Mr. Sergio is professional. Fixed my AC and now runs ice cold at a great price. My friends car was having starter issue and he gave us a quote at fastest time and best price. Highly recommend the shop.

First the install was scheduled quickly, they were helpful over the phone trying to arrange it, and for the service they got me in exactly when they said and Sergio was super friendly and so helpful as well! Hector explained everything and answered all my questions, making the whole experience just as painless as possible! They got me in and out and the whole thing was actually enjoyable! Fast, friendly and funny! Five star!

Sergio and Hector very knowledgeable and honest. Installed backup camera and proximity sensors on bumpers that worked great for past 4 years!! Dont take your car to Firestone, Precision Tune franchises who will push unnecessary repairs on you. He even replaced my windscreen and keys (FOIB) for the best prices I could find.

Co-owner Hector is good at body shop work and electronics. He was patient and taught me what needs to be done to fix my car. He made some manual adjustments to my lift gate, hinges and latch so that I dont have to spent thousands of dollars replacing it !!(in contrast, at Fremonts Everything body shop (where they bragged that they are rated #1) the owner wanted $10,000 to cut and replace back of my minivan. At another Sunnyvale shop owned by an Indian - he would not take my tough case. )I complained about vibration in my 2011 Sienna on startup from cold. He explained that it happens to all Siennas but only in the morning. I complained about vibration on my brakes. He explained that siennas has this problem with their front right wheel - replacing rotors and everything does not remove the vibration.

Hector had given us a quote on car repair and we agreed to that, then after the work was done he changed it to 300 more or they wouldnt give us our car. Horrible customer service and scandalous tactics on making money they dont deserve. When you say a price for EVERYTHING INCLUDED you cant change that to Oh, that was just for the paint, it didnt include parts. 0 star rating

Other chain repair shop wanted over $1100 for a repair. Sergio replaced it for $750 within an hour.

A great true family business prices are not the cheapest nor the most expensive but they always try to work with you and the repairs they can do cheap work but you get what you paid for if you want something cheap Sergio is an honest person and is always willing to lend a helping hand
