This is my local FedEx and i sometimes like to have packages sent here. I was recently in this location and wasn’t even acknowledged when i was waiting to drop off a package. Both female associates had their eyes glued to their computer screens and were talking about non-work related things. When the associate finally noticed me (and the 5 others behind me), she called me up and she didn’t even engage! I let her know i had a return with a QR code to scan, and she literally didn’t respond and just proceeded with getting my request complete.I work in customer service and can be understanding of the fact that so many places are struggling to hire, and employees have a heavier workload, but it is so important to at least say hello or look up from your task at hand. Even an “I’ll be right with you” would have made my experience better. There’s a lovely gentleman in there with glasses that makes my experience 10x better. He deserves some recognition for carrying the weight of his teams shortcomings.
Worst customer experience!! disrespectful employees, especially the lady with tatus on her arms stay completely away from her, she doesnt care about customers or their businesses, yells and ignore customers she will make you have a bad experience, believe me, make yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
Service was so fast and I liked how Isaiah helped me to print my book. He was very nice and patient. The book he printed turned out to be great.
Extremely bad service... the worst branch I ever dealed with... never ever was able to do a service here, and employees are so unhelpful... they even not willing to help... BAD
I needed help with photocopying, I just had to ask the staff and he was so happy to help, I forgot to ask his name. Thanks to the staff😊
No complaints. Friendly staff.
Poor service.a sales person declined to ship my envelope even though I have a valid ID proof.she stated that my ID proof is not matching the from address in my envelope.so, I drove 10 miles to another FedEx office and shipped the envelope.
I have lived around the corner to this Fed Ex location for 8 years now. It has always been convenient for my printing and shipping needs. Especially for printing since the public library has been closed due to the pandemic. I have enjoyed being able to email my documents and use the CODE they provide to print.I was really shocked and disheartned by the attitude of staff today. I came in minutes before they closed today Sunday but had my CODE to just print my 1 document fast..as was another person infront of me. The attitude we received from the team member was horrid for someone providing customer service.I myself work in customer service and would never talk to a client that way..even if its close to closing. It could be that the employees just wanted to close and go home..but was very sadened by the way it was handled. After so many years using their convenient printing services..I will now buy a printer for my home to avoid coming here all together.
Infested with fleas. My wife found two on her socks.
This Fedex location just isnt knowledgeable about shipping, and rather than trying to figure out a solution (or learn about the rules) theyll just refuse to ship your item. I went to a different location where they knew what they were doing and they shipped it without any issues, or runaround. Lots of time wasted over 2 days at this location. Avoid it if you need anything other than a drop off.
Very easy to print here. B/W is 14 cents and color prints are 65 cents. Super convenient. Just email the docs to an assigned mail ID and you are good to go. Rates are same for copy
Very bad experience here Aana the worker who is working in front door is very rude to customers. She do not even listen to customer.
Laugh to the white guy and show a bad face to the yellow. What’s a wonderful experience!
Marisol and asst manager Linda give excellent customer service and product knowledge of what your project may involve for signs and banners or for wedding invitations.
The most rude staff ever! The old indian lady Always tell me package is not strong and tear up my tape and ask me 3.99 for packaging. I went to another store then no issue at all. Avoid this store.
Terrible customer service. Was second person at the location on a weekday and took 30 minutes to ship one single package out. They need to hire people who know how to do their job.
Bright open space with helpful employee. I was greeted, shown how to use the copier, and even offered a box for all the copies. Smooth, pleasant experience overall.
Semi well known secret is this is the FedEx store in the area to go if you need delicate and critical packaging services. Other stores will refer work to them based on your needs. Great service and great work! Thank you!
Good customer service, big space, good parking, package never lost for me.
Easily accessible and convenient FedEx near fair oaks and El Camino real. They have print and go facility available . Staff is usually helpful. They have computer stations which can be used for printing and shipment purposes.
