Had my car serviced on April 20, my service advisor Joe Hough is the best in the business! Joe was very professional, transparent with me throughout the whole process and even stayed a few minutes after closing so I could pick up my vehicle. I will continue to have Surprise Ford service my vehicle because of the customer service treatment I received from Joe, it’s genuine. Thank you
