The rent here is awful. Its literally more than its legally supposed to be. Not a good neighborhood either. Ruthless people.

What could I say it was my home & job for 28 years. Great place to live & raise your family. The schools are all within walking distance. And there is shopping & dining within walking distance as well. The place is ran like an apartment complex with free maintenance but you get your own detached home with a driveway, yard. Go see why you dont have to rent an apartment you could rent a home instead.

I just rented here. The staff is really nice and the interior of my unit is seriously so spacious and upgraded- really attractive!! All of Sunnyvale is pricey- their rents are comparable to whats out there...but no common walls!!

I give 2 stars because the crew that works here its nice, they are friendly and they are always willing to help. Otherwise i would give -0.The management its something else. when is time to speak to a resident or someone else he shows impresfessionalism and also seems to have an attitude problem

I have no choice for negative marking.. I was stayed 2 yrs and i got lots of bad experience here. No maintenance ... few things to fixed up to inform leasing office but they never came in 2 yrs and they replied its happens so dont complain. Any time they increased rent without you inform even they will not return my deposit.. every time when i call in leasing office they said we are under process but still its i dont receive.

Worst place ever to live, the maintenance staff is full of of workers with not experience at all. The mobile homes are falling apart, interior water leaks as soon starts raining, carpets, toilets, a refrigerator with missing parts and a stove that has a broken oven that is over 20 years old and they dont replace them or fix them. ILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND I DONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY, the rates are same as the high end apartments but these permises are awful INFESTED WITH TERMITES.

Many of the sites list prices that they dont offer. Then, theyll tell you that other people are posting the erroneous prices.. to every site? Come on! Not really an honest first step.. we just left after that.

Very friendly place to live not only for dogs and cats,also good for kids😉, staff is really nice and ALWAYS helpful.
