Im giving it 5 stars for the postal carriers. Their RCAs have to work 6-7 days a week. They take away their one day off on a rotating schedule to send them to another city to work Amazon too. Its hard manual labor and driving a vehicle on the brink of exhaustion 7 days a week. During the holiday season they work 12-14 hours or more a day, 6-7 days a week. The next time you see a postal carrier know how tired and over worked they are and thank them. Know they are sacrificing time with their loved ones to deliver the mail. They wait several years to become an RC and eligible for retirement benefits, pto, and normal working hours. They are some of the most dedicated and hard working public servants you will ever meet.

Basic post office, expect the usual long lines like there were today on a Friday morning before 10 a.m. when there were at least 8 people waiting in the line. Happy to know they have automated machines and they generally work well for buying what we always need, which is postcard stamps and letter stamps. These stamps are the self-stick type and easy to use.

I have gone to this location multiple times since Nov 2020. The lines are a bit long BUT it goes by quick since there are a few people working at the counter. I have been waited on by a different person each time and everyone has been super nice!

Always busy with not enough clerks. Lord help you if you ask a question. The attitude is not pleasant at all.. there is one gal I seek out.. she is pleasant and is helpful..Most of the merchandise is way over priced $3.50 for4 peices of packing tape. No wonder FedEx and UPS are beating them. Package everything before you get there because you wont get help and theyll price gouge you!

Like they are open later on Saturday versus other post office locations. Has a self service portal that can be used 24/7, can print and buy postage. Trying to use the large auto drop boxes tend to get full so it locks up a lot over the weekend. Regular mail boxes no issues. Can get passports with a reservation. Has a lot of mailboxes of various sizes. Priority boxes available and free access stand.

Very friendly staff. The gentleman who helped me explained things clearly and was very helpful. We just moved to the neighborhood but I’ve been to a lot of post offices around the country for work.This post office doesn’t deserve the low rating it has received based on my experience. This is my 5th trip to this post office and I just realized that it had such a poor rating.

I went to the post office with my mom and all I had to do is drop off some packages for Poshmark, but my mom had a very small package to send. The line was super long, but it moved quickly. We ended up being helped by Kathy and she was so delightful! She even helped my mom save tons of money, and decorated the box with Christmas stickers for her!

Mail always says out for deliver but never comes! They destroyed my other mail twice in a row one time it was missing 50$ worth of product and they repackaged and sent with no warning. Now Im paying for 2 day shipping its been 8 on 3 different transactions all say out for delivery yet our mailman just dropped the mail off. best part is it came from CA.

The workers at this USPS dont get enough credit. I watched someone harass a worker the other day over their mail getting delivered in time. Maybe dont ship the week of Christmas and be a responsible adult? Anyway, weve always had prompt service and very polite workers. Great job USPS!

The most efficient post office I’ve ever been to in my life! And I’ve been to several! Always consistently fast and very nice window clerks! Everyone is always so helpful and cheery. The line moves quite fast and they do a nice job helping people in the line to expedite it.

This post office has the worst mail carriers Ive ever seen. They are completely unprofessional and the regular mail guy that delivers where I live is rude, arrogant, condescending and so completely unprofessional. He claims that he had a photographic memory for everyone that lives in the community where I live, and yet he constantly mis-delivers mail to the wrong people ALL the time, including to me.Though on a positive note, every time Ive gone into the post office, theyve been great.

Seriously what happened to Ralph the mail carrier in Surprise Farms!!! Is anyone delivering mail?? Comes late, (after 5PM) doesnt show up, says its delivered and its not!! How hard is it to deliver the mail?? Hire people who want to WORK. Millions our out of a job and nothing gets here on time ever!!! We have a po box they also lose mail constantly!!! Whats the point of informed delivery when the mail STILL isnt in the box!! This is the WORST place to deal with!! They have even misplaced a box that was 57 POUNDS!!!!! Dont expect anything to be done on time or right through this place, ever!!!

I recently started my own small business and struggled with packaging, pricing, stamps, ect. as I’m still learning how to figure things out. Any time I ask a question it seems as though it’s a complete inconvenience. They basically verbally push me out of line and instead of answer ALL my questions at once, they answer one, make me go fix something and keep coming back to fix my mistakes. JUST HELP ME THE FIRST DAMB TIME and I’ll be out of your hair! I literally get horrible anxiety before I go because of how I’m treated. Wish I could go somewhere else, but I rely on this.

