Called Prestigious after being abandoned for 3 hours by our insurance company by a tow that no showed. Kevin from Prestigious came to our rescue in under an hour and was awesome. He even helped us push our big F350 paperweight into a parking spot at the garage. Thanks so much Prestigious!

My father accidentally drove his 67 VW bug a little too far on a car trailer, and we called Prestigious out to help us get the car back in the proper spot. They were absolutely amazing, and went above and beyond to make sure the car was not damaged while moving it back. A bit of time, and 2 tow trucks later, success! What an amazing company! I hope I dont need them in the future, but if I do they would be the first I would call!!

Called another service first and they said it would be 2 hours $100 dollars for the tow and they wanted my credit card info to charge my card before they even came out... F that! Called prestigious the guy was great on the phone said they would be there in 45 minutes or less and they were. The tow was only $85 vs the other companies $100. Ron was awesome hooking up my lifted truck and was extremely polite on the ride home with my truck. I got business cards to put in both my vehicles because I will absolutely be using these guys again if I need a tow. A+ customer service and pricing.

This place was awesome!!! I called a bunch of places and they gave me the shortest eta and was there on time. Their price was good for the work the driver had to do. Alex was professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again if I need a tow. Thank you!!.

Thank u Ron Hurles, did not know what to do after losing control on my front tire… I tried to change it my self with my tools and could not get it had to call and with his expertise and safety in mind helped me out to move the car out of the highway and to a safer location to change it… great service takes a while for them to find you and this huge place but once they get to work it will be done in seconds

Car was picked up and delivered fine. Keys were locked in car with the lights on. Not sure how the lights got turned on. Driver told me he would come back to unlock. Called and spoke to him 2 or 3 times. Kept saying same thing. 8 hours later still nothing. Have to spend over $100 for a new battery now just for using their service and have another company come out and unlock the car. Not worth the time or money for quick delivery.

After 3.5 hours of waiting for another local towing service that apparently has no problem leaving people stranded for hours in the middle of the night, Prestige came to the rescue, on time. Very professional and helpful.

Dishonest and unhelpful.Service was arranged through roadside service. They were supposed to bring, at a minimum, two gallons of gas. They only brought one. And the nearest gas station was very far away. So we put the one gallon in, and I asked him to drive behind me in case we didnt make it. We didnt make it. We called roadside assistance to clear it up, their boss in the office claimed, falsely, that he provided 1.5 gallons. This was false. Oh yeah, did I say that it took 2 hours for him to get to us when he was only one hour away? Yeah. So while we are trying to arrange things, I asked him how much would he want to go get the other gallon of gas (that they were supposed to bring in the first place) . $125 to get the gas. Do I need to tell you more?He waited there with us for about an hour while we try to sort things out on the phone. In all that time, he could have gotten some gas for us, no problem. But he stuck to his story of $125 for either a tow or for a gallon of gas.

This company is terrible to partner with. Scheduled through roadside assistance with AT&T, they notated all of the needs for the vehicle. They were supposed to meet us in an hour, called approximately 10 minutes after the hour and they said they would be there in 30 min. Called 15 minutes after the 30 minute mark and were told they were going to charge us more to come because of a mistake they had made and when asked about the delay, Ronald said he did not receive the the call until 20 minutes prior to our call. After 4 hours, they never came and we ended up canceling. I would not recommend this place and and surprised that such a large company like AT&T would partner with a company that conducts business like this.

Great customer service by the Prestigious Towing team. They were quick to get in touch with me soon after I requested a tow through my insurance, and they arrived quickly for my car. From making the request to them arriving at my car, Id say it was about 45 minutes. I really appreciated that they actually tried to jump my car first, just to see if they could save me money on the tow. They also recommended a few different auto shops to buy supplies and get repair services for a reasonable price.

Neighbor across the street used this company, the tow truck driver used my driveway several times to get to his. He left numerous black tire streaks in my driveway. I called the office, they stated the driver would clean it off, he did not. I called again and they stated the manager would call me, he did not.

They came out to help me with gas I had ran out they got to me quickly and the service was professional, also got a discount on the gas.

This company blatantly lies about their location so you don’t cancel and call another company. A driver told me he was a fifteen minutes away - an hour+ later he still hadn’t picked up my car. I call and of course multiple times he doesn’t answer his phone. Finally get ahold of him and he tells me he’s five minutes away. AGAIN, A LIE! Try to call multiple times after another hour and no answer! Finally, a different driver called me and said he was a few minutes out. THIS WAS 2 HOURS AFTER THEY WERE EXPECTED TO ARRIVE. (3 hours total taken to arrive). Prestigious Towing - have some integrity! Potential customers - find another towing company!EDIT TO RESPOND TO THEIR RESPONSE.Dispatched at 7AM and did not arrive until 10AM (that’s 3 hours!) - get YOUR facts straight. Also, what does the other company not coming out have to do with anything? This was before your company was assigned and has nothing to do with the service I was provided from “Prestigious”. Stop deflecting and admit that your company lies to its customers.

When I called I was given a approximate time and the driver came sooner then expected. I was stranded and sat in the hot sun. Ron has the ac ready for me in his truck and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely use them again

Wow, I cant say enough about Ron, the gentleman who came to tow our Jeep to a shop after our back two tires were flattened. He has so much knowledge about what he does, and made us feel very comfortable that he knew exactly what he was doing with the truck he was driving. Once he unloaded our Jeep at the designated shop, we told him that the Jeep wouldnt start for us either. He offered to jump the vehicle for us, and got it running within minutes! Our vehicle is a little bit of a problem child, and he also noticed that the back window wasnt shut properly. Weve had trouble getting it shut over the past few months and so he adjusted the lever for us and fixed it up perfect! Unbelievable service - we truly felt like he went above and beyond for us, and his personality and friendliness were such a breath of fresh air! Five gold stars to Ron, and my family and I cant thank him enough! Give that man a raise!

Chris, Has been very helpful to me he came to pick up my car and I told him where needed todrop off my car. But he recommend me to the different auto body shop that was been better than I choose that someone who will takes care of my car. He did really great job and I appreciated it.

We broke down outside of Buckeye AZ on a Saturday, and our insurance company arranged a tow with Prestigious Towing to the nearest Acura dealership. I spoke with the driver around noon and he was very friendly and courteous, and informed me he would pick up the truck in 45 minutes. An hour and a half later, I called on a status and he was just then making his way over to pick it up, and told me it would be dropped off within another 45 minutes. I then called the dealership to expect the tow within an hour. Two hours later I hadnt heard anything, so I called the dealership and the truck had still not arrived. When I tried calling the driver twice it went to a full mailbox, so I called the number listed on the website and was informed the driver was re-routed on his way to the dealership in order to pick up another vehicle. By the time our truck was dropped off, it was after closing and we had to spend the rest of the weekend in Peoria until Monday when the dealership opened, spending an extra $250 in unexpected lodging costs.To be clear, we understand things happen unexpectedly, but some proactive communication like a courtesy phone call, would have been greatly appreciated so we could have known what was going on and not be left in the dark.
