Robert came out personally to help change my tire. I had a young man trying to change for over an hour and couldn’t figure it out. Not only did Robert help he took the time to show him how to do it. I will use this service anytime.

Idk what address they gave you but they had my address by gps and I left a note with the address, and you never called me for questions, I did 11 calls to you guys and the only answer I had was by a voice machine and I wasnt on the freeway

Answered the phone unprofessionally, continued to say “yeah how can I help you” without listening to my concerns. Told me he would recommend another company, then just told me to “look ‘em up”.

Amazing customer service, communication, and fair pricing! Would recommend and use again if needed. I initially called another company that had good reviews but my gut told me to get a second opinion. So happy I did. EVS beat the price I was quoted by the other place and didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience.

This man went completely beyond the call of duty. If you are getting a tow, he is the guy. I had a 11,000lb RV and no one else wanted to do the job for less then $500. He tells me he will be right there and not to pay that ridiculous amount. When he shows up, he spent over 30 mins helping me find a good mechanic because I’m not from around here. We go to Percision Auto Works. (The best god damn business I’ve ever been to) Then, not only does he tow me there, he and the owner of Percision stay far past business hours working on it TOGETHER to get my girlfriend and I going down the road. Both companies were funny, polite and engaging. Both companies were fair with their prices and great at what they did for a living.Honest.He treated me like a friend. I couldn’t be more greatful for everything they did. Call EVS every time.
