I’ve been coming here for quite a few years, but today was the last straw for me. Nobody working here was wearing masks (even though it is mandated), and when I returned to pick up my car the manager had decided to step out and nobody could find him to finish my transaction. After waiting 30 minutes and still no manager (despite other staff trying to reach him), the mechanic asked if maybe I’d like to pay cash since that was something he could help me with. Luckily I had the needed amount on hand and was able to get on my way. I will be taking my car elsewhere in the future.

The staff is very helpful. Bill is awesome! He is very professional, gives honest, relevant info regarding service and repairs needed. He has taken great care of our vehicles. His attitude and great service has made my wife and two sons comfortable with having their vehicles serviced without worrying about paying for unnecessary repairs. Trust is rare in the automotive service industry but Bill has earned ours! The mechanics perform excellent work and are courteous and take care of your car.

Called in Advance and was asked to come down with vehicle. As I arrived there, they said manager isnt there and made me wait 30 minutes. I wanted to talk to manager beforehand about having a quote and price values, so I have waited there. After 30 minutes, technician asked me to leave the car there and said manager will call me. I reminded that I want to have a quote beforehand, such that I can decide weather to go-ahead and do the repair here. After, an hour I got a call saying they went ahead and pulled the car into shop, performed diagnostics and even the part was ordered. After walking to shop, I was handed over a Quote directly and it was exorbitant. This left me no option, other than pull out my car in between. when I reminded about asking for a quote beforehand doing anything any repair, I was told I was Playing them. Im not sure who played who here. In the end, I have paid 150$ for the diagnostics they went ahead and performed without asking me.

I highly recommend this place! Javier has great customer service and is very attentive and honest. He did the diagnostic gave us the quote for my sisters car and waived the fee after she decided to proceed. We especially liked how he honored the warranty for any work done at another shop (with proof) made us feel comfortable getting the work done. Once the car was ready he offered to get her a ride to the shop from cashier. The kids were sick and she was unable to answer but he continued to call until he got a hold of her. We will definitely be going back!

This is my go to shop right here! They are the only ones that I trust with the repairs on my car. I have been going over here for about 3 years and love the service that Javier and his team perform. They’re very informative and knowledgeable on the work that needs to be done to my car. I normally try to get there when it opens so that way there’s not too many people ahead of me and I can be in and out.

Great mechanic that I really feel I can trust. He helped me with an oil change, inspection, and some fluid work. In comparison to other mechanics, I felt this inspection was, one free with the groupon I had, but also very helpful and thorough. I feel confident in knowing what the actual problems are with my car.As I worked on these, I ultimately felt trustworthy of their advice, their prices were generally competitive or better, they were very smart, and Javier is extremely understanding. I had to stop because of expenses and he made this to not be a tense moment. Hes an extremely personable and kind guy, from my experience.Another plus, I never had to wait forever for help!I recommend them if you need some car help.

Theyve been my auto repair place for years and years for every car we have. Javier and Bud and their team are super! Excellent service! They stand behind their word, and where my previous auto shop did not repair a long term problem, they did! I could go on and on about how great they are, but I dont have all day. Im 56, and theyre the best Ive had my whole life!

I would give them zero star if there is the option. They are liars and treat their customers like trash.I bought a Groupon for oil change and tire rotation at this store. I called them in the morning before I left home, asking them if they are OK with me bringing my own oil and filter. They told me OK. But when I got there, the guy at the front desk kept whining that they wont make money if I use my oil and filter. And they wanted to charge an additional $7.99 which I never got charged before in my last two visits. After waiting for more than 2 hours, they called me saying that they cant get the canister off for the filter change, and they want to charge me $90 if it breaks. I told them the canister costs less than $30 online. Then the guy at the service desk just refused to serve me and asked me to leave. They did not even finish the work on my car. This is so ridiculous!If you want to make money, do it in an honest way. Dont bait your customers and scam them.Save your time and go somewhere else.update: Their district manager Dan called me after 2 days to apologize and offered free oil change to make it up. At least someone from precision auto tune cares about their reputation and customers.

Very poor service. They punctured my tires and did not properly do the service. They were just wanting more money and very poor service. . Dissatisfied and not happy with it. I will never go back to this place and do not recommend going there again.

Ive been a customer here for months now. I appreciate the mechanics here. Because Ive become a regular customer, waiting isnt a problem. They offer free WiFi and the waiting room is pretty cozy.Javier is one of the mechanics there and hes pretty freaking amazing. So far Ive brought 2 cars to him and he takes great care of it. Hes always giving me tips on what to look out for and always giving me second opinion. He compares his prices to others right in front of me and sends me to other great mechanics that can take care of what he cant.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This has become my primary service station. I always feel like the staff are trying to take care of my needs. They offer service suggestions, but dont try to twist my arm about it. The service time estimates have been fairly reliable.

Beware of those guys.They fool around with your car if you dont book additional business!I am now the third person, whom I know it happened to.After an oil change they wanted to offer a brake pad removal for the front for 175$ and spark plugs exchange (1.3hours) for 225$, with way longer working time than any factory dealer would propose.So they adjust your tire pressure without asking. Mine was perfect at 32psi all around and after it was 28 left rear and 36 front right and the tire pressure monitor system went on.Potential additional business for them, but everyone could fix this them self.Will never go there again, and strongly advise not to use.

