I went to autozone to get a new battery for my car as my brother or my dad usually help me with all my car needs and James had helped me out this evening super nice and respectful guy and helped me put it in! Its really cold out and that still didn’t stop him from helping me out! Very knowledgeable on any other questions I had for him and came with answers! That guy needs a raise and a praise ! I was on my way into St.Marys in the midst of a cold snow storm and lost a windshield wiper on 151, so I pulled into Auto Zone for a replacement.I was not out of my car for 2 minutes trying to figure out what was wrong and what I needed and a gentleman was at my side offering assistance! We quickly determined that I indeed needed 2 new blades. He and the staff looked up my car and found just what I needed. They sorted through all the extra parts blades come with and expertly assembled them.Within minutes, I felt like my dad was at my side, replacing my windshield wipers and even filling the washer fluid!Thank you so much for your helpfulness!!

Purchased a new Duralast car battery and a complete set of wiper blade refills front and rear. James helped me with the whole transaction including a full installation of both the battery and refills. James was very helpful, friendly and professional and I would recommend Auto Zone and James to help you with all your car needs.

These guys treat me like a shop of mechanic friends in the Army. Good guys and not afraid to send elsewhere if needed for a part they dont have.

Went there to help strangers, find 2 bolts for their alternator. The 2 guys didnt plan on me coming in and knowing more then they did. Fortunately the kid I was helping knew enough to call the dealer and ask what size bolts were needed. Before I even asked him to. Plus when I asked to see the ALT., they came out with one totally different. Plus they became upset when I asked if they knew and or had the ALT. AUTOZONES are usually good but I would not go here unless it was a last resort.

Excellent service. I hardly know where anything is in this store because theyre always offering to get it for me. I went to another AutoZone nearby and they werent able to get my giftcard to work but this store was able to. From now on I will choose this Sun Prairie AutoZone location over the other on east wash hands down.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They are always my first call or stop. The staff always greets you as you enter and asks if they can help with anything. They are great at providing information when diagnosing and prices are fare.

Always seem to have the parts I need..If not they can usually find them at another location.

Being a regular customer at AutoZone I was highly disgusted to find out that my favorite employee, name is Tiffany S was fired because she found her sister dead and took a week and a half off to deal with what happened and also took more time for therapy and doctors appointments to learn to cope. If this is how Autozone treats their employees after suffering a tragic loss in an employees family then AutoZone truly does not have the best interests of the customers in mind. I strongly suggest you make your voice heard and let AutoZone know exactly what you think of what they did to that committed young lady, Tiffany S. Thankyou! I will no longer shop there but I can suggest an even better place to get your auto needs met and the 2 best places who actually treat their employees fantastic is OReilly Auto Store and top on my list is Bumper to Bumper and their affiliates.

Great!!! Called Auto Zone, Eastside Madison, TOTALLY NOT HELPFUL! Called one in Sun Prairie, super helpful, didnt carry what I needed but would order it for me. It came in quickly, they called to let me know it was in, they did everything with the smile in their voice very friendly! Totally recommend them.

Stopped in tonight to pick up a brake light bulb, and they were there to help me find it. And, to top it off, they asked if I wanted them to change it. Excellent service! We will definitely be back!

Great service, awesome hours, and had what we needed!

I’ve shopped here a number of times and consistently have excellent experiences. The prices are reasonable and if something isn’t in stock, they will get the item quickly. The staff are incredibly helpful and always willing to provide some education, directions, advice, or recommendations that don’t come with any pressure or other things you might get at a dealership. They are also able to refer to a dealership if something requires it. Service folks who know both what they can do or know and what they can’t or don’t—to me that is an indication that I’m in good hands. That’s what you get here. They are my “go to” starting point for any car matters.

The staff at this place help us out find the lightblubs we needed for our car, which was way cheaper than getting it from the car dealership. They also help put in our new light into the car. We will definitely be back there to buy other things from them.

These guys got my car literally going again, Stopped in w a bad alternator while my car was left over the weekend.. most mechanics wouldnt touch my car but luckily one of them knew somebody who came and put it in in a half hour.
