We had soy sauce and hot sauce stain on our wool carpet, Max came and told us he can have the stain removed. Sure enough, one week later, he brought our carpet back, not just the stain completely gone, the rug was cleaned and it looks like brand new. BTW, the rug is 11 yrs old. We cant be more happier how the rug turned out. Max is friendly and easy to do business with, we will recommend him to our friends and neighbors. Good business owners are hard to come by.

We recently had The Oriental Carpet clean two of our handmade precious rugs. They did an excellent job from start to finish!The employees were professional (in nice uniforms, courteous, and careful not to damage any furniture) both when they picked up the rugs and dropped them back off. They helped move our furniture back and tweaked it until we were happy.Our rugs are like new!

This review is for a repair. I brought a very old Persian rug here that had extremely long tears in it along with other miscellaneous damage. I told them to take their time and do the very best they could to restore the rug. They did an amazing job and the repairs are practically imperceptible! Prompt, friendly and professional. I had a very large, thick and hairy WHITE wool rug to be cleaned. This rug had suffered four years of abuse at the hands (and paws) of two dogs and a toddler. Zoom Rugs picked the rug up within days of first contact and delivered it back as good as new in about 10 days. The rug was on an upper floor underneath a big couch and they did all of the moving and loading. They also measured and made a rug pad for my big odd sized kitchen runner ... It is awesome! I will definitely use them again!
