This is our fifth repair with Kuykendalls. The first three the insurance recommended them, the last two I called several shops for estimates. Kuykendalls came in lowest both times. Very professional and friendly service. Could not be more pleased with my choice of repair shops.

This place was so easy to work with and eager to assist during the entire repair process. Once initial estimate was complete, the shop handled communication, billing and supplemental work directly with insurance company, It was hassle free!

Had a small damage that needed to be fixed and a friend recommended Kuykendall’s. I couldn’t be happier. Excellent customer service and great work in getting my car taken care of. Also very good communication throughout the process. Highly recommend the shop.

Dont recommend. Agree with the previous review. Very disrespectful owner.Facts1) Tracy yelled at me over the phone for asking questions (like whats the status of my car, why do I have to pay for reparing a dent that was on the replaced fender, etc).2) Weve never had any issues with the car (not even 100k miles), had been driving it for 2 weeks after the accident before giving it to Tracy. Coincidentally, the starter broke when the car was worked on; we were charged for a new starter.3) The replaced fender has a dent on it. We were asked to pay for fixing it.4) The guy doesnt maintain a safety distance from customers during COVID.5) The work took 2 weeks.6) The final price was ~30% higher than the original estimate.Feelings1) The guys attitude is really offensive and rude. No hi, no bye, no eye contact when we came to pick it up.2) I didnt feel safe around him (because he yelled at me over the phone and didnt maintain distance).3) I dont feel safe driving my car after his services. We have used Kuykendalls for over 20 years. They are a family owned business with integrity. You wont be overcharged and their work is impeccable.

They were able to fix my car faster than anyone else in the area quoted me and it was done exactly when they said it would be. Very prompt and transparent. Will be going back if I have a need in the future.

Wasn’t treated with respect and would recommend you look elsewhere for anything big or small. Try next door instead before stopping here

The back bumper of my Prius was damaged. I had taken the car to a different body shop and they could not repair it under the loss value of the car so I randomly called body shops in the Mountain View-Sunnyvale area. I am glad I called Kuykendalls shop.Tracy inspected my car and was able to repair it under the loss value of my car which was a huge savings of time for me. Otherwise I would have had to shop for a new vehicle.I highly recommend Kuykendalls for your body shop needs. Tracy and Sarah at the front desk are the best. They are straight shooters and look out for your interests!

Family Owned and Run!!! ❤ how friendly everyone is and they do a great job to top it off! They found damage on the exterior that Golden West missed, plus they dealt with the insurance company so I didnt have to. Also they were open to a 3rd party pay, if the kid who hits us didnt want to have his insurance hiked up.

Missing attention to detail, poor alignment, poor paint job, returned the car very dirty inside and out, and other details.This guys are not mechanics they just replace parts. Overbearing owner
