Disappointed and defeated. Been reaching out to them as well as seek AZ for 2 years now trying to get help for my son. The online therapy proved to be worthless. Weve been shuffled around through case managers, they always cancel appointments. Been waiting for a referral for in person therapy for about 4 months now maybe longer. If youre desperately seeking help for your children please look elsewhere.

Started this journey in October 2019 with my son. We still have not accomplished much of anything. My son has been seeing a therapist for about 7 months now and we have not noticed any improvements. ACA keeps telling us to give it more time; yet the extend of his hour long therapy is him playing on Google and YouTube while the therapist types in the background. There is no interaction. Were required to come into the office to refill medication, yet the provider is remote. Weve been pushing for behavioral therapy for almost a year now and still have not received a referral or appointment to begin. Good luck receiving a call back if you leave a voice-mail. This place is the biggest joke when it comes to trying to get help for your child. If you are seeking help, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. ACA will only push you around in circles (for years in our case) so they can continue collecting insurance checks. Years will pass and youll be in the same boat you started in.

In the beginning it was alright but then suddenly the staff was horrible. The therapist says my daughter is making progress but I dont see any progress because my daughter lies and makes faces when shes on the phone. The med-check lady gives me appt for med-check but then cancels. My daughter has been there for like a year and something. I wanted to bring my other daughter but then I might just take them somewhere else. The caseworker well I never hear from her ever. Its like the whole staff is unprofessional and lazy when theyre supposed to be helping the children.

My experienece there has been good so far. Ive been taking my daughter there monthly for 4 months. I really like the psychologist there, shes really nice .

Being waiting since February for service for two of my kids and they just dont seem to care. Have to many case that they cant work with the new case an they just do the interview and and just have your case seating on the side. Have only received two call since i open my case. If your kid need help i wouldnt take them here. The most unprofessional place.

Brought my son here several years ago, and it was awesome. The staff were friendly and concerned about my son. Now Im bringing my 10 year old daughter and its been awful! No one returns calls, my daughters case manager was supposed to set her up in groups in March, still have not heard from him!! Regretting bringing my daughter here now. 😡

Arizona’s Children of Surprise helped me so much. I had a great therapist and case manager, the receptionists are so kind, and group therapy was very helpful. They even helped me transition to a adult center once I turned 18.

Take clients here receptionist are always friendly. Not long wait times.
