In short, its scary looking, but they do good work.My exhaust pipe had a hole in it from driving over something.Called and was told they can get a welder to fix it.The parking is a mess and it got me worried at first.An hour and $100 later, my car was repaired! Thank you!

I brought my 2010 land rover range rover (l322) to this shop for maintenance and repairs. My experience with them are extremely poor, mainly due to below reasons.1. Branden doesnt honor timeline. For example he promised to return my car by Thursday and end up one week late, during that time, he either wont answer phone (Leo did pick up the phone, but cant make progress because Branden isnt there), or say part is not ready or dont have time to work on it, which end up disrupt my plan of using the car.2. Branden is a careless mechanic. I had him replacing air suspension rear cross link valve, which is located behind rear passenger side wheel liner. He called me back 3 days later told me car is throwing error of not leveling and air compressor failure. He said it is coincidence and these parts need replacing. I am suspicious because they were fine before and its exactly where he is working on now. I checked out the car and read the code with my gap iid tool, did some valve testing and found that the rear passenger corner wont inflate or deflate (btw, gap iid tool is really useful!). So its exactly the piece he touched. I end up order a new one ($300 part + shipping, tax and labor) and had another shop replaced it then car works flawlessly.I end up found that there are 3 lines connected to the valve (one from compressor, one to left corner and one to right corner, each has different color), Branden connected these lines wrong, which caused the car to throw error and the pressure from compressor also killed the valve. I was very lucky the car throw error and shut down air suspension module, so no further damage to the compressor and air springs are done. So his carelessness caused me weeks of time and money.3. He is unprofessional and plain rude to me. I had also asked him replacing windshield washer pump, I am glad he forgot about them and didnt touch them at all, and he has never updated the situation nor even mention anything about working on it. He just called me back and yelling for havent paid him yet.Avoid this shop. Will bring to Nick at Exclusive British European in Campbell even I have to drive 15 minutes more.

Great place, great mechanics. Never had any problems. I have been customer for years. Its hard to find mechanics you can trust, especially if you are a woman

I highly recommend this shop. Branden got my 17 RR Evoque up and running quickly and affordably. More importantly, I felt a level of trust with him that is hard to find in auto repair.If you value the comfort of knowing youre not overpaying and getting quality work then this is the shop for you. Ill only go to B&E moving forward.

My and my familys experiences with Branden and his shop have been many and varied with different vehicles and a whole host of issues. Branden is talented, and knowledgeable as well as reasonably priced in comparison to dealership wages and most importantly honest. Its his integrity that keeps me going back time and again with my latest project when I get beyond my limited abilities in my own garage. He also has a good sense of humor and doesnt ridicule me when Im clearly in over my head.

The rear window on my CLK 350 2008 wasnt working. It was early morning and I had to get to work, without much research I dropped my car here. The verdict was directly given that I need to change the whole window regulator and the part will cost 525. Estimated labor was 300. Ended up charging me 900. Paid Brandon trusting him!A few days later I wanted to get my headlights replaced. I had already ordered the aftermarket parts that were needed and it just had to be simply installed (no need to bring the bumper down) he said 2 hours labor. I asked him if I can be there and if he would charge me just for the actual labor cost (if he finished it in under an hour) but he refused it saying that The price is fixed flat rate 150.I wish things could be more transparent and honest! Very disappointed.

Ive been taking my Range Rover Sport here for over a year now, great service. They were able to fix problems that the Redwood City dealership would not resolve.

Branden was a life saver! He fixed my Jaguar XKs swivel headlight issue which I was struggling with for almost a year, buying 3 different headlights that none of them ever worked out.. Very knowledgable, reasonable and quick.

Brandon has been the primary mechanic for my wifes Jaguar and my Mercedes. Prices are reasonable and he is good about timeliness. Would definitely recommend.

Branden and Neil always deal with my insanity, no matter what stupid project I dump in their laps. Currently theyre building my 93 Range Rover to be a reliable long distance off-road cruiser and tossing a supercharged engine in my 73 MGB, but at last count they have played with well over a dozen of my vehicles. Not at all exclusive to British or European cars, either!

I’ve been bringing our vehicles (mostly Honda’s, but also an old Jetta) to Branden for 17 years now. We’ve been able to keep our older gas vehicles on the road for a long time (‘97 CRV, ‘08 Pilot, ‘13 crv, ‘15 Civic Si). He has always been honest and fair ... and doesn’t fix or replace stuff that doesn’t need to done. We will only trust Branden with our vehicles!
