Manny cleaned our carpet better (on Sept 10) than at any time in its 16-year history. He got out stains that other cleaners could not. Highly recommend -- well worth the time and expense. Manny was very informative as well.

The service was impeccable! Manuel Showed up did a walk through and showed me areas that I didnt know were problems on my carpet, he is thorough.There was an odor in my carpet and he found where they were (more than one odor stain) and I agreed to the additional treatment which left my carpet smelling fresh and clean.Manuel has a big machine but is very quiet compared to other cleaners I have used.Excellent work. Manny did an absolutely great job on my silk rugs. I have not had them cleaned for over 20 years because I was afraid they would be damaged. I tried cleaning a few spots and the dye color bled so I was terrified about having them cleaned.After Manny cleaned my white carpet and I saw just how much care and effort he puts into his work, I asked him to clean my rugs.He didnt just jump into the cleaning, he tested the colors and showed me that the colors run. I decided to have him clean anyway because I thought he is that good. I was not disappointed. There was minimal color transfer, way better than what I had done. The rugs look great almost like new. and they smell great too. He is the only one I trust to clean my carpets and rugs.

Manny showed up and he cleaned a room with a lot of pet urine in it. He did a very good job. This is the second time I use him. The first time was in 2017.He did such a great job I gave him a tip. He is friendly and really professional. He suggested a few things I could do to improve the urine odor. I was not too worried about an excellent job because I am replacing the carpet in a few months. Very honest. Highly recommend.

So we had Manny come out to clean three bedrooms. I wanted dry cleaning. When he arrived he looked at the carpets and showed me a big problem we have that I didnt realize was there.This is a rental property and apparently the last tenants dogs peed every where. He is very detailed and has tools to find urine in the carpets.After the evaluation he recommended that we approach the cleaning a little differently. He said if we only dry clean, that would spread the urine on even more areas of the carpet, but if he deodorized and steam cleans the affected areas first...and then dry clean the odor, he called it contamination, would not spread all over.It made sense to me so go ahead. The carpets look like new and smell fine. But after I saw how many spots urine was on the carpet, these carpets are coming out.Ill definitely be recommending Manny to my friends and family! Very honest person. I am using him for another property in about a week. Thats how good he is!

The Manny is the best! I was in need of a carpet cleaning. He was very professional and prompt. Manny explained the different problems my carpet had and made suggestions . Very rarely do I have time to write reviews, But in this case I feel I must.My wife and I own a rental three story condo in Santa Clara, and after tenants moved out, we found the carpets were in serious need of cleaning. Manny was referred to us by the house cleaners. We made an appointment one week in advance. He showed up early and waited for my wife since I was in a meeting. The price we agreed to on the phone was the price we ended up paying, no pressure up sell. He did mention some areas needed attention but it could be done whenever we wanted. I showed up about two and a half hours later the carpets looked like new. The carpets looked quite good actually. I will call them again and recommend to my friends. NICE JOB MANNY!!!

I just had Manny clean my carpets, as I am moving into my new home. He was referred by a friend. When I called him he was difficult to get a hold of. Apparently, the call kept getting dropped. . I texted him and he responded. I told him the square footage of my house and he gave me a rough estimate.He showed up a few minutes early and came in to look at the carpet. He lowered the price from the original quote. He then went to vacuum all the carpets. He said there was pet hair and the steam cleaner would not pull it out as well as the vacuum. He used several machines to clean the carpet, then steam clean with hoses coming from his van.. the carpet was in good condition except for the living room. The living room had a very noticeable dirty line in front of where the couch would be. When he finished the whole carpet looked like new.I want to say big thanks Manny, you are the best! Very professional and efficient. And at the end, when he was finished, he came with the invoice and he lowered the price again! I asked why? he said it did not take him as long as he thought it would take to clean. I was impressed, I heard he was honest from my friend.Usually, I hear from friends that carpet cleaners like to raise the price once in your house, But Manny did not do that. Got an area rug, sofa, and two bedrooms wall to wall carpet cleaned. We called Several companies and we felt comfortable with Manny.We called because our dog went on our carpets and we were concerned with the odor and damage it might cause. He was a pleasure to deal with, no up-sell, except we forgot to mention the rug so he added the price for the rug and for deodorizing since we also did not mention the urine problems.The chemicals he used were very mild in odor, nothing toxic, . Which is great since we have small children, pets and allergies.The carpets look as new as they did when they were installed, and they were installed 5 years ago.Manny uses a steam cleaner from the truck, which is what I wanted because I tried other cleaners and was not happy. In fact, the last guys really made my carpet smell bad when they used a scrub machine. However, he told me he also does dry cleaning when requested. Maybe I ll try it next time.I am very happy with the result, the price, and the professionalism. I am going to put him on my calendar for every six months for my OCD. I wish I had found him sooner.