Sent banners and invites internationally, these guys gave me a percentage off because my picture was slightly pixelated. Will give 6 stars if possible. Thanks guys
Staff are not professional and friendly compared with other stores. The first impression is fine, but when you really need some in-depth help, they will show impatience. Their printing system is very slow when receiving files, for this reason, they even persuaded me to buy a flash drive!!! I spent around 2 hours there today just waiting for them to set up my files for printing. And at the end, I didnt get the files as the way I expected. Very disappointed. This is the third time I went there printing my documents and I encountered unprofessional staff every single time. The manager/owner should really give these staff a good training.
Fast service for our package drop. They helped us with the packing, but probably it is cheaper if you package your shipment at home.
Always up sells packaging services. Experienced the same behavior thrice in this store so far. For ex: I wanted to ship something that would go in a fedex envelope. The rep tried to sell me a fedex box instead that would not only cost me for packaging but would also jack up the shipping cost.
The staff is very friendly, I went there for visa photo of 2in*2in, be aware to wear non-white cloth because the background is pure white. Picture is clear and come in about 3 mins, very fast and convenient service. The first two photo is $15, and cheaper if you buy more.
FedEx promised the package would be delivered on a Thursday did not get the package until the following Monday. There automated system is a mess!! Once your package is in the system (good luck)!! Never again!!
Very ignorant stuff😡😡 I was waiting in the line and when I got my turn asked them for help didn’t help me at all, but when I tried to help my self they again asked me again to wait in the line and I had appointment as well which was very close, then I left this ignorant place with ignorant stuff with out printing anything 🤮
Went here to print some photos. The photo print station is in the back, near the workstations. You can get the photos from social media, Box, a phone, USB, etc, and then theres a nice interface to pick the photos and sizes. Each 5x7 print was $2.49, which seems a little pricey, but what do I know. The photos print out there after you check out, and you can grab a carrying sleeve.
Went there to do scan and the male staff helped me quite a bit. Quick and efficient. Glad to have one near my home.
Service is rude
I recommend that you never do business at this location. I left a package here to be delivered priority overnight and they did not schedule it for pick up until the next business day. After a 36 hour delay in delivery I had to return the package to myself. Because of the lack of responsibility of this office, 10 children that were going to receive free surgery, free medical supplies and the service of volunteer doctors, will not anymore. It was a shame to have someone in Sunnyvale ruin the reputation of FedEx as a reliable service, and I hope FedEx gets to the bottom of it.
Stopped here to have items packaged up and shipped. They were pretty busy and only had 2 employees working both the Print & Ship sections. They still took the time to help out and were pretty friendly. Plan on being here more time than you would expect due to not enough employees though.
Astonishingly rude people here. Been there twice and felt unwelcome both the times. Not going there anymore unless its really needed. Printing service is good though. Simple and fuss free printers. Quality of prints are decent.
This location used to be an old bank - you can tell by the building - which is kinda cool since I love imagining what it was like back in the day......but I digress. This location was able to help us with what we needed, but they seemed understaffed and overloaded. Most of the facility is help-yourself, but not everyone knows how to use their machines so the friendly staff took some time to train my sis-in-law who I was there with to print some things out for my nephews birthday party. Besides having to wait a while for help (due to being understaffed), the experience was okay, but it wouldnt be the first place Id go to again for my needs.
I just got totally gouged for sending a package during the holidays - so thats neat.An employee told me he couldnt accept my package unless he repackaged it himself because the cardboard was too thin. Interesting, considering that same box arrived at my apartment via FedEx the week before and was in fine condition.I asked why another package of the same thickness that a different employee was accepting was ok to ship. He said that one was designed to go through their shipping system and there wasnt a risk of the box opening. That box was made by Home Depot (read: not a shipping company). He clearly stated that the package was not acceptable and this wasnt a recommendation, so I paid the $10 to repackage it because, guess what, it was the holidays and it needed to get sent before I left town that day.Just a fair warning to anyone reading this.