Do NOT come to the USPS and expect them to delivery what you pay for. I stopped by this ovation to get answers to the 7 packages now 5-8 days late. What I was told was that “they make no promises of delivery”. It may come in the next few days, or weeks. The USPS should be shut down for fraud and theft.

Worst Post Office in the valley. Now I see why the government wants to de fund the postal service. Our box was broken so I had to go pick up my mail, no problem, but when I went they couldnt find my mail. I went home and called them and it was there just is another area. Went back the next day the clerk gave me my mail along with everyone elses mail minus some of mine, returned it and next day a letter I was suppose to receive wasnt there. I knew it was suppose to be there through informed mail, however clerk stated that informed mail could be 3 day out. I think the carrier lost my mail because this is not the first time. By the way In the stack of mail I got, there were letters over 1 month old. Very unorganized and not helpful people that work at this location.

We drop off our packages here on a weekly basis. It is nice to have a reliable post office nearby to help our small business needs. To date, we have never had a package lost or not scanned. Great job on handling our packages with 100% arriving as expected.

Ive been using this post office for about 10 years. I keep my PO box here so I dont have to change everything when I move, which has been about 4 times. I expect lines to form if i need to go to the counter for whatever reason. Ive always had good service from the people working here.

Too many complaints to list. After changing and updating my address more than 3 times now, my mail is still not being delivered. I constantly receive the previous tenants mail. After personally going in twice to speak to the carrier, the 15+ pieces of old mail I asked to be sent back were delivered back into my mailbox two days later. Its been 6 months and I still dont receive my mail consistently eventhough I have gone in and complained about this ongoing situation.

This is the WORST Post office I have ever dealt with!My husband and I have had issues getting our OWN mail delivered numerous times because my maiden name was not on the mailbox.Although we still receive SO MUCH of the former residents mail even though their name is not on the mailbox.We receive SO MUCH of OTHER PEOPLES MAIL that if we go a week without checking it, we get a note that it was full and we need to go to the post office. Every time this happens, we pick it up and go straight to the car and sort out what is ours and immediately bring back in everything that doesnt belong in our box, which is at least 80% of it! This has happened about 4 times now, nothing has changed.Now we just got back from a week vacation and, surprise surprise, our mailbox is full. We have a green slip dated 6/16/16, we check the mail when we get back on 6/22/16 and the box is now checked that says Mail will be returned to sender on 6/22/2016 even though it says on the slip in 2 places that you have 10 days to pick it up in the post office before they return to sender!!! Ive tried calling the number on the slip about 10 times (no exaggeration) today and I get the busy signal every single time! What kind of business doesnt have call waiting? This is ridiculous. If we didnt HAVE to use this post office, I would NEVER go here again. Which, I think explains their lack of customer service, everyone is forced to use this post office for their home, so theyre not going to worry about pleasing their customers because guess what.. you have to come back!

Every time you call this location its just a busy signal or when it does ring every once in awhile nobody picks up. You can never get answers to anything that you need period even when you call 1-800 ask USPS you cannot get a hold of a person to help you out with anything. Theres no wonder why the post office is suffering terribly. Its because the people that run the post office could care less.

This place is a circus as post offices go. Constantly huge lines no matter when you go. That is in large part due to being overrun by snowbirds most of the year. That isnt their fault, nor their largest issue here. The people who work at this particular location seem to really dislike their jobs. Ive lived in Surprise almost a decade now and it has been consistent in this place. As others have mentioned typically very rude and short with you. Today was the most surreal yet as I saw the supposed postmaster of this location get into it with one of the employees over a policy which neither of them seemed to have a good grasp on. If you have the time and live in the area, save yourself some grief and go to the one in El Mirage on Waddell Rd. Smaller place, but rarely a line and much happier people.

This is a big and busy post office so expect to wait in line. They are friendly and helpful. If using a credit card, make sure it is signed on the back. If available they will open up a quick counter to pull more people out of the line. If you are looking for a quiet post office with no line, try the one on Glendale in Waddell.

Sometimes great service, some times no. today worked with nancy who had no personality and very monotone. couldnt even say good morning or seem somewhat happy. then awkwardly tries to joke about the address that i am sending a box to....🤨 was my exact reaction. Ive had experience prior with her and was not thrilled to deal with her again to say the least.

