Memon, the owner, provides excellent, friendly service. I have used him for several years for mailing USPS and UPS boxes and he offers fair pricing. I also rent a mailbox from him - he has some of the best prices in the South Bay, far more economical than UPS or other mailbox stores. He goes above and beyond to help his customers, even staying late to allow them to get packages. His evening hours are convenient for working folks. Highly recommend.

STAY AWAY. SCAMMER!This guy charged me 70 dollars for two normal letters. He also tried to charge me an extra 30 dollars to print a couple of pages on his little printer. When I refused to pay the printing fee he started to bargain around. Ill never go there again and you should stay away too.Dont fall for the 5 star reviews either. They look fake and he probably just bought them online to make up for the people calling him out on here.

This guy is a scammer. Beware. He quoted me over a hundred dollars for usps priority mail service that I then took the box home and shipped it for 15$. When I tried to leave he then started lowering the price and trying to offer a better deal. He charged me 20$ for used packaging materials and air bladders and a small box. When I confronted him showing him an online quote for 1/8 the price on my phone he said that online is better rates and brushed it off.

Mr. Memon replied the same day and was able to provide what I need - an actual address to use for business.I met Mr. M for the first time today - efficient, friendly, knowledgeable - and a neighbor! The owner is super warm and friendly and offers very decent prices on his services. There are many shipping options and mail boxes rentals are pretty cheap compare to ups. Owner takes calls after hour to help his customer if any issue. Highly recommended!

These guys are scam. I bought bubble wrap from here and the guy charged me $6 for 4 ft*2 ft. Please avoid this.

Memon the man who runs this place has treated me like family since the first day I walked in there, stressed out and having issues with all of my typical payment methods. He stayed late to help me register and has always been patient and helpful and even helped me with packages when I blew my back out without hesitation. He conducts his business politely and quickly with everyone that I have seen.The after hours access and ability to receive packages of any size is also a HUGE help, and I feel safe there even late as the door locks behind me both ways.I plan on staying here a long time, good riddance to thw post office!

After reading through some of these 5 star reviews, Im becoming more and more convinced this guy is outright scamming folks.The only reason I would give him 2 stars is simply because of the convenience of all different shipment methods in terms of USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc are provided.That being said, he was insisting that the cheapest way to ship an iPhone to a family member would have been $38. This would easily fit into a flat rate less than $10 USPS if it fits it ships box.Im assuming that the 5 star reviews are left by folks that dont ship things very frequently who arent familiar with typical shipping rates and he is taking severely taking advantage of these folks. It is disheartening to see popular reviews from a business taking advantage of people. Hopefully a BBB claim will course correct this.

Memon is kind and extremely helpful. I brought and faxed the wrong form by mistake. Memon told me he would fax the correct form for free if I wanted to come back. So I hustled home, grabbed the correct form and he obliged. However, the fax didnt go through after three tries. Next Memon offered to try again in the morning if I would leave the document with him. He took my phone number to contact me when it went through. Everything worked out due to his extra effort. The correct documents were faxed, he called me to let me know, and he did it all for free after I had paid for the first two --one correct document one mistake-- at the start.