Not the same company it used to be from a year ago. I used to be able to walk in, email my document, and print it on the go.Today I was directed to the self service computer where you get charged on a per minute usage time. Not a big deal until for just one sheet of paper, including the time of around two minutes to log in and open the document, I was charged over $4. $4 for one sheet of paper is truly not worth it. Then to fax it over to where I needed to send it was another $2.15. I could be wrong but back in the day it didnt cost over $6 to print and fax one paper.Secondly, the wait time. This isnt the only location thats having this issue in the san jose/sunnyvale location, but there is never more than just one manager and one rep at any given time.In general the staff are friendly and is obvious that theyre doing everything they can, but with big stores they naturally should have more than just two reps helping the long line of people coming in, just out of logical thinking.
If I could give zero star to this place, I would. Rude, unfriendly and inefficient employees. I dropped off a box which already has a shipping label on it. One would think this is a simple drop off task, right? No, the employees here ask you the details about the shipment, including whats INSIDE the box. Its an invasion of privacy. I asked the employee to mark the shipment fragile. He wouldnt do it, as he said they mark things inside the facility, not in front of customers. Thats total bull. Ive shipped via FedEx many times, and other places could mark the box in front of customers. If you have a choice, avoid this store.
Terrible service too busy.
Whole store only has one person working there. The person was printing stuff for people. Dozens of people were lining up for the postal service. Save yourself time and energy, don’t go there
Quite interestingly, this place does not offer COLOR PRINTING service. According to the manager, they use a cheap copier machine to print your files in color (which looks more like a combination of color and light gray). Needless to say that you can bring in your files, rent one of their computers, then use a *somewhat* better color copier - obviously this is not a service, but an equipment rental. In either case, you print will have a lower quality than what you get from a $50 home inkjet printer. Amazing.Even more interestingly, when I called FedEx Office corporate, not only they supported their managers statement about this location not offering color printing service, but they were unable to recommend any location in Silicon Valley that would have a color PRINTER instead of a cheap copier, and would offer color printing service. Conclusion: if you have a larger corporate job, go directly to one of the many local printers, and save serious $$. If you need a small quantity print like I did, print it at home or at one of your local small printing service. Either way, forget about the company called FedEx Office, which, despite of its marketing and store sign, does not provide color printing service.
There’s no office anymore! Don’t waste ur time to come here.
I recommend that you stay away from this dodgy outfit. I went in one morning to print a single page in color. The charge was $0.81, which I paid for with a debit card. Two days later, I checked my bank account online and saw two charges from FedEx Office 0 Sunnyvale. One was for $0.81 and the other was for $4.10. I returned to the store and showed my online bank statement to the first person at the counter. She waved her hands and said that the $4.10 was a pending charge. I showed her that, in fact, this was a final charge. She waved again as if to wash her hands of the affair. Then she retreated from the counter. Now another worker appeared at the back of the store. I recognized the person who had served me two days earlier. I called out to her and she came over. I showed her the spurious $4.10 charge and asked for my money back. She said that she had to see a receipt in order to refund a payment. I pointed out that I couldnt present a receipt for something I had never bought. She stood her ground. I asked her to see the situation from my point of view. I had done nothing wrong. An incorrect charge had been applied to my card and I wanted a refund. After I pleaded with her for a while, the manager appeared. He was frowning. He said, in a belligerent tone, Whats the problem? I showed him the bank statement and said that I wanted my money back. He said that he wanted to see a receipt. I said that I had no receipt but my bank account clearly showed a debit charge that was labeled with this FedEx Office location, which meant that they had received $4.10 of my money. That was the sum that I wanted them to repay to me. He said, quite angrily, that he had no record of such a charge and that if I was unhappy, I had to call the FedEx help line. I replied that I didnt want to spend my time making phone calls because time is money. I had already wasted more than $4.10 worth of my time. The manager furrowed his brow, put his hands on the counter, and leaned toward me. I got the message. He wasnt there to help. He was there to ensure that this matter of the mysterious $4.10 charge remained very much my problem, not his. The most reasonable course of action at that point would have been to accept the loss of $4.10 and move on with my life. But I was so upset by the managers unpleasant attitude and the disquieting nature of the charge that I decided to pursue it further. I went home and called FedEx customer service. They said that they couldnt help me either because I had no receipt. My only recourse, they said, was to call my bank and dispute the charge. Thats what I did. The consequence of disputing a charge is that your debit card is disabled and you have to wait for the bank to send you a new one. You also have to update any automatic payments you may have set up in the past so that your disabled card number doesnt get charged. I had to go through all of that inconvenience because I made the mistake of patronizing this FedEx Office store. Ive learned my lesson. Im never going there again and I advise everyone to stay away. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
Good FedEx spot close to where I live. Nothing special but the staff was cooperative and nice.
