Someone referred my wife and I to Farmers Insurance and said that we would not be disappointed. We have to say, that was the best decision weve ever made pertaining to home and automobile insurance. Since day one, it has been the best customer service weve ever received from any insurance company. Gregory and Morgan are the best! They truly care for their clients and are truly concerned with their needs. When we first spoke with Morgan she treated us like family and we werent even her clients yet. She broke down the policies and helped us pick out a policy that best suited our needs. If there is something that was confusing to us, she never hesitated to explain. It clearly shows that Gregory and Morgan care about their clients and will do all that they can to please them. Too bad we cant get this type of great customer service everywhere we go. Your agent named Morgan Albright is the most unprofessional person I have encountered. First she said that the policy will start on the 30th of April and took down my card number but never charged it. She said shell do it, shes busy, but I had to call her everyday till she charged it finally a couple of weeks later. Then she tells me that the policy died and had to be re-keyed. That took her another 3 weeks to get done. Then when it was finally done I see the start date of the policy as April 10th and the cost was 40 dollars more than what Morgan quoted me. I had to call her several times, emails her several times. She never picks up my call or responds to any emails. It takes days to get to her. She finally says that a discount is missing. It takes another week to get her to fix that.We were buying a new car and needed insurance right away. It took her 3 days to get back to me. She should be fired for customer negligence. (But who fires their daughter, right Mr. Gregory Albright?)Then I called the regional office to complain and never heard back from those people ever again on what action they took. Then I called the main farmers line to get me transferred to another agency. They transferred me to the regional office, I left a message but nobody ever got back to me. What a nightmare dealing with Farmers!UPDATE: After the horrific first impression, Mr Albright managed to win me over. He came to my house and apologized in person. That and the fact that I get great value for money, have been the reasons I have still stuck with them. I had to make some modifications to my coverages recently and Morgon handled it like a pro. No issues this time and everything was done quickly and effectively. I believe in second chances and this agency truly deserved it as they improved tremendously. I am changing my rating to 4 stars from 1 star.
