more i think a lawsuit needs to be set in order.
Customer service is very poor. Came in the door and the lady at the front desk (Ms. Wright) was on the phone, didn’t even acknowledge my presence, finally someone came to help but couldn’t differentiate between porcelain and marble not to mention that it took her for ever to provide a price, ended up leaving the store never to be acknowledged by the front desk lady who was dismissive even after finally hanging-up the phone, she was chitchatting with her co-workers. Don’t waste your money and time here, not great selection either.
Fantastic experience!Installed 4800 square feet of US Floors COREtec luxury vinyl plank flooring. Great price, incredible durability.....especially households with pets! No scratches, no stains, no fading!Installers were extremely professional with incredible attention to detail. We are so pleased and absolutely love our floors!
Ongoing terrible experience with Atlanta Flooring Design Centers after months of not having my issues resolved. I have had CARDBOARD on the landings in my new house for MONTHS now after they came, took up my wooden floors, and never replaced them. They send installers to my home with wrong work orders. When the installers, which are more like independent contractors, come they have no idea what they are supposed to be doing. I had to have 3 hardwood landings in my stairs pulled up because they were not leveled and uneven as they were not installed correctly in the first place. They initially reinstalled one landing after pouring self leveler under the wood, but did it wrong and the bullnoses are falling down again. that was back in May, 4 months ago. They have been playing this strange game and have yet to fix it. They also pulled the hardwood from 2 other landings in my stairs and when the installers come to fix them, they refused to do so as they say they are not given the correct instructions or the correct material. I have now been walking on cardboard for months. SEE PICTURE. I bought a new home to avoid these types of issues, but they did not install the hardwoods correctly the first time and now I have had to deal with these issues for months. I call them all the time, they schedule someone to come out 3 weeks from when I call, the installers come out, they dont fix the issue, they say they will call me back to have the right people come out, they dont call me back for weeks, I call them again, they schedule someone 3 weeks out, and the cycle repeats itself. The first pair of installers came out in MAY 2019. I still have cardboard on my landings. These are the people TAYLOR MORRISON builders contract with under the warranty so I cant just call someone else to finally fix this without having to pay out of pocket. I dont know what to do other than keep calling them and hope they finally fix them or pay out of pocket and sue the builder for the costs due to failure to repair.
My husband and I just finished remodeling our master bath and I can honestly say we couldnt have done it without Maureen and Sharryl from Atlanta Flooring Design Center. We really had no idea where to start and they were immensely patient with us and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs - from picking out tile, cabinets, and even grout colors. Both these ladies are knowledgable and very skilled. The prices were very comparable with other places and everyone there was courteous and attentive to our concerns. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will certainly tell all my friends how wonderful was my experience.Beanie
The installers were very nice and tried to do everything possible to make tile tile installation go smoothly. The floors we had put in were very nice. Especially when they finished. We were very happy with the customer service. We had a chip in the grout line. They said they would fix this.
I originally purchased my flooring with a Dakota Kirk and he was very professional. A great start to this company but, unfortunately it stopped there. I explained to Dakota that I wanted my LVP glued down because when my daughter worked there warranty and repair she fielded calls weekly on how unhappy people were with a floating floor. One company required that all LPV be glued down because of movement. When I set up my install date and paid for installation 15 May 19 I had the misfortune of dealing with Richard Dakota was off in the Outlet Center. He refused to have the floor glued down even after I explained why I was concerned. He stated that LVP has never been glued down since he worked there, I knew this was a lie since my daughter told me that previously stated. I called back days later to talk to Dakota and expressed my concerns I had with Richard and that I wanted the floor glued down. The flooring was installed May/June 19 and I paid for the floor to be ground and leveled and I thought to be glued down, Richard didnt put glue down on my flooring order so the crew didnt glue my flooring. I was never able to walk all around the inside of house because of building debris and cabinets. We finally moved in early Sep 19 and I noticed almost immediately that the floor sounded hollow in several areas in every room.A gentleman by the name of Rich I think came out to check the flooring that was installed and said he couldnt believe that Atlanta Flooring installed the floor and was shocked on how bad a job the install was.I called warranty and repair and set up to have a the original install crew come out and attempt to fix the flooring. The crew spoke very little english and from what I understood they wanted to cut my flooring around doorways and the fireplace and caulk the floor. This is a 450,000 house and that was unacceptable. I ended up talking to Sandra Brown from the install team and she was very rude and unprofessional. She seemed to care more for her instal team than to customer concerns.I ended up talking to Kelly Burton and I explained I wanted my flooring replaced. He stated that the install crew had to come out and attempt to fix the flooring. They came out to our home and spent two days trying to fix the flooring. Every time I would show them an area of the flooring that had a hollow sound the head man got irritated with me.I called Nov 19 and spoke again with Kelly Burton and said I wanted my flooring replaced and that I wanted someone with the ability to make decisions to come out to my house and look at the poor install and approve for the entire job to be redone. As of yet Feb 2020 no one has called me and I feel they want the one warranty period to pass so they can turn theyre back on me and my family. If this doesnt seem to work Ill have to hire an Attorney to represent me.