Had a quick question about what kind of printing they can do. The person on the other end told me that were not authorized to answer. Then, I was hung up on. Then, I called back and was hung up on again. Pretty strange.
This old guy with white hair and glasses has the most horrible customer service ever! I was in line and waited for 15 mins to have him print a resume off of my USB. While I was waiting he helped a lady out by doing the same thing. Great service when helping out a lady. When it was my turn he basically told me to go computer which had 3 people already at those stations. Really??? No station open and he was unable to help me. He went around and check printers! Really??? How long does it take to take my only file in that USB, plug that in and press print? I have more trips down there so I will be glad to tell him off every time I see him there!
Good for customizing and printing your photos.Ships on time.Good service.
Fast and friendly.
This was my go to place for immediate printing needs. Not anymore. Employee incompetence combined with broken and outdated equipment ensured that I will take my business elsewhere.
Used the self service printer. Was nice 😊
You have two employees running an entire store. Pure genius.
Great service nice friendly staff I use them all the time
Staff here was incredibly rude, offensive and unhelpful both times I visited. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I have had much better service from other Fedex locations.
HORRIBLE!!! The manager doesnt know how to do anything, he always passes stuff off to other workers and couldnt even give me a proper receipt because he screwed up the transaction. The 2 young men, Ricardo and the other one, are SO rude and dont even know how to do their jobs! Ricardo, asked me where it was going. I drop off packages for my boss that are given to me, I dont know where its going, but guess what! if you look on the label it SAYS right there where its going. He didnt even know GB stood for Great Britain? WOW! AND he was SOO rude to this little boy who was dropping off some packages for his family. He didnt have the right box or something to ship ground, and he just told him he couldnt help him. The other guys said, just help him out, hes a little kid, and Ricardo said hell no, how else is he going to learn! out loud!! What a jerk!! I am always stuck waiting in line here, these people should all be fired, horrible service, horrible wait times and no one, except the hispanic girl that works there knows what she is doing. I go out of my way to another office just to drop off our company packages now because im not dealing with them anymore! Fire them all and start over PLEASE!!
Friendly staff. Fast and easy
Very good printing, copy, fax, photo facility. Smooth operation.
Odd to find - its in the same building as the Wells Fargo ATMs.In&out very fast dropping a package with a pre-paid label but no box. Cashier helped me find the chespest envelope that fit.
Wasted an hour here for nothing. The service is really slow. The staffs are rude.
20-30 minutes wait for any service there is always only one employee.
Came in, confused on how to get what I needed. Staff was extremely helpful and kind, and I was out in less than 5 minutes.
Absolutely useless customer service if youre asking about anything other than shipping within the US. Horribly useless and uninformed staff.
Way over priced and going on 5 days late for a priority overnight just going to a neighboring state.Pro tip: Go somewhere else
Very happy with walk in Self service, machines in tip top order.
My printing place:) Staff are nice and helpful!
Staff was patient and quick
I used to go here for printouts but since they have refused to stop their nra backing......
Customer service is terrible. Avoid at all cost.
They were forcing me to use one of the Express services because apparently my packaging wasnt good enough for ground shipping- having worked at FedEx, its completely false unless Im claiming an amount as insurance. This is not the way to raise your sales revenue.
Location is moving. Signs are very confusing.
You dont think itll be as bad as the reviews say, but its worse.
Their printing machine is garbage, employees are rude, and they cant ship on time.
They do great work!
Friendly and very helpful staff
Very nice
Ok type of service
