I recently bought a new phone at this Verizon store. The customer service was excellent! Walter was my sales person and he was extremely knowledgeable, patient with my lack of knowledge :), and responsive to my phone calls after I got home and was finishing setting up my phone. It couldnt have been easier. Best experience yet in buying a new phone.Thanks so much, Walter I!
This store was very unwelcoming. When I arrived on Sunday afternoon (7/18) for a scheduled appointment, the doors were locked with only one employee inside assisting one person at a time. I waited for 15m outside before being acknowledged. The Verizon rep said he knew nothing of my appmt and that he hadn’t had lunch. The entire experience was strange and I ended up leaving as I found the employee to be rude. There was no products on display that we could even look which defeats the purpose of coming into a store.

One of the worst customer experience ever. Waited outside the store for 15-20 mins before being acknowledged by the only rep in the store. I wanted to get information about switching over to Verizon and his complete lack of knowledge and interest in helping me is making me reconsider my decision.
Because the uninformed sales man ( Ernesto Z ) and the disinterested store manager ( Walter R ) did not take the time to make sure I understood that setting up a password to unlock my could result in me losing ALL MY DATA PHOTOS CONTACT. I have to have my phone reset to the factory setting. Instead of insisting that I have a password to unlock my screen, like it was some kind of necessity. Tell me what options I have to unlock my phone.. All lost. And no they didnt back up my phone. To any other outside file... JUST THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD PURCHASING A PHONE

Very helpful walking me through setup procedures transferring phone data to my new phone. Almost 100% excellent ratings. But seems very in a hurry to let me go. I wasn’t able to transfer my lost iphone it’s information & # to my other iPhone. I need to go back next day to ask for their support and help again. But did a good job helping me for my new iPhone 12.
The staff tool forever to do the paperwork, they need more training to speed up the process!
Nice customer service here - showed up after they closed and they were kind enough to let me in and install a screen protector on my phone.
Update: I forwarded my concerns To Victra using the email they suggested below and it’s been almost 2 weeks. No Response. They don’t care about their customers or the Verizon brand. They just comment on concerns to save face. I emailed the manager of the store about my concerns 3 weeks ago. No response from him either. Never come here to get a new phone. Stick to real Verizon retailers.Today, I called inquiring if Verizon buys out contracts as I was intending to leave my current provider. I told the rep I was unsure if I wanted to switch at the moment due to the fees he described but would follow up with my provider to see how exactly much it was and call him back. Before I got to the but part, the rep hung up on me mid sentence. When the rep realized that I was calling back, they blocked my number from the store. I went in store to share my experience and Walter was dismissive. I told him that I wanted to share my feedback with corporate and his response was he had five years of retail experience and I was one of many customers who made threats like that. Long story short, Ill be renewing with my current provider. I felt Walters comments were micro-aggressive and discriminatory as a person of color. I felt I was also refused service by the previous rep. This is how your reps are treating customers inside the store. I was also told by Walter that all managers were on vacation. Just thought you should know whats happening. Customers are not sales transactions. I contacted the Yaser over email and want follow up on this at your earliest convenience. He has my number.
This store is better than the actual Verizon store on el camino and instead of being rude and turning me away like the other store, he helped me find a solution and a new phone and I was out of there fast. I highly recommend this location.
This is the worst Verizon Ive ever shopped at. I went into open an account and pay the phone in full because I know my credits not the best after waiting outside in the cold for 20 minutes and going through the application process of about another 20 minutes I was told I was denied. Not a whole lot of professionalism going on here. Id advise go somewhere else
The customer service was amazing. I’m not phone Savy but they answered all of my questions. Very patient and helped me setup my new phone I bought. Everyone who works there were very helpful and pleasant. I definitely recommend this store!!!
The young man was very nice but very slow and unable to set up both our phones. We had to do it ourselves at home after 2 hours in the store. His fellow employee was not busy but was unavailable to help. We are both still having problems three days later.
I had accumulated a large collection of wireless phones over the years - many of them associated with Verizon. While still a Verizon customer I took this box full to the local Verizon dealer.The only one on duty accepted the challenge to help me recycle this gear, checking each phone for available rebates. Three customer groups arrived while we were working through the pile, each being welcomed and told he’d get to them when he finished with my task. Ultimately 3 phones were qualified for rebates, while the rest were accepted for recycling. Other customers were greeted as we proceeded, and everyone was ultimately dealt with. Good job!