What I have seen in the past is carpet cleaners using hot water from my sink faucet.His steam hot water machine is much more professional. The carpets although not new, look fantastic!!! From Beginning to end Manny did a great job. He is good at what he does. He has a lot of equipment. There was a dirty area in the walkway and he even told me it would not go away, and it did go away. Carpet looks great. I feel like my rugs are new.He was expensive, but he spent a lot of time cleaning. He has no coupons. But unlike all the companies with coupons in the mail, we trusted him immediately. No up-selling. His basic price includes shampooing and pre-conditioner, where the cheap carpet cleaners in the mail do steam clean only.We just had a remodel and our carpets were in desperate need of a cleaning, Manny did a great job. We had family coming over so I am glad he could fit us in his schedule. I highly recommend him!

Manny did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets. We found that our new home had pre-existing urine from the previous owners dogs . Manny is very knowledgeable in removing odors and stains from carpet using special cleaners. he even used vinegar to remove a stain which we tried to remove. He was very diligent and hard working to make our carpets look and smell great .

What a great experience having Manny clean my carpets. There was a hiccup with the scheduling, he called and texted to confirm the day prior to having the carpets cleaned and I did not see the call or text, long story. On the appointment day, he didnt show up on time so I called and he asked whether I had received the call and text, I did not. Once he knew I was waiting for him he was at the house in 45 minutes right on time. It was my fault for not confirming.So he charged a fair price, great job, efficient, professional, reasonable and my house carpet looks like new.There were red stains on the carpet and he showed me on his invoice he does not guarantee stains to come out, BUT all the stains came out no extra charge!I am referring him to my friends and clients, Manny is highly recommended, he is very detailed, I am also having him clean my couches soon. Manny cleaned my carpet many years ago and did a great job. Since then, I used someone else based on the recommendation a friend. It turns out they are not as good as Manny.I was hesitant to have my carpets cleaned because of the cold and wet weather. I had them cleaned anyway, Manny told me what to do to dry my carpets even if its cold. He fit me into his schedule and did a super job. He is also very friendly and pleasant to work with.

I heard of Manny from a neighbor who like me, has pets which caused severe carpet problems. I have tried to clean the carpet myself with a rug doctor, it caused blotches and sticky soap areas because I used soapy water.Manny worked very hard to get all the stains out of the carpet.I am very pleased with Mannys cleaning. there was a spot which I was told would probably come back because it was all the way in the pad, and it did come back, I expected it to come back. Manny uses a machine that sprays very hot water into the carpet and then sucks it out. This is important to me because many of the stains I had were deep in the bottom of the carpet.I had to call two different times and days to get a hold of him and when I did he was very straight forward with what needed to be done . I highly recommend Manny .

I called him because my English bull dog got a rash and the doctor vet, recommended I clean the carpet.I had called another company but when they showed up, they jacked up the price. But guess what? my furniture was all moved out! all for nothing.I found manuel on craigslist and told me he could come over but late in the day because he had a big job he had not seen yet.He called later in the day and said he was ready to come over in about half an hour.
