I am a very detail-oriented person who has always planned my own vacations, but for my honeymoon, I wanted to work with someone to take some of the stress of planning both a wedding and vacation... enter Amy!Being so Type A, I was armed with questions and very specific on my needs and wants. Amy was incredibly patient with me and walked me through the entire travel agent process and offered advice on how to make my dream honeymoon happen. As we continued working together, Amy created the perfect itinerary and was always happy to tweak anything we felt we wanted to be changed. We went through a few iterations until we were 110% happy. The amount of research she put in, to not only the activities but also the resorts and hotels was amazing and we felt like we were making very informed decisions about where to stay and what to do.Fast forward to a month before we are set to leave (January 2020) and COVID starts to take off in Asia (our honeymoon was Cambodia, Thailand, and the Maldives). Naturally, we were worried, how is this going to work, what if we get stuck, etc. Once again Amy was patient and available whenever we wanted to talk. She explained the situation (she was in Thailand at the time) and walked us through our options. We went back and forth about changing our flights out of HK and finally decided to do it. Amy never got frustrated with us and took everything in stride. Furthermore, she worked hard and followed up diligently with Cathay to get us our refunds (they were backlogged) for up to 2 months after our return.Our actual honeymoon went on without a hitch. We had the most incredible time and it was the perfect combination of active, nature, culture and relaxation. We were able to see all the cultural and heritage sites we wanted, ate amazing food, had a jam-packed itinerary of fun activities and ended on an amazing resort in the Maldives with an incredible manta ray diving experience. It was the best travel experience of my life so far, and we were thrilled we decided to go with Amy. We will definitely be using her in the future and recommend her strongly to anyone looking for a travel agent.

We have been working with Amy for the past couple of years. Shes amazing. All the trips that she arranged for us were beyond our expectations. We would never have done these without her. This past winter holiday she suggested that we do a river cruise to tour around southeast Asia. We never did cruise and didnt think this would work for us. We wanted more activities than what we thought the cruise would offer. But she patiently worked with us and got us to take a Scenic river cruise with our 3-generation family from 8 year old to 79 year old in vietnam and cambodia. The river cruise was simply amazing! Not only that. She knows that we wanted to travel while caring for the world in some ways. So the cruise line she picked was green cruiseline and the cruise company does a lot of great work to support local communities. That made us feel good to be part of it. We had a fantastic time! Amy is very knowledgable and had a lot of experiences with traveling around the world. We have a lot of trust in her now.

My wife and I planned to celebrate our 10 years anniversary in Italy and had no idea where to start at all. We chose Planet Hoopers after reading all those positive reviews on Yelp. We just told Amy our budget and style we wanted and she came out a itinerary.Yesterday we came back from the vacation and cant tell how satisfied we were. The whole experience was wonderful. Hotel was nice and the location was perfect. The tours she chose for us were great.Cant wait to work with her again for our next vacation.