I call this store when my phone was turned offand i was told by the guy that answered there was nothing he would do that i needed to call verizon i called verizon and they told me no payment was made and contact the store where i made the payment and they guy refused to refund my money they dont give reciepts for the last 4 monthd tells me he going email them never does poor servicehave had my phone turned off after i made the payment early then the do date that was to pay so for the last four months they have turned off my phone after the paymemt was payed and the store does not send to verizonand the guy in the store says there nothing he can do what the f send the payment to verizonyou owe me 40.90

I just made a phone call and was asking what they have in stock because I’m interested in getting a new phone. So I asked them if they have the phones I had in mind. And she replies “bro sounds like you’re just asking what top tier phones we have in stock. No (clicks)” hangs up on me. Like ok. Glad I called before I came in and wasted my time with bad customer service. What a joke!
I was told to come at 6 as an appointment. There was a sign on the door that says back at 6:15. Naturally we waited for 15 minutes but sill no one came. We waited another 15 minutes, until we gave up and decided to leave
Yaser was very helpful. I went into The store as I was having issues with my phone. When I first arrived I was told to check in as I was already having issues with my phone the representative checked me in after I described the issues I was having with my device. After taking a look at my device the rep showed me I was out of memory on the device and suggested that I could upgrade or buy an sd card for more space. I explained to him I was weary about picking up a new device as my experiences in the past had not always been great once again Yaser assured me everything was transferable from one device to another. When I was done with my upgrade I decided to take both phones home just in case anything was missing. When I got home I discovered that my phone was actually missing the email scared I called the store to make sure I was able to get some help luckily I was able to get yaser on the phone and he then explained to me that the email password wouldn’t transfer for my own security. I was really impressed by the customer service at this store will continue to keep shopping here.
Worst service I have ever received from Verizon (not that theyre known for good service). We waited forever to get service while store was practically empty and employees were doing nothing. Got a bait and switch when we finally spoke to an employee, PJ, who was incredibly unprofessional. The manger, Alyssa, was even more unprofessional and refused to offer any assistance to upgrade our phones.
Yaser was completely amazing. The charging port of my iPhone was not working. While in the process of working through an insurance claim, he figured out that the charger i had used broke and left a tiny piece inside the port. He removed it, fixing the issue without any pressure to buy a new phone. Really great customer care. Thank you Yaser!

I dropped in looking for a protective case for my new Galaxy s10+. The 2 employees working the afternoon of 3/28/19 were so helpful! They showed me several case options. I truly appreciate their great customer service and wish I remembered their names.
Great customer service see Walter Rivas.I went in to get a phone for my little one and Walter was able to recommend a neat little watch phone that fit exactly what I was looking for. Walter helped me add the line. Overall really great experience. Felt like he went above and beyond to provide a good experience. I was going to just add a new plan, but he mentioned I could save some money adding the number to my current plan. Also, he took the time to help me find an easy number for my little one. Thanks Walter!Update:One caveat, I was told adding a line would be $5 monthly however it ended up costing $30 monthly so that was a bit of a surprise. Also was told there would be no additional activation fee however was billed an $60 activation fee for the first month.Walter I am disappointed dude! You seemed so great.Update 2:5 months since I purchased the device. The battery is not recharging and has died. I am within the 1 year warranty, however the store they won’t do anything to help because it messes up their “inventory count”.Stay away from this place. They sell bad devices at higher cost.

