DO NOT USE REGUS! They did not offer any reasonable way out for covid-19 related challenges. They have no policy for helping people out in these unprecedented times. These are cold-heartless business people, following only what their corporate overlords tell them to do, and will strive to take your money regardless of your situation.

Parking was a complete nightmare, employees complaining left and right.Also, Regus will nickel and dime you to death. They offered a waiver or the coffee fee at signing and never honored it.Be careful when you leave as well. They dont tell you that you need to request your security deposit, you have to do it online and it takes 45 days.Super easy to set up, but Regus could care less how they treat customers. I literally moved out months ago and they keep charging the card for the craziest things. If you leave there, make sure you cancel any auto-payment, they will try to steal from you by directly debiting or charging a credit card.Super unpleasant behavior.I

Horrible place to lease office space! They are nonresponsive, deny every thing and refuse to do anything to create a fair and reasonable interaction....they will take away all of their agreed upon services and refuse to remedy, compensate or let you leave your agreement eventhough they continue to breach the agreement! They are also discriminatory and sexist in their dealings.....some things are offered to some but not others. Im stuck till 2022 .....theyll probably go bankrupt before then due to gross mismanagement.

Would give 0 stars but thats not an option! Parking is atrocious, making the use of the office inconvenient to use. Plus we negotiated with our sales rep and were made promises and sold a bill of goods that the Regus corporation wont honor. Dont do any type of lease with them because youll be stuck and there is no customer service. Standard/scripted responses to everything, and they dont care as long as theyve got you on the hook and are getting your money. NOT WORTH IT, NEVER AGAIN!

I cant say enough about the friendly services I have received while attending meetings at the facility. The staffs are very helpful and the manager in charge of the office always go out of her way to make the guest feel right at home. Love the free espresso machine also. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for either a short-term or long-term office space. The manager here will take great care of you and your colleagues.

I come to the Sunnyvale Regus once a week for meetings and have always been pleased and impressed with Regus professional look and amenities. The conference room, kitchen, and work spaces are always clean and the environment is quiet, comfortable, and conducive for productivity. The Regus staff are also welcoming and helpful. I know that my meetings will be effective and memorable and that my clients and guests will be well treated when they visit. Maridawn is also a pleasure to work with. I doubt you will find anyone friendlier.

The staff has perfected the fine art of plausible deniability!! So unless you have a lawyer review every contract, expect to pay 10-15% more in fine print!

Easy to access location, great staff, professional environment, and free coffee. I could go on and on, but Ill say just this. If youre a new business, a business in transition, or have a temporary office need, you couldnt do yourself a better favor than to look into Regus Sunnyvale. The flexibility and service offerings really cant be beat! Did I mention the free coffee?

You can check in anytime you likebut you can never leave!Beware.

Love this place!! Staff make you feel you are important, they care about your business. But dont take my words for granted, please go visit and ask for Maridawn Lamb and you can see for yourself. And yes drink a cup of coffee while you are there.

I work mostly from home but I have a professional address at the Regus Center in Sunnyvale. It is a convenient place to meet with customers and gives me a real business address, The center is very professional and when I need to meet with a customer I gives me a great place to do so. They also provide excellent coffee and a professional space.

The staff and office of this Sunnyvale Regus location are simply AWESOME!I am here at Regus Sunnyvale every week to use their conference room, and can testify that I love everything about this office--from the modern design, the amazing staff, and all the amenities that Regus provides.
