Friendly staff. Best part is that it has a short wait time to see someone. Best times are mid-month and mid-week. I live closer to others, but I prefer this one. And highly recommend it for you too.

I used to love this place with all my heart Ive been coming here since 2012 they were always super nice friendly and quick. This time was my only day off i spent 5 hours here with no response just because the case worker was lazy and didnt want to make a call. Are u serious, but again I didnt think that was right so I went back and talked to the lady in the front she was amazing, she helped me with everything. I understand that everyone wants to go home and relax, I work for customer service, if I have a Customer Im going to do the best to help him and meke him feel like family not like trashy.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They do have a desire to help you the best way that they can. It gets really busy really fast though and will take forever like most of the other locations. Just get there about 10 to 15 minutes before 7, they open at 7, some people may already be there. But the first 3 people in line will go back right away and is there for a hour if that. Last time we went there we were 6th in line and was there for 2 and a half hours.

They are usually on their job. In and Out is the way i like it. It helps to have all necessary paperwork filled out and important documents available. Great work Guys!!

Takes 7-10 business days for you to receive nutrition assistance, not including weekends. That in itself is horrible service. They give you the physical card with nothing on it. Do BETTER

There has been several times where many people including myself have gotten there early in the morning around 9 or 10 and were lucky if we get seen by 4 p.m. its so slow and recently some of the employees want to get you in and out of there as soon as possible even if you ask for information. I remember just wanting copies of some paperwork and the lady told me to go online. I then spoke to another representative who just printed out the copies. My opinion is that if you dont want to be at work to work, then you should probably go home

Clean, friendly, helpful, and not overcrowded. A little bit long on the wait times, but manageable.

I posted Best Experience with DES, EVER! a year ago. Now, forget it. This place used to be fast and well organized.Today is my FOURTH (4th) DAY trying to be seen. I have been either turned away or didnt have time to wait over 2-3 HOURS just to be talking to someone for an additional hour to have things completed.My wife said every time shes being seen in the back, theres several employees just standing around joking and screwing off. I understand a break now and then, but not where clients/customers can see you.

Not very helpful and I felt prejudice towards me.

Yes as i was trying too say about this place its really a good program and it really works if you let it the people there really go all out with trying too give you the best and proper services available too you as a person in need or help

Just got done from visiting this des office. It was suprisingly a very nice expierence i have been to a few des offices and never seen one that clean and very staff friendly. Also the wait wasnt long at all. I most definetly reccomend Sarah she has a really great personality and went above and beyond to help me. It was a really great experience and was really new to me to see cause alot of the case workers i have delt with are usually rude and dont enjoy their job very much. But she made my experience there enjoyable. Will definitely be going to this des from here on. 😊

Front check in guy is VERY rude! Although he certainly doesnt appeare better than anyone else is this world he treats everyone as though he is better. Very annoying. Case worker I worked with was very nice. Wait time with 3 small children was 3 hours! UNREAL to keep them from crying/screaming being bored!

It was very packed but is was after a holiday so I will go again.

Very clean location voc rehab staff are great scource for referrals.

Much better waiting time and things get done in a faster pace and easier.

THIS IS THE WORST DES EVER THEY TAKE SOOO LONG TO CALL PEOPLE THEY CALL A NUMBER LIKE EVERY HOUR GOT HEREAT 9 AND STILL HERE AND ITS 3 AND ITS NOT PACKED WORKERJUST SITTING NOT DOING NETHG IF THEY CALL PEOPLE FASTER THEN IT WILL GO FASTER BUT THERE TO BUST TALKING TO EACH AND TAKE A 2 HOUR LUNCH NEED BETTER SERVICE

They think the money for food stamps and health insurance comes out of their own personal paychecks. There is no parking in the parking lot thanks to the incompetent and heartless caseworkers, leaving you to park in the street instead of the parking lot for customers and not the incompetent employees.

They treat everybody with superiority. I dont think is necessary. They enjoy to humiliate people. I had to deal with an afro american woman absolutly very rasist. No manner at all. She was treating me like I was a criminal and not a normal person. The most bad experience in my entire life. I have just one question for her. Do you belive is necessary to humiliate people just because they have financial problems?

The longest lines known to man!!!! Bc they are understaffed the staff they do have is overworked and rude.... funny a place like this is suppose to provide support to those in need. Pha ha!!! Be serious.

Honestly i did not like how they take tooo long just to attend 5 people... I was there since 9 am and there was only 5 of us.. Ridiculous on the pace of attending people... Had to leave at 215 and they still had like 3 of us waitting 😠

A place in which there is no long line and waiting time. Some hours are busy.

Dont bother going there early, you will wait all day. Just show up after 1pm when all the riff raff have cleared out and you can find a seat and at most you will wait an hour or 2.

Typical government agency all the lights are on and nobody is home. Total time bandits.

Compared to New York, this place is a Waldorf Astoria. However, it still has very long waits. Expect to be there for 5 hours or more.

Slow and careless workers. Had to leave after 2.5 hours because people were telling me they were there for 4 hours still waiting! For the 2.5 hours I was waiting, they called less than 6 or 7 people back