So my phone SHATTERED on Saturday but thankfully this store was literally right there. I took a long lunch at work and went over. I was a giant ball of stress but I knew I had an upgrade on file, I just had to pay off my current phone first. Thankfully between Walter, Harold, and later Preston (God I hope I got all three of their names right), I felt way better. Walter helped me get my account squared, Harold kept me engaged with conversation and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible while Preston went to go pick up my phone since they didnt stock it. They didnt want me wandering around without a phone trying to find the right location, so Preston went out for me. It took a little while just because of the complicated situation I was in, but these three took turns helping me recover as much as my old data as possible while making me laugh.I love my new phone and all three of these guys deserve a raise!
Great customer service. In Jan 19, I purchased a Google Pixel phone. Shophea helped me to set the new phone up, transfer all the data from old to new phone, and activate the warranty. Very knowledge, with great customer service skills. Will definitely purchase my next device there.

I cant give a full 1 star review because Ive never bought anything here. Why? Because they never have any of the items I go into the store for! Dont count on buying any actual Verizon accessories here. Among their ultra small selection youll only find whatever brand the owner feels is worthy.

I went to this store to switch from AT&T to Verizon. The representative did nice talk introducing best plans; But he hid lot of information and made us sign into something that we were not aware of; He charged activation fee/set up fee etc. which Verizon does not accept. Once you are in the plan, Verizon will send Bill charging for Activation fee etc. There is total disconnect between the store and Verizon wireless. When asked about to fix this issue, the store says the cheating representative has left the store and they can do nothing about it. I agree with other reviewers. Never enter this Store!
My order was cancelled twice by them for no good reason and even Verizon customer service was surprised. Do not buy phones from them.
AVOID THIS STORE. they WILL rip you off. Was in a hurry and my fault for trusting the lying salesmen. Was charged for add on items i was told were free for buying the phone from them. Wasnt until the next day I double checked the receipt and realized they charged me for everything. AVOID THIS STORE! I should have read the reviews first.

BUYER BEWARE, this store charges more than the Verizon corporate store on Stevens Creek Blvd in Cupertino. They have an upfront charge plus a monthly fee.. They are a 3rd party vendor and charge more then the corporate store even through the sales guy told me all the Verizon stores charge the same. Not true! Save money and go online or make sure you visit a corporate store, NOT an authorized seller.
Store took advantage of my elderly mother. One of the sales reps up sold her a $175 worth of items she has no use for. Tying to return the items less than 24hrs later were told there is a $75, per item, restocking fee, or $150 for anyone not good at math.. Apparently the manager wasnt in today. Just some red-head worked who immediately gave attitude that the items were being returned, I assume shes losing the commission on the items, and randomly while Im trying to negotiate a better return she gets a call from this phantom manager. Ill be going back tomorrow and emailing Verizon Corporate offices since my family and I have 4 other lines with Verizon. Ive never been so frustrated in such a short amount of time. Recommended my mother go to T-Mobile. Well see if this manager kid can be a little more amicable

What an awful experience, paired with even worse customer service.My husband and I went in to make an appointment for a couple days later to set up service. When we showed up, the guy we made the appointment with wasnt there and hadnt ordered in the phones like he said he would. So we began the painful process of joining our two lines to one account. We were told the process would take an hour. But the people working didnt honor our appointment and basically made us do everything ourselves, figuring it out on our own. So we struggled for an hour and a half to get our lines onto the same service. The guy that had greeted us at the beginning comes and sits by us and asks if he can do anything more for us. We tell him were ready to receive our new phones and set up a plan, and he tells us, Okay, well my manager will help you with that. We ask why he cant, and he says, Well, I get off at 7. So Im leaving. Keep in mind, weve been here for nearly 2 hours and had an appointment. My husband expressed this and he basically said he didnt care and was leaving. So we wait for the manager for another 10+ minutes. Shes finally free and asks what she can do to help. We tell her were ready to set up the new phones the other guy ordered, and she looks in the back. THEY WERE NEVER ORDERED. So we wasted 2 hours in this store with no help just to be turned away and had to hurry to the Cupertino store before it closed.Save your time and money. Just go to the corporate store in Cupertino.

