I was relocating from the US west coast to the east coast in Canada and I had 9 boxes to ship. The Packers and movers were expensive for this size of shipment. I called this UPS store about my situation and Kate was very helpful to let me know upfront about the cost to ship, customs declaration, tips to pack my boxes and the expected time of delivery. All the boxes came to the destination undamaged and in 1 week as Kate mentioned with only $30 CAD import duty attached for 1 of the 8 boxes I shipped with UPS. To give a comparison, I shipped one of my box with FedEx (worth $90) who took 4 weeks to deliver the box to the same destination and had an import duty attached ($40 CAD). I thank Kate for helping me with this shipment and the reasonable cost associated with this shipment. I would recommend only UPS for US-Canada shipping especially when relocating. Do note that UPS is more widely available in this part of Canada compared to FedEx and UPS might be able to support better for crossing the border.
This is the second time I had excellent customer service from this UPS store. Jay was sooooo patient today with all my requests to change addresses and phone number in labels. She spent a lot of time with me helping and I greatly appreciate her professionalism. Highly recommend this store. Thank you!
Reliable location for UPS services and Amazon returns. P.O. boxes as well. Can get busy at times and the place is pretty compact. To keep the line moving, its best to have your package sealed and ready to ship as they do not provide free shipping supplies.
Kate literally saved my life today!! She responded so quickly to a pick up request, confirmed the pick up, sent me the receipt and the entire experience was so incredibly smooth. We corresponded over phone call and SMS and she picked up the package on time so that we could send it off in time for overnight express shipping.Thank you so much Kate! Incredible service. 10 stars!
Consider it as 0 star.Shipped our TV and found the screen is completely broken. We have purchased insurance ( From UPS) but they are denying the claim stating we didn’t pack it properly. However we have followed all safety measures during packaging and also in store they have said “Good To GO “ . Customer care is totally clueless and uttering apology. After paying $123 this is what they are offering. We are in total loss . Fraud !
This store used to be great, but it seems like ownership or management has changed. The young enthusiastic workers that were there to help are all gone and replaced with newer workers who cant figure out the POS. I had two returns to do here: first one they couldnt give me a receipt due to not understanding the printer. Second one, UPS never picked up, instructions tell me to go to a store. They refused to look up the tracking number and provide me the label to take it. Dont go here, its a complete waste of your time now.

Kate is the best! I frantically called looking for the tracking number that I tossed out (for my work), thinking it wasnt needed. Well, two weeks later, no delivery. Kate was able to resolve my issue in a matter of a couple of minutes and showed me it actually was delivered! She spent time reading me the tracking number and I typed it into the UPS tracking portal...naturally, because Im having a super bad day...it gets deleted accidentally because I hit refresh..ugh....and I have to call Kate - again! Kate answers the phone and was delighted and was so patient with me - she looked up my info, found my tracking number (again) and never, ever, had a tone that I should have kept my receipt to begin with. She was pleasant, kind, and so patient with me - this thoughtfulness from Kate has turned my what was starting out as a bad day, into a pleasant day! Thank you Kate!!!
Personal are very slow
Very very friendly staff. Also they are very quick in providing the serviy. I go here often for Amazon UPS drop off and they are very quick in making sure I can drop off and leave as quick as possible.This is located at a shopping plaza with many other stores and restaurants. So finding a parking might be challenging during busy days.
The staff were very friendly and the line was short when I went by. Many different service available.
They charge per minute to use computer. Dont come here if you need to take printout from email.They also dont help with packing and dont take USPS dropoffs either
I had a really, really good experience at this UPS store, all due to an employee named AJ. I brought in three packages going to the same place. She went out of her way to condense them into one box and then make that box as small as possible to help save me a ton on shipping costs. She was really helpful and polite and will make me want to return to this specific UPS location.

A long time ago this was a Mailboxes, Etc outlet and I have been using their services since then. I have used them for shipping, packing, notary and supplies. My friend who lives overseas uses them as a post box and comes by every year to pickup mail. I have been very satisfied with the service throughout the decades.
Really nice and friendly employees. Brought in boxes of paper to shred, well over 100 pounds all together and they got rid of it pretty quick.
Misinformed....asked before going in if they will accept Amazon return even if it states kohls on return slip. I was told come in and when I go in, was told it cant be accepted

This place is convenient to where we shop but so that is ok, but if you want to ship something from this location to U.S. or international address first you are doing your homework and do not think that they know what the best options are. If you ask one person then they will say nothing and will motion to have someone else come over and they dont know. I think that here you are buying boxes or stamps but do not use for shipping.

I dropped a letter on Thursday afternoon for Next Day delivery to South San Francisco (only 45 miles north) with UPS truck still parked outside being loaded. Now Ive been told that letter will be delivered on Monday since I brought it too late. If I shipped it as Ground would pay much less and it would be delivered today...But of course no body told me that when I dropped it and will still get charged as next day...very disappointed!!
Very pathetic and they do not have any knowledge on Notary services. Eventhough I showed all the documents they are reluctant to provide notary. I recommend not to go to this store. Waste of time and money.
This UPS stores charges $2 for just taping a small package. I had to ship two packages and they charged for each package just to tape it. Be aware of it as normally I have not seen UPS stores charging for tape.

I visited the store because I had an important DHL document to ship internationally. Couldnt have asked for a better service! The staff was very friendly and FAST, not to mention that my document was delivered on time. Great experience.
Guys at this business are socialpathic! My merchant shipping instruction told me to leave the package open for DHL examination because this package is going abroad. But the guy I met was the rudest service provider I have ever seen in my life when he saw my package open. Quote and quote he said “because we don’t charge you, you must finish all the packaging before you come in”, “I can leave it open if you think that is the right way of packaging” and blah blah blah. I brought my own tape in case some cheap ass wanted to charge me for taping. But the rude and arrogant lecturing on what a person must or must not do is scenically socialpathic! BYE BYE and I am taking my business somewhere else.

I have been visiting this store for years and had awesome service, there are times when I forget to tape my package (on a very few occasions) and they do remind me that I have to bring it in taped else they have to charge but then they tape it for me but today this girl at the counter refused to even do this and said I have to go home and get the tape or pay. I have been a regular customer there and really did not expect this treatment.
The assistant is mean, and the service is crappy. They want to charge you whatever tiny things they should provide. Please drive 5 more minutes to a decent UPS or FedEx store.
