Bruce arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Our carpets appeared clean after the work was completed, including removal of wheelchair marks. Our cost was a bit lower than the estimate because one room was smaller than estimated on the phone. One very small red stain remained but this was not cleaned with home spot cleaners either...we had no idea of the cause so no suggestions could help with appropriate cleaning methods.

Clean Green Wisconsin is EXCELLENT. Polite, responsive, and great at what they do. I tried calling other cleaning companies (they were closer to where I live) and I got answering services and high prices. When I called Clean Green, I spoke with an actual person (Bruce) who was able to get me set up with a cleaning appointment within a week. The price was reasonable, and after I saw the quality of their service, I was even more impressed with the price.Eric came out to clean the carpets. I had an 11 am appointment; Eric called me around 10 am to tell me he was running a bit behind. He arrived at 11:05--I appreciate the care they take in keeping their appointments and their customers informed. Eric was really nice, personable and explained everything thoroughly. When I came back later in the afternoon, the carpets looked amazing! We had a lot of pet stains and food stains--theyre gone! There was no chemical smell and the carpets were dry within an hour of Eric leaving. I HIGHLY recommend their services; I will definitely use them again.

They did a fantastic job!! They got dog urine out of the carpet. Carpet was dry after an hour & looked and smelled great! Will definitely use them again! He even said if the smell didn’t come out, they’d come back out at no charge. Highly recommended!!

Quick, friendly, and inexpensive. Had a couch and easy chair cleaned, only took about 45 minutes. One issue is that it took much longer to dry than the one hour they advertised, but thats not really a big deal.

Thanks for making my carpet look like new again. Eric has been cleaning the carpet for a few years now. He is very professional and understands that carpets can take a beating from daily wear and tear.

Eric was great. He called a hour before service and told me when he would be arriving. Upon arrival he looked at the carpet and asked what we would like to have done. Next if we had any questions which was great because, He uses NO WATER.. just a low to no residue solution. I was amazed by that. The machine he uses looks like a buffer but I assure you its not. It actually oscillates and he has a microfiber pad on the bottom, so once the machine starts its process, it basically is wicking everything from the bottom of the carpet, and bringing it to the surface where the pad catches. Depending on the size of rooms and amount of rooms it can take a bit of time. But it was less than a hour he was in and out. Drying time seems about 30 minutes.. - 1 hour.. I would do service with them anytime!

We had Clean Green do a whole house carpet cleaning shortly after moving to our new home. The price was very reasonable and the work was done promptly, professionally, and exceedingly well. Eric also provided good tips about how to maintain the carpet on our own. Small father and son company. Eric (son) was personable efficient, kept us up to date on a delay caused by a previous appointment showing up 30 min late. He guarantees his work, using a process that is nearly dry. He uses a solution that is pet safe and odorless. We had very stained carpets and you could see the tracks where we walked down the hallway and into the rooms.Eric came on time and did a really good job of getting our carpet clean. We live in an apartment and the carpeting is about 10 - 15 years old and had some stains and dirt on it when we moved in.After Eric did his thing, the stains were gone and you have to look really hard to see any of the tracks we left. Not only that, but since he didnt use a lot of water or steam, we were able to move our stuff back in about an hour.I would highly recommend Eric and Clean Green Wisconsin to clean your carpet.