Poor service and management. The contractor that built our home sub contracted with Atlanta Flooring to install our carpeting and laminate flooring. The carpeting has to be replaced as it was cut entirely too short. The crew that is to install the carpet has been scheduled to return 3 times now, and has always had an excuse. Today, they just didnt show up at all. The crews this company hires rarely speaks English and is very difficult to communicate with. One of the crew members, a Mexican woman, sat in my garage and did nothing the entire time the crew was here. I am concerned that she was casing the place to return and rob us. Our carpet is still not fixed!!! I doubt it ever will be!!! Save yourself the hassle stay away from this company!!!
The whole experience was wonderful. Starting with our visit to the store and meeting with the salesman (Kellett) we felt listened to and not pushed into purchasing we didnt want need. Kellett did a great job of explaining everything and not up selling us. Prices were fantastic. Our experience was just as great with installation. Jose did a great job and went above and beyond what was expected of him. Super happy with the whole process. Highly recommend!
I would, without hesitation, recommend Kellett as the *perfect* specialist for any flooring need. He pays attention to not only style preferences, but considers the lifestyle needs of the space (frequent entertaining, pets, children, health concers, etc.) His extraordinary focus on the happiness of the clients ENTIRE family is simply amazing. Atlanta Flooring Design has certainly put their clients in capable hands! We will be back to finish our second floor!
Great place to get carpet remnants at a reasonable price.
They were very friendly from start to finish. I had my order ready for pick up in a very timely fashion. I would refer them!
They havent even begun work yet, and Im already extremely impressed!!!!I went to the Suwannee location, and when you go, make sure you ask for AMIR. He has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to make this as hassle free as possible. Even though there was a communication error, which was NOT Amirs fault, he has turned the entire experience around. This location is EXTREMELY lucky to have him and hopefully gives him his credit, bc anyone would be lucky to have this guy represent their company. Thank you Amir.
This place is excellent. Ask for Kellett, he is awesome. Very knowledgeable, nice, and knows his stuff. I spent weeks shopping around for the best prices on tile, but no one could come close to the price and quality this place has. This store is a gem! I have dealt with other ppl here all of them are great. DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
They have a sizeable collection of all flooring types, tiles, bathroom and kitchen needs, and more! Theyre very helpful. I highly suggest them.
Booked a carpet cleaning appointment for a specific date & time. Left work early to be at location well before appointment. One hour after scheduled appointment, but no cleaning crew. Called Suwanee office and was told appointment had been cancelled because they had another customer with more pressing business. I was then told that theyd left me a message cancelling appointment earlier that day. I rechecked my messages- nothing from Atl Flooring. Staff then blamed me for not checking my messages, even though I received no message from Atl Flooring. No apologies or expression of ANY concern over the great inconvenience to customer due to their last minute cancellation. Zero attempt to resolve the issue caused only by their decision to take care of another customer and completely ignore their scheduled appointment with me. Perhaps worst customer service ever. If you dont want to be left waiting for a company who wont show up per their appointment scheduling, then dont use this company. Beware!
I found the experience of shopping Atlanta Flooring Design Center exceptionately good. The sales person was helpful with choosing a floor. The installation went smoothly also.