This place is horrible as a postal service, I have lived here less than 2 months and already had 4 packages returned with a no such address. How is this place still still able to be an actual delivery service to the general public. I have never had this bad of service from the USPS. I have lived on the east coast and west coast as well as the midwest. Someone needs to fire the post master here, or he needs to get better control of his employees.

They just do not care! The mail carriers do what they want, some days deliver your mail other days they do not and think it is okay. I had no mail delivery for three days then called and all the girl on the phone said was the carrier went home sick Friday to which I aske what that had to do with delivering my mail at least on Saturday and Monday!! Come on! You are getting paid to do a job, please do it! No apologies no care which is unfortunate.

This is now the third time in two weeks that my packages are not delivered and marked as return to sender, under claim that no one lives at my address (vacant) or was not removed from the lock box.The most notable one was the last time. Last week, when two boxes I shipped to myself were not delivered. I contacted this service center and was told by the branch supervisor (Ernie) that they were indeed delivered and likely stolen; was told to contact the police and file a report. Did so 24 hours later and was about to file a claim, but received a call from Ernie, boxes were delivered to the wrong location and the receivers were kind enough to return the items. Went to pick up my packages, employee behind the counter needs training on how to provide customer service, clearly does not want to be there and only wants her paycheck. I ask for Ernie, inquire what I or they could do to prevent this in the future. Ernie explained this has been an ongoing issue due to new employees focusing on delivery times vs accuracy, also language barriers between some employees... this is not an employee issue, this is a leadership issue. If leadership realizes this as an ongoing issue, why hasnt it been fixed? Do they not read the reviews on how customer service is non-existent, and deliveries fail from this location?

I also have had a HORRENDOUS time getting my packages. My mail carrier has been marking them Refused or Not at address which I have been at the same address for five years in Surprise and have never refused my packages. It has been a nightmare to try and get my money returned from the vendors and to find out who was messing up. It IS the Surprise office--UPS said they get their pick ups there too so if the post office has your name black listed then they will send it back to the shipper and not let other carriers like Fed Ex if UPS deliver them. I talked to the supervisor Theresa for forty minutes to get my mail fixed and she was trying to blame it on me but I had all my packing receipts and she couldnt disprove their error. She promised she would take care of 2 still in route packages to me. One tracking package said it was at their facility but she said no it was not there yet but she would keep an eye on it. Then two hours later I checked my tracking online with Fed ex and it said refused by addressee and no known address ! I was furious had to go all the way back down to the post office. Thankfully a very nice girl Jessica felt sorry for me and she tracked my package down there and gave it to me before it was shipped back!! This is an example of a good worker who cares to do a good job and had empathy. This is why the 3 stars instead of 1. At least I got one package but Im writing this so no o e else gets blamed for their mistakes.

ZERO Rating not available!! Worst Post office/service Ive ever been in through out all of CA and AZ. They had my pkg for 12 days due to postage due(?),and never notified me, because of forwarding to my new address. Tracking said it was returned to sender, they Had marked my address as not a correct address/undeliverable . It then showed it was immediately returned to the shipper. Our address correction from El Mirage to Surprise was still active and our home is in a well developed neighborhood that is about 10 years old, with a school, a large church, multiple parks and shopping. When I tried extensively to track the package down I found that Surprise had it since the original forward date. I was never notified in my box or on my door. I complained to the manager, Yvette, who said I had received 2 pink notices on my door or on my box. I said I did not. And I had reviewed our front door camera footage, no one. She said, Thats what you say. I asked her why would I lie about a pair pjs, she said she couldnt imagine. I finally received a pink postage due slip in my box, it arrived with items dated April 15,16,2019. The pink slip was dated April 9,2019. Seriously.

People review negatively for many issues that arise after parcels leave this post office location. I have had all positive experiences here, even when I filled out the wrong customs form, I was treated with courtesy and patience. Staff is always helpful and efficient. Customers go in with grumpy, bad attitudes and then wonder why the clerks werent smiling. ?? I mailed boxes in the Christmas rush...there were 19 people in front of me, I was out in 10 mins. Thats pretty good to me.

Lines are almost always long here. They are very courteous and do their best to move it along, but the wait can still be long. They do have 2 self service kiosks so they help keep you out of the line if your needs are basic.

