Were already leasing our small offices with CEO Business Center almost 2 years after our startup started alive.Very kindest and warm atmosphere. Our manager Liz all the time response on our request depending our needs.PROS of this place:- plenty of parking place (by our work sometimes we had to works with others and making meetings in other office building wheres hard to find parking spot;- Plenty of food places for great lunch;- Tons of IT-companies close by (real Silicon Valley).CONS:- price-price-price (but this is Welcome to California).Highly recommend this place to others.
I be been working in the building since 2011 and the place is so quiet, clean and their rent is reasonable. My clients are satisfied when they visited me for their facials, telling me that my place is nice and the building as a whole.
The most convenient location possible. Reasonably priced, which makes it the highest value. Renovated offices and hallways.Very private offices with great friendly tenants and management. Couldnt expect to find a better place. Rare opportunity. Great space for start-ups and all kind of business professionals.
Flexible terms are what attracted us. We wanted this as an interim office until the business situation becomes clear and we can decide later on how long to stay. After initial several months lease agreement we decided to stay, and now is our 3rd year. Like a second home – the best convenient location, no problems with parking whatsoever amidst the busiest central Silicon Valley location.
We moved to this location 6 months ago from downtown San Jose. Our business nature presumes walk-in clients and other visitors. Simple factors like parking, easy access from all major highways from any direction makes a difference. Office building in downtown San Jose looked prestigious (and much more expensive BTW), but now we realize that many more people are visiting us. Business is growing. Previously many potential clients just prefer to avoid structure parking, even we issued refund vouchers.
Very cost effective. There is a new staff and are quite helpful. We were offered to select any furniture from their storage. We have a separate entrance from the street, and there are plenty of offices like those to choose from. They provide secluded areas with zero disturbance.
We had a great experience with the workspace! All of our questions were answered promptly and we really enjoyed the type of work environment this place had to offer. Definitely a great space for our business to take off.
Free parking and super affordable! Finally a place for our starter to take off. Plus the spaces are very professional and well kept, so we can make great first impressions with our clients.
This review is long overdue. Our office moved here about more than a year ago and I must say we are beyond happy. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They are always willing to go beyond the call of duty. The atmosphere is just awesome. We have great views throughout the whole floor. We love it here. I totally recommend CEO Business Centers.
Besides of office space, we have a kind of private “backyard” with table and benches in a shadow. Great addition and convenient working conditions. Plus our private entrance to the building from the street and parking lot.
I discovered CEO Business Centers when I moved to the Bay Area a few years ago. Its a very affordable private office space in a clean and central area. Nice staff and tenants as well as fast internet. A nice, relaxed environment like this is good for productivity.
This has been our location for almost a year. We are renewing our lease. It’s an affordable option for private offices. We have no complaints—everything works and is clean and maintained.
I have been running my small business/law office out of this location for about eight months and have been very impressed with this location. The service, people and facilities are top notch and make it very easy to do all I need to keep my business running smoothly. I would recommend this location for anyone wanting a permanent and affordable office location for a small business in Silicon Valley.
Great location, free parking, affordable price. A great change from my San Francisco office.I recommend that you visit and give them a try.
Most affordable private offices in Silicon Valley. Our team moved here after being at Mindrome because we wanted privacy and less traffic. Staff is friendly. You can always find parking.
Weve been renting for a few months now and its been great. Very nice and accommodating team, worked with us to help us find a place that fits our company and financial needs. Good location.
I went here to visit some business clients. I appreciated the friendly staff and the business offices were quite spacious and professional.
Words cannot describe how much I love CEO Business Centers. New offices, friendly people... I have nothing but amazing things to say. The location Does NOT get any better and Im so glad that I moved here. As a Plus, the most affordable office space in the Bay Area. Go CEO Business Centers !!!
Using the opportunity to express my appreciation. The most convenient location at the best price in the center of Silicon Valley.
We are very satisfied with our new office. A very home-like atmosphere and nice tenants.