Theyre good and friendly when they need the business, horrible when they dont.Weve gotten quotes here twice now. First time everything went fairly smoothly and we left just buying tile. Although we werent pleased to find out the tile we purchased literally had no variations. The man who was helping us was not the tile guy so I dont fault him.The second time we called for our home with various tile/hardwood/carpet. Jim Ogletree came out and measured and we came to the store shortly after and picked out everything we wanted. We were told 5-7 business days before our quote would be ready. A week and a half went by with no word and I reached out by email and Jim responded two days later saying they were busy but hed have our quote the next day. After not receiving anything for 3 days I reached out again and was told tomorrow. A few days later we finally got a quote for one part of the job - the last part.I even went in and asked him where our quotes were. He didnt have them ready and said hed email when they were done. Needless to say dont work with JIM OGLETREE as he couldnt be bothered even after I repeatedly said we were ready to start as soon as the quotes came in (provided they were reasonable).
Great buying experience; sales folks needed a lot of my direction to find the carpet We were looking for. That said, great carpet at a decent price. Installation ran into some challenges, but they overcame those challenges.
Unfortunately my experience with this company is the same as Jenn G. This is the third time using this company and the first two times were great unfortunately that sales person retiredWe worked w Jim Oglethorpe, again like other customers we had to wait for quotes. Finally we got the quote and it didn’t include our discount we were promised as a repeat customer. The tile we ordered though Jim arrived and of course it was the wrong tile. We had our tiler ready to go but had to send him home as the tile was wrong. We called jim and he blamed on the person who puts the order in.Next was the carpet. Shocker Jim had order the wrong carpet for the wrong rooms. He had the bedrooom carpet in the living room and vice versa. Different sizes different colors. Also blamed this on the manufacturer. On top of that the padding was wrong for each carpet. Jim told my husband it “would be fine”. The installers told my husband based on the type of carpet it is it would be a tripping hazard. This is majorly concerning as my parents are in their 70s and my son is six and I don’t need anybody tripping and splitting their heads open.We are at our wits end with Jim and Atlanta Carpet and Flooring. He was supposed to come last night and see the carpet but didn’t come or call us to tell us he wasn’t coming due to the fact was waiting for customer to come to the show room. Both my husband and I work all day and have children so to say this is been an inconvenience is an understatement. He’s supposed to meet my husband this miring so we will see if he shows up.On top of it he’s so unapologetic. I found him to be very condescending when talking to me versus my husband. He has cost us so much time during our renovation between the tile and now the carpet. All furniture has to be delivered later. The quality of the product is great if you can actually get it. Avoid Jim as your sales person and you should be fine.
Great personal service! Jim was pleasant to work with- Installers were on time and very neat! Highly recommend Atl Flooring Design Ctr
Excellent service and great prices. We did a top to bottom renovation over several years. Every time we finished a room, I shopped around for flooring, everytime I came back. Martin has been a great resource in naking appropriate selections without letting me wander out of my budget.
The staff is rude and weird. It was an allergy season and I had some allergy. The staff asked me to leave! That’s the worst customer service experience one can ever get.
Nice and helpful staff, got a great deal at the odd lot center
Top notch place, buy all your flooring here
Person I worked with was a little disorganized- didnt return calls, and had left for lunch when I arrived for my appointment. Installers were great, carpet looks good.
These are Great Folks! Pros at flooring design.
Customer friendly staff with good veriety of hardwood selections with in reasonable price range. No damaged Wood in boxes.
Terrible! Grout used in the master bath of a 450k house was two different colors. Also, for the 11 month inspection their installer put in WHITE caulk around the broken tiles instead of beige grout. You cannot trust what they tell you. NO Way
Great quality, professional, and easy to work with! Thank you, Maureen!
Quality products and professional installation services.
Great experience from start to finish!
Good selection
Great company!
Is excellent
Kind of confusing getting there. Its behind the Montessori school. Staff was very friendly!
Mii alright
Attention my people I want to inform you not to work in this company in the town of; Durham.do not work in said headquarters because they do not want to pay you when you make a mistake. what they do is fire you and they dont pay you a penny.here I am going to explain my case.I worked as an installer in this company they gave me two work orders, of which one I stayed correctly but I made a mistake in a backsplash, some lines were wrong. then they told me to go repair them. I went to repair them, but after they had been repaired they told me that the builder did not like the backsplash. So I told them I was going to do the blacksplash again. What the head of the company did was fire me without paying me the work any of the jobs I did for them.Raleigh / Durham, North Carolina Store LocationRaleigh / Durham, North Carolina - Builder3829 S.