For the first time ever I had to go into the post office and return a package to China which was very intimidating. When I googled my local post office for directions I noticed the bad reviews. I didnt know what to expect going in, and I regrettably didnt get the clerks name other than clerk #9. I received top notch service! My clerk was exceptional she took her time to help me figure out what needed to be done without rushing me even though there was a growing line behind me! So thank you to kind clerk #9! She even gave my son a little treat :-)

I happened to arrive at the post office to do a LARGE mailing (think several thousand direct mail pieces) shortly after they had lost power due to a traffic accident down the street. Not their fault, they have no control over that!I returned the next day w my mailings and paperwork dated from the previous day. The woman who called me up proceeded to basically berate and belittle bc my paperwork was dated for the previous day. :/ She also continually chastised me for not using rubber bands, even after I explained it was my first time doing this & I didnt see rubber bands anywhere in the instructions. She told me she didnt have any rubber bands and Id need to go to buy them and come back.Another, much kinder, postal employee overhead the first one raising her voice at me, and intervened. She called me over to her station, gave me a large handful of rubber bands & explained to me what I needed to do with them. She also reprocessed the paperwork with the current date since none of us had any fault or control over the previous days power outage.I will continue to go to this post office, but if the first Worker is the one that calls me up when its my turn, I will let the person behind me go to her in my place, and I will wait for another employee.

My girlfriend and I own a very small business selling on eBay and amazon. This is our only work. We only make about $40-$60 profit each day for both of us to survive on and grow our business.We like bringing our packages to this location because it is close to our house. The atmosphere isnt too great. Most of the ladies working here give the aura that they are miserable and want to go home. Bossy attitude, insincere speech, etc. Although I do give an exception to this very nice lady (who seems Indian? Im sorry if I got that wrong).We brought our daily packages to this location, and this woman (didnt catch her name, but she is an older Caucasian from new york) was scanning our packages, and starts putting them to the side and starts calling out This one is over weight! Literally every single one that she is calling out is 1/2 to 1 ounce over and she cant allow that.In our 2 years of dropping packages off at USPSs, this is the first time this has ever happened.I plead with her because it is literally half an ounce over. I let her know that every single other USPS has accepted our packages with no problem. She says no. If it was 1/8 of an ounce over (yes, her exact words) it would be ok, but this was unacceptable. She says that we have to BUY COMPLETELY NEW LABELS for 10 of our packages that she didnt accept. She even asked with an aggressive tone if I wanted to speak to her supervisor!!Ridiculous!!! It would be worth the drive and gas money to go to another USPS.

Some of the rudest, most miserable women in the world work at this post office! If you hate your job this much, try something different. They have lost my business. I usually spend somewhere north of 300.00 a month in shipping (small, but profitable, high-end online golf store). It’s so close to my house that I didn’t mind paying a little extra for shipping, the buyers pay for it so...Anyway, if you like being treated like an idiot by some rude old ladies, this is the place! I am using an online shipping service now, so I just walk past the huge lines that are in there EVERY TIME, look at the faces of the downtrodden waiting in line, listen to the way these ladies talk to people and shake my head...

I had a package that I was tracking from Utah. I noticed Via text message that it wasnt able to be delivered. I was able to get ahold of someone at the post office. Needed a new key to my mailbox and instead of informing me right away that it is not their mailbox, they made me wait over a month. I had my mail on hold which means I had to drive there every few days, wait in very long lines, and ask if they have keys each time. Each time they would search for the keys and say I wonder why it’s taking so long. After a month, they finally tell me that it isn’t their mailbox and they aren’t in charge of changing the lock and that I need to hire a contractor to do so. Very unorganized.

Everyone takes a poke at the post office. Yes, long lines are frustrating and things can go wrong, but could you do better in those situations you criticize.My recent experience showed me the best of the postal service. I misaddressed a priority mail piece that contained a check for a large amount of money. I called the intended recipient and was dumbfounded to hear he did not receive the check. I must have sounded like the old saying the check is in the mail.I went to the tracking site for USPS and found the mail piece; but it showed up in a different state from where I intended to send it; I sent the piece myself so I had only myself to chasten. I called the local post office and talked with Linda. She helped me understand what would happen with the mail piece, how I should proceed and what potential outcomes could occur.In fact one of the predicted outcomes occurred; in this case, to my benefit, I was delighted with a full recovery of the mail piece and the funds.I read so many bad reviews of postal workers. In my 74 years I find the average retail and commercial business customer skills are much worse than any post office.Oh, I dont work for the post office or any government branch. My wife and I failed to check our mail for a week and they stopped delivering our mail to us. The postal worker put a vacant sign inside our mailbox. It was only a week! What if we were on vacation? They just stop delivering our mail? At least put a notice on our front door or better yet, ring our door bell to see if someone answers. Not pleased at all. Unfortunately I dont think I have a choice. I have to go with this post office.

