Taslima (on-site manager) is very sweet and personable. She’s very helpful and will make sure you have a great experience using this facility. It’s an older building but is very clean and neat. It has the best rates on this side of town, and is easy to access as this facility also participates in the easy-open app that Public Storage has for a contactless experience.Overall I gave this site 5/5 stars because there is someone always here to help during business hours, there are constantly carts to move your goods and it’s a very low travel facility so you’re not bound to necessarily run into anyone. Also, the owner made sure I was able to move out even though I came near closing time. She went beyond my expectations to make sure I wasn’t charged for which I am extremely thankful. :)

We loved this location! The staff were friendly helpful and flexible. We needed space to stage our house so the unit was convenient and the staff was always available. When we thought we were on autopay and missed our payment they reminded us very nicely and it was our fault! We have four kids and it wasnt a problem to bring them with us. They are wonderful!!!

Had a huge safety issue here first the elevator was stuck on second floor,the man working there went and retrieve it and left I am handicapped and in a wheelchair but can walk on Canadian crutches for a short period which I was doing as me and my wife stepped in the door it closed on my wife I grabbed it, it took all I had to force it off her and open it once retracted the hold door button wouldnt keep it open had to hold it. On the return trip back down the door acted the same way but we were ready for it (had to make several trips). When I went and told the person working he said he already had someone fix it....but it wasnt fixed and I dont think he cared very much about us almost getting hurt probably because I interrupted his personal call have to go back in a couple weeks if the elevator is still like that Im just going to call the fire department for safety reasons and that elevator is a freight elevator that door is thick and heavy someones going to get hurt The minute it opens its closing super dangerous

I dont like Public Storage generally (I think they have awful customer policies at the corporate-level), but the staff at this location is very nice. They made an effort to keep my move out as smooth as possible, and they even offered to stay late to help me check out when my movers didnt show up on time!

The entrance was 3 ft wide (standard door).Mandatory insurance rates:$11/mo for $3000 maximum$13/mo for $4000 maximum$15/mo for $5000 maximumThe rates are reasonable, and the gate is open longer than the office (6:00 to 21:00). I got the $1 rent for your 1st month promo and only used the unit for a weekend.

Rude staff, barely any of them can speak English properly, and the man that will pick up your call when you leave your voicemail has a thick accent and also a speech impediment, quiet unprofessional to have someone like that as the guy who picks up calls. The building is also really old. They would also give my phone number to this debt collection agency who would frequently call me that I have fees that are due even though I ended my lease with them more than a month ago despite the fact that I had paid for all of the months I used their storage. Overall, stay away from this particular Public Storage. If possible stay away from Public Storage altogether.

I hate moving, it is the worst. These guys though were great. Having to put my stuff in storage was a task I was not looking forward to but the staff here made things as simple as they could be. Friendly and on point. I would use them again no doubt about it.

It is definitely not a dollar and I went there for a $26 space and I got stuck with a five-by-five that is $45 and no option to get anything smaller even though I dont have that much stuff that I need stored so this was a downer because not only am I paying more than triple what I thought I would be paying but the store space they gave me was super far on the other end and the elevator never works if you feel like youre going to get stuck in it because every time I come its not on and I guess once it goes up it gets stuck up there until somebody comes down or you got to walk the stairs to get to it to bring it down and then even then maybe sometimes the door wont close so then you cant use it then either its kind of annoying considering Im paying out all this money and stuff isnt working the bathrooms always locked

I just moved some of my items to the storage. The moving experience was ok. So I was going to give 3 stars. But read the below review about the theft and I feel that I had the same feeling when I was in the storage. There were no camera. The girl at the office just handed over me a lock right when showing the locker (before signing the agreement). That lock was not in a new sealed manufacturer box/wrapper. I got the doubt but didnt question her.Now I am afraid. Is that a used lock? What if someone made a duplicate key already? For others, I would say - dont accept locks unless it is in a sealed box. I now feel like a stupid to have not questioned it.