Value per $ is among the highest in Silicon Valley. Glad that we run into this office. Plan is to stay here as long as possible.
CEO Business Center seems to be greatly overlooked by many. Its location is absolutely prime, right off Lawrence Expressway, next to AMD, Trimble Navigation, Apple and other world class companies. It doesnt look like CEO Business Center has any marketing program, and we ran into in accidentally. We were surprised to find out that its premises are supreme. Offices renewed and furnished, quiet and convenient. All offices are private with a sense of security. For us it is a great advantage over popular shared workspaces. The tenants are a mix of high tech startups and other kind of businesses, and the space value per dollar is way higher here than in similar buildings. All possible amenities are in place. Friendly and easy-going management.

Twice a week or so the cleaners come in the morning around 7a.The hallway afterward has a cloying scentthat makes my eyes tingle. The windows are sealed (city law Im told). I was on thesecond floor. The air conditioning does not turn on much.(I stayed here in December 2016 and January 2017.)My CO2 meter registersit going from about 700 p.p.m. up to 1250 p.p.m.after 4 hours of working. (Outdoor air is 450 p.p.m. Levelsabove 1000 p.p.m. are generally considered not ideal.)The air is on from about 8a..10a. I can hear it whirring. The CO2 stays 600s and 700s when it is on.This is consistent with my experience in otheroffices/homes (if air conditioning is on and there is a sourceof outdoor air, then the level with people in the building remainsin 600s or 700s)While I was there, I spoke to one of the managers who did notrespond to my requests.Im informed she has been let go. The remaining managers, now thatI am talking to them, havebeen more understanding (I did not contact them about mycomplaints originally because I mistakenly thought the let-gomanager was the landlady.) and I assume they will look intomy concerns.
Ive run my insurance agency here at the CEO Business Centers for three plus years now after my rent at a really great location in downtown Sunnyvale became too exorbitant (I initially saved about $10K the first year). Rent here is better than anywhere I can find in the Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Santa Clara area so as to still be readily accessible to my clients. The building itself is well maintained and they are doing a lot of cosmetic improvements to make it look nicer (flooring, paint, artwork). I did initially use the shared internet provided, but found that I needed something a bit faster and had to go to Comcast once they got wired to the building. There is plenty of parking with a recently expanded lot. The front desk has been very personable to my clients when they sign in to come to my office. That is a plus, especially for any start-up concerned about public access to the building. Additionally, CEO Business Centers has video monitoring 24/7 both in and outside the building. About the only complaint that I hear from my clients is there is no public elevator (its just a two story building) and Im on the second floor.

What a nightmare doing business with CEO Business Center was. Please do a lot research before you sign their shady contract. This corporation has a bunch on complaints from shady billing problems to terrible customer service. It was closed by the city of Sunnyvale for a full year because most of their offices lacked the necessary security permits and authorizations. There is extremely high employee turnover, so they just dont know their own customers. There were multiple billing errors and youll need to constantly follow-up to check if it was done correctly. We did not renew our contract and do not recommend this place. All of the 5 star reviews are written by the owner in a short time span, so beware. Horrible place!
Great place. Affordable rent!
This place deserves a minus 100 star rating!Avoid CEO or you too will be sorry and may lose thousands of dollars and countless hours. On top of that, you may find yourself in the midst of a legal headache, as many others including me have (I cant get back my security deposit and am being threatened by the owner to stop complaining or they will take me to small claims court. Ridiculous!).This place is a joke, owned by foreign investors who dont know the first thing about operating a professional business.IF YOU RENT HERE, YOU RISK DISRUPTION TO YOUR BUSINESS BY BEING SHUT OUT OF YOUR OWN OFFICE. Contact the city of Sunnyvale to review the record of problems including red-tagging and CLOSING THE BUILDING!
Great! Affordable rent!
Noise through walls, poor ventilation keeps the temperature off, bad internet connectivity, and management inaccurate with erroneous charges and refunds.
Love this place