I have a business PO Box with this post office and after 6 months they still have not associated my business name to the box so our payments get returned to sender. They also were delivering another business mail to our box, but never mail addressed to our business. Avoid doing any business here, the workers are not the brightest crayons in the box.

They had 45 to 60 minute hold times on the phone after they incorrectly sent my package back to the sender despite having mail forwarding set up. I was not ultimately able to get in contact with anyone on the phone. And will have to work out the issue with the sender.

So you drive all the way to the post office and I am not familiar with the operations of this place, with that being said they werent able to give me any tape???? I am in the military and we usually have our items inventoried for contraband prior to being packaged and apparently they dont offer you tape even though I didnt have any on me, I dont just carry tape in my pockets.. oh and dont worry they jack up the prices on the tape in store. SUPPLY AND DEMAND!!! WORST PLACE IN THE STATE!

This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. The 1 or 2 people that actually work the line are so lax when they have 15 people lined up out the main door for service. They dont care how long we wait! Hire some new people.On top of this... I never get my mail delivered to my box. It always ends up in someone elses box and my neighbors drop it off!Not only that, twice in the last 3 months I have received packages to a parcel without a key being delivered in my box. What the hell do you people do here??? Get it together... This is YOUR JOB!!

I waited 55 minutes on hold to find out why they screwed up my hold transfer of addresses. I called because the mail lady got mad at me and said I had not done it! The postman in the office had checked my forms 2 weeks earlier and said they were fine. Go figure!

Long lines all the time and no one ever seems to be concerned about the poor service. Ive had to call this post office a couple of times but never got through, the phone line was always busy, hard to believe they handle that many phone calls. Makes me think the phone is left off the hook so they arent bothered.

So so so rude. First time we went in there was at least a 25-30 minute wait. Fine, I understand it’s out of their control. But I do not agree with the WORKERS breaking out in a huge fight, INFRONT of customers because one worker was telling the other to get something for that customer and she didn’t want to do it because she thought it was the other workers job. (Complete petty bs.) Second time we went in, they lost a package of ours so I went to speak with them about how to resolve it. The lady I spoke with told me I was “wasting her time” and holding up the line. I was literally just trying to get help because corperate told me to go in and speak with them. I guess I thought if you worked someplace dealing with customers that helping customers should be part of your job? I’m absolutely disgusted with how little professionalism this place shows and how they treat customers. I’d rather travel 100+ miles to a facility that doesn’t treat customers like a disgrace than EVER come back to this place. I’m a retailer and ship ALOT of packages EVERYDAY and I will not be and I will not watch others be treated so poorely. I understand they are busy, don’t get me wrong. It’s stressful, I’m sure. But theres absolutely NO reason to treat someone with such disrespect. This place needs some customer service trainings!!! Save your dignity and go somewhere else as they obviously can’t deal with customers.

Of all the places I have lived, I have never had such horrible luck with a post office and the mail carriers who deliver packages from this post office. This post office on Bell has lost a package of mine over a month ago that I HAND DELIVERED to a counter person to be shipped out....package still shows it as at the post office...no movement other than showing that it was accepted. No one can seem to find it. $200 down the drain! My postal carrier isnt any better. He has mis-delivered packages multiple times in the last 4 months. He puts them in the parcel locker but then puts the key into someone elses box. I will have a package out for delivery according to the tracking info but come 10pm at night, no package...still shows out for delivery. The next morning it will be marked as scanned at 10am, then not actually show up until 3pm in the afternoon! He will put a notice in the box saying sorry we missed you, your package will be held at the post office because he is too lazy to come to the door and drop off a box that is just barely too big for the mailbox. One issue after another! This postal driver races up and down our street well exceeding the speed limits. I am going to start recording this guys unsafe driving and posting it online. I went to my post office and filed a complaint...but that obviously went no where. He again loses a package yesterday...states as delivered in my locked mail box at 1147am, yet I never got a thing! This is a consistent occurrence that should not be happening!

