I was referred to Phillipa by a very close friend. When I contacted her she was very professional I conveyed to her my need for automobile insurance. She took the necessary information that she needed and responded timely. Her presentation of the policy coverage was clear and concise which helped my husband and I make a decision on the type of plan we needed. I want to say we decided, she prepared the paperwork (electronically) we were able to sign and provide payment information and was on our way to a 12 month policy (in my opinion was much better than the every 6 month policy that we had) all in a day or two. She was great to work with! She was even able to help my daughter with an apartment rental policy.