Javier is wonderful and has proven to show his professionalism multiple times. I recently went in to get an oil change (which by the way is the cheapest in the area) and he has warned me of other issues multiple times. He even gave me a list of other needed requirements in which I said I would do on my own. Being very busy, I never got to it. I had several issues with my car and the total cost was too expensive.He had no intention to sweep my bank account and helped me out with a financial plan to help pay if off. He is a very old fashioned professional (like myself) and we agreed on a payment plan by a handshake of trust. That style shows true care for his customers and doesnt just care about the money in their wallets.I seriously suggest everyone go to Precision Auto Care for any car related requirements.

Every time I come to this place it’s a story to tell, NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN NEITHER DO I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE! Only reason I came here was for the Groupon oil change they told me that I needed to replace my brakes so they did the service and car was still making noise so I went back waiting another 2-3 hours & they still didn’t fix it all they claim that one of there guys didn’t tighten something up. Ended up coming here 5 times. Don’t recommend coming here unless you want your time wasted, Poor customers service & service done wrong.

Horrible service and a bunch of scammers. Dont fall for their friendly behavior. I should of read the reviews before. They start by charging you for services that dont even do anything. Then they have you come back again and again until they finally do what is needed. But at the end of the day you end of paying 2 x the money for the service your really needed... they know how to get money out of people. That is why this is a no go. Mechanics already have a bad rep. This behavior is unacceptable and we must all find that mechanic we can trust. DONT GO THERE!! Keep looking for a different mechanic. I know I am.

Dont go there. They charge me for full synthetic oil change but it got drained only in 2K drive. God knows how much they filled in.

Fast, friendly, top notch service. Even purchased the wrong (conventional) oil change service on Groupon but was still afforded the appropriate discount and service was upgraded to full synthetic for difference in cost, completed in about 40 minutes... easy breezy. Definitely rolling back through for my next service.Note: dont bother with Groupon, theyve already got the same in-house discount for the services offered by Groupon. Save yourself the extra headache.

The price was Okay and the service was okay as well. There reason I made the review 5 starts is that, when they were changing the oil, something broke. They didnt have the original part, so they changed it with something after market. I didnt object to it, but themselves told me they have ordered the original part too, and they changed it out of charge later. (I know you may think it should be the normal procedure, but unfortunately this is not what I have see in auto tuning practice, they try to charge maximum and do minimum lots of time)

1 day after an oil change, I had leaks and hoses that were deliberately cut. If they take 3 hours for an oil change, they are messing with your car. I should have known better than to use a mechanic shop on groupon

Ive taken my car here twice as the shop is near my house, and both times Ive received severely un-satisfactory service. First time was a brake job - needed them to replace front brake lines. Pretty simple but I didnt want to bleed them at home, so I bought in my lines and fluid and asked them to install the lines using the supplied fluid. They did my lines, but didnt use my fluid and charged me for their (probably lower rated) fluid... Also whoever does their brake bleeding should practice BEFORE doing customer cars as the brake feel got worse after upgrading to steel lines from rubber. Second time was just them being lazy - didnt want to align my car because it is too low and its too much work to get it on the lift even though Ive had it done at multiple shops where my car was also too low, but they put some wood blocks under it for a whopping 15 seconds added to the loading and unloading of the lift. Seem to be more interested in making a quick buck than having return customers. Never taking my business here again. Fooled me once, shame on you; Fooled me twice, shame on me; Im not getting fooled again.

I purchased Groupon and called to asked whether there is an additional fee. After the confirming my car and model the receptionist said there is additional 3.95 for oil filter. And i thought ok however after I arrived, the man by the counter said after adding sales tax filter the total would be around $80 for oil change. That is much higher than the market price what is the point of using coupon at this point ? I left. This is a total waste of time.

Got a oil change smog test Everything clean and running well. Their appointments were very timely I didnt have to wait very long.

The guys here are professional and the manager in the front was extremely helpful and respectful.

Its a shame, they took advantage of my GF who only went there for brake replacements. Not only did the brakes feel worse after servicing, they added on multiple services that were extremely random and unnessesary such as a 2 hour spark plug replacement (why the hell?) Oil changes (seriously?) Power steering fluid fees (again why??) Motor oil (dude she just needed brake replacement) fuel injection cleaning (SHE JUST NEEDED BRAKES) air filter replacement (she just got a new one not too long ago the hell??) Etc etc. Be careful of these sheisty people.

THIS IS A NO ENTRY ZONE. Based on the reviews, i am aware that these guys always oversell but was not aware that these guys will force you to buy their oversell. In short - Take it or Leave it. Though i went through the reviews i had no other option as i had to utilize the groupon coupon that i had already bought. Buying a groupon coupon is a trap. I was ok with the standard oil change for my car as i had done earlier but these guys didnt agree to replace standard oil. They said, they dont do standard oil for my car. It will only be Synthetic oil. Now that i have a groupon coupon and these are the only guys in the city who accept that coupon, i found myself in a trap.

Scammers. Overcharge to hell for simple oil change that was advertised to be < $20. Was in for oil change, they charged a lot extra for oil, filter, etc that becomes even more expensive than dealership. Will never visit again.