This was one of my worst experiences in a store.My wife and I went in this weekend to create a shared account. I was transferring from AT&T and she was transferring within Verizon. After two hours of poor service, my number was never ported over, my new phone I bought is not even in the Verizon system, and Im on the phone with a Verizon service rep who is confused how a screw up this big could even happen.To make matters worse, to actually get my wifes phone # transferred to my account, I ended up on the phone with a corporate service rep inside the store. Why would I go to a store if I am doing (the one thing that got completed successfully) by my self on the phone?I would never recommend going here ever. If you were on fire and the closest shop was this Verizon store, I would not recommend going inside for help putting the fire out.
They told me they do soft pull for credit verification when you open an account. Instead I got hard pull inquiry. Dont go there they are liers. I also reported this retailer to Verizon Wireless.

I BEEN CHEATED. At the time I upgraded my phone they said there were no ativation feefor a 24 month contract to Verizon plan . However for tge first bill eill see the charges and will see credit on the 2nd or 3rd month bill. When I came back to the store questions about it they said A Wireless sold the store and they not responsible for any of my concerns. When I call the number on the service summary they provided the sam address on Silver Creek RoadSan Jose. BE CAREFULL OF THIS KiND OF STORE .
This place will give you really good customer service but be careful they will upsell you on everything. Just go in to get what you need and dont fall for the sale pitch.

Bad experience! I went there to activate a new mobile device. For account verification, they asked my pin. When I told them that I forgot the pin, they sent me a new pin (via sms) and asked me to check and share the details. How can I receive sms if my phone is not activated with verizon? Sounds Stupid? when I asked questions, they were rude and simply asked me to contact customer care. Total time waste, they dont know anything about network and technologies.
There are no price tag on the phone accessories. I asked for a phone screen protector, they sold me one that cost $54.99. I came home and checked on Amazon, its only $25.95. What a rip off!!!

Walked in. Not even a hello despite no one else in the store. Said Im a new customer whod like to buy a Galaxy S III, 2-year contract for 2GB data plan. Sales rep sat there as though he were waiting for me to come behind the counter and do the paperwork myself. Eventually gave up trying to give them my money and left to find another Verizon store.
I went to this store and activated 2phones as per there sales person said. He lied to us and just want to make his commission he told me there is no charge to me and my bill will never increase but when I got the bill from verizon they told me there is $ 6 increased for 2years. I tried to contact this person who lied to me his name Lois Ayyad he talk to me on the first day and told me he will call back tomorrow he never answer the phone and never called me back very bad store never want to recommend this store to anyone.
Went in to get a replacement sim card for my phone. All three service associates were helping other customers. We never received a greeting, an acknowledgement or any other recognition of our arrival. We waited for 15 minutes during which time we made brief eye contact with several of these employees and each time, nothing... Wont be back here. This is likely a high employee turnover store with a poor training record. Well try Mountain View.
Went to this store 3 times to ask about nexus. Each time they claim no shipments. No knowledge of shipments. Misinformation, and attitude if you ask knowledgable questions, stay away. These guys are not very helpful.
These guys are totally scamming on you. They say something at the beginning and later after a month they say no we did not say this. I got a t mobile cell phone while i wanted to switch with these guys they said we will covet your cell phone bill for t mobile but they dont. They cheat and they are scam believe me

The staff seems courteous enough for what its worth but shouldnt verizon store have all the models currently offered? No LG spectrum no demo of a galaxy nexus or razr maxx, just a bunch of plastic dummys. The only working phones you could touch were an iphone, a droid charge and an HTC Thunderbolt. Really guys if I wanted an eight month old phone id buy it from amazon for a penny not 200 bucks!