Worst post office ever.Always shorthanded, workers short w/ customers & not willing to help find out what happened to your package . Be prepared to spend some time there if you go to do anything that needs there assistance. My packages have gone missing for weeks after mailing them from there and when you ask for help to find it the only thing they say is, you gotta call, you is PS customer service boo on this post office

I dread going to this place. The lines are always outrageously long. For a city of 125,000 population to have one USPS outlet is just pathetic. And although the workers are nice the warehouse organization is bottom rung. They have on several occasions misplaced my packages which significantly adds to the wait time. If youre planning on visiting this location, just know it wont be quick.

We need ZERO STARS!!! They do not deserve ONE!!!!This is the most poorest run place I have ever seen in my life. They are NOT about customer service but the all mighty dollar. They will also not go out of there way to help you. Erni without the e he wanted me to know. Is a disgusting human being. A postal carrier isnt allowed to bring PACKAGES to your door if you dont have access to your mailbox. Lets see the maybe 5 deliveries I get a YEAR doesnt effect their job. A kind postal carrier doesnt mind doing it, like the one I have. Erni claims hes my buddy not sure how a man you hardly see is your buddy. As my postal carrier said either way whether you get mail or not I would be delivering packages. Erni would rather them deliver mail to my box year round because that isnt a waste of time, as he stated that I am wasting time by having my mailman walk my box to my door. I said they can throw it in the yard for all I care!! Nope not allowed. Erni shouldnt have a job with his ZERO social skills, (who the hell hired him, you should be proud) since he says my postal carrier will be in trouble for going out of his way to CARE about people not because they are your buddy. The other postal carrier whos clearly Ernis buddy wont deliver your packages. Shes either stealing them or returning them. I have missed several deliveries due to Laura...Oh I said her name. If I could give them a half of a star I would. This is by far the worst post office I have ever dealt with. In general the post office as a company is in need of some serious help. I sent three books through media mail and get this lovely letter stating that they sent my items to their destination however the recipients will have to pay $6.17, $12.97, and $24.55 to retrieve their items. Okay first off media mail is not suppose to be that expensive mind you I already paid $4-$5 already prior to receiving this awesome letter.I had the great opportunity to speak to their manager at this location, Wendy Stevens. Oh what a joy she was. She answered all of my questions as if I was an idiot..thanks Wendy for all your helpful tips and advice moving forward. Well for me I personally learned my lesson that it cost roughly $30 to ship a book that was $40 thats a huge profit of $10. Thanks Wendy. I learned another lesson and that it to NEVER use the post office again. I honestly felt bad hearing the news that they were in financial trouble and they may be closing (couple years ago) but now I understand why they face so many challenges. Their customer service is non-existent and their pricing is obnoxious. Oh the so called leaders at their locations need to learn how to properly speak to people.For me I will use anyone other than the post office, and if they go out of business I will not feel bad. Sounds childish yes, however if they go under maybe they will resurrect a company that understands what it needs to be successful.

This is by far the busiest post office Ive ever been to. Do NOT go inside and expect it to be a quick visit. My average wait time is 20 minutes and I am here frequently. On a side note, the rural mail carriers out of this post office need some serious training. I am constantly getting other peoples mail even after Ive told them repeatedly that this is happening. Ive left a message in my mailbox for the carrier and this still didnt help. Ive had mail, with a tracking number, show it was delivered to me and it never was. After calling the post office to research what happened they couldnt give me a straight answer other than telling me it was delivered when it obviously was not.

The worst customer service I have EVER experienced!! I have been waiting for a package that has been misdirected twice. I went in 2 times as the tracking service stated each day would be the day...the 3 times I have spoken with the woman there...I have been told...Maybe it will be tomorrow... RIDICUOUS!! When I asked to speak to someone in the distribution office since she stated it was their misdirection...I was told there was no one to speak with so, apparently our tax dollars are being used for a distribution center where no one has managerial leadership. Perhaps, that is why packages are taking 3 times longer to arrive at the customers residence! To sum it up...her attitude was too bad...it will get there when it gets there! Unbelievable...maybe it will arrive.
