Needed a trailer tire fixed on a Saturday got there they open at 8 had my truck in building before 8 Ashley had everything ready to fix young man took tire off and new one put on in and out in 17 min great job!!! It’s also a plus Ashley is cute!!!

Put wrong size tire on semitrailer and then repaired a tire on trailer and air pressure was 10 lbs less than it was suppose to be . Don’t know where they get their employees but need some new ones in Superior Wi. Never do Bussiness there again

Pomps is incredible! We have an RV and had 2 tires blow out! Their emergency service came out and it was very reasonably priced! The company they used for processing did put a hefty hold on our card but that was refunded and Pomps just charged us what it cost. Being on the side of the road with 2 blown tires on a camper can be stressful especially with the family in the van! Mark came and did an absolutely fantastic job at switching out the tires efficiently and with care. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. He is has great skills! Mark then suggested because of the age on the other two tires on the other side along with the spare should probably be replaced as well to keep us all safe. We stayed the night at Buffalo Valley RV and came back the next day to get the rest of the tires switched out where. They were very reasonably priced and had 2 technicians switch out the tires in just a few minutes. They have huge bays that you pull your rig in and just drive through! Thank you Mark and thank you Pomps for taking care of our family and keeping us on our camping trip!

Strange, uncomfortable interaction with employees at the shop. Freaks work here....unfortunately in my line of work they are a necessary evil that I have to use at times. Rather deal with other tire shops if I can.

Their the only ones who have my size tires for a 1978 south wind motorhome and I was taken care of right a way less than a 20 min I had new tire so I can go to the horse show in style.we still have to get one more tire we have bought 5 tires from them an in the spring well be back for one or two more nice to have a new spare

Ive never gone in to a business in my life and felt so unwelcome.The lady and the gentleman behind the counter were beyond rude, and under no circumstances will I ever be going back.

I needed a new pair of back tires. I took it to Pomps and within a half an hour the tires were on and I was driving away. Reasonably priced, fast and friendly staff. Awsome experience, I will go back again.

I bought snow tires last winter there. Good price etc. When I went back to put my regular tires back on this past Spring they realized my tires had been damaged by whoever worked there that took them off in the winter. Instead of denying it, or being jerks, they took responsibility and replaced those damaged tires w/ new ones free of charge. And they even credited the entire charge of installing the tradeout of tires. They were grown-ups in other words! Professionalism is refreshing.

The guys took care of a balancing problem that no other shop has been able to fix, and they did it quickly and inexpensively! The shimmy is gone, and my gas mileage has improved as well. There was also a small problem with a couple of lug nuts and Joe, the service mgr, put extra effort into taking care of it for me. Great Service, I went in because one of my tires was leaking air. Shaun (sp) was awesome I watched him go through and examine the problem thoroughly then after he fixed it he took the time to show me why the problem occurred. Good Honest Service and Great People!!!!

Will not get work done when they tell you it will be done. Was told it would be later today and called to find out they didnt even plan on getting to it today. They then told me that I told them they could take 2 to 3 days even though I told them I have a 1 and a half before I have to get vehicle to where it is going. So you tell them the truth of your end and they take that run as their time slot. I will NEVER be using them again. Piss poor customer service and hack service in general. Call any one else and you will probably get at least told the truth.

Very busy place, but they will get you in and out. Very good prices if you need to buy tires, including decent credit on your old ones.

I buy tires for over 5 vehicles here. Last set I bought we used under 20,000 miles summer only. Hankook optima tires. They are supposed to be under warranty for 100,000 miles. 2 tires were completely shot and the 3rd was leaking air!!! I called pomps and hankook. They absolutely refused to do anything about it. Very disappointed in the horrible unapologetic rude help here. Also when we got $700 in winter tires for my daughters car they snuck in a warranty for $35 a tire without asking my husband or any of if we wanted it or not! Never again:/ Sams club in the past has always honored warrantys on their tires 100 percent of the time!!
