If you are going to pick up from this location, please read!!The User Interface was displaying an error when I entered my tracking number: card read error, and it wasnt even reading anything, I entered the number manually. I called the assistance phone number and told me to expect for a call during the day. At the end of the day, I had to call because I didnt receive any call. They told me someone could have/should have been able to open the locker remotely. But obviously I wasnt there anymore. The only option they offered me was to go back again with a new number to open it.Ive been told this happens very often. So, if your locker doesnt open. Dont move and demand for someone to open it remotely.EDIT (since it wont let me reply to UPS comment below): I did contact UPS later on. And you (UPS) did not help me at all. I had to contact my seller asking for help, that was your only option. OR, me paying $17USD extra to get it to my house!

Avoid using this locker for package drop off. I dropped off a package here and then UPS picked up 10 days later.During the 10 days when talking to UPS customer service, they have no idea about it and claim UPS hasn’t receive the package and there’s nothing they can do. All they can do is send an instruction to file an investigation.But upon receiving the instruction, first step failed since the website says UPS cannot start/initiate investigation of a package that has not been received.
