Jacob and crew were exceptionally thorough, professional, and reassuring in the installation of a 48 Wolf range in our home. They had to make an unexpected change to our gas line—thankfully, this was no problem and not terribly expensive. Net-net we were up and running in short order.Communication in setting up the appointment and on install day was also very reassuring. Many thanks!

Does good quality work although very Pricey, charge for service calls which is not absorbed in the repair. Another charge to return for repair along with the cost of the part.Not pleased with that aspect.

This company and their technician was able to repair our downdraft when no other companies seem to be able to. It was a simple fix but took hard work to find. Highly recommended!

Called first day that freezer quit, and they got out that day. Came out and serviced the unit, then ordered the part, and Peter was out to repair the freezer as soon as it came in. Took care of the problem, and we are back in business. Thanks Ingrid and Peter

Responsive, fast service and high-quality work. We got this companys name from a Sub-Zero seller, to remove an old Sub-Zero. We were put in contact with Daniel, who quickly figured out what we needed and had a crew there within 2 days. They give you a precise arrival time, not a 4 hour window like many. Really appreciate that. We had them remove and haul away the frig and a dishwasher, and install replacements for both. Very reasonable cost. Called the next day to confirm all was good and offer further help if needed. Would recommend them highly. In fact, about to email Home Depot, where we got the items, to tell them to recommend this company over the one they did (who never returned calls).

I would say without a doubt, that there is no need to call any other company for an appliance repair or replacement. This should be your only call. I am a real estate agent in the Atlanta area. I have used a number of appliance repair companies in my years of real estate and none come close to the level of professionalism and knowledge that these guys have. Not only have they done multiple repairs on various types of appliances for me, they have saved me money. They are honest. They are efficient. They are courteous and do their very best to achieve a superior level of customer service. I am a satisfied customer that would not imagine calling anyone else for an appliance need or repair. I can not say enough about the staff as well. Everyone that I have come into contact with has been willing to help solve problems and have multiple options and solutions. I had enthusiastically recommended them, but they stopped working on some brands that I have. They have serviced my plebian brand appliances before and I was happy. I do still have several high end brands that they installed for me and they service, but since they wont work on my KitchenAid and Maytag anymore, they shouldnt expect me to use them for my high line appliances either.

Absolutely, hands down, the best service in the industry. We had a Sub-Zero fridge installed; from the attention to detail in communication right down to the installation and clean up. Technicians were courteous and highly professional, going above and beyond. Perfect 10. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

I moved into a house a few years back that had a Viking professional fridge/freezer and stove/oven. Unfortunately, the appliances frequently need repair. Peter at Innovative has been over to make the necessary repairs, at least 10 times over the past couple of years.He is always professional. Friendly and dedicated to premium service. He never leaves a mess. I would encourage anyone needing repairs to call up Innovative.The company also installs appliances. Peter came out and installed a new Bosch dishwasher for me and hauled off the new one. When my troublesome Viking units finally die, I will have Peter install my new ones.

Innovative appliance fixed a front load washer for my parents not long ago. We had three service men from the actual Brandname come out and the problem continued until Peters team at Innovative Appliance came out and found the problem! They were so great we had them install an oven and dishwasher since then. Highly recommended!

I wanted to post an update saying that the owner did call me to apologize for the issues I experience, and he generously compensated me for the stop payment fee as well as for the service fee, which was unexpected and above and beyond. I am satisfied with the outcome. I couldnt figure out how to delete my post, so I wanted to at least post an update.The technician lost my check. The company tried to charge me again and outright refused to return my emails or phone calls regarding the stop payment fee. They passed my fee on to American Home Shield who wouldnt reimburse me the stop payment fee on the lost check. They never came back to complete the repair on my cook top stove, and it has been two months. Extremely unhappy. Extremely frustrated. This business has terrible customer service and treated me in a very unprofessional manner.

Starting with my initial call into the office, my experience started with Daniel, who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and informative. After my conversation with him, I had a sense of relief that I had found the right company for the installation of my new dishwasher. It turns out that my instincts were correct! The installation was started and completed by install technician Ilya, who was very professional, courteous, and a true perfectionist at his craft. Ilya introduced himself and began work on the installation--and was in and out in no time! He explained the operation of my new appliance, cleaned up the area, and hauled away the old dishwasher. He left having given us service with a smile--but it is us who have the gratitude and relief of a job well done. It is my recommendation to anyone looking for an installation or repair of an appliance (we were so impressed with the job done on the install we will certainly use them for future repairs.)
