Sam was a lifesaver! I was in a pickle and needed to move our son at the last minute when his rental company had to back out. Sam was booked but said he would call me if something came in. I never expected he would really remember to call me. He did call me and was so patient with me to work around my schedule to come get the truck! I was so frazzled that I wasn’t paying attention to the return policy. I brought the vehicle back late tonight and then discovered I had a text message from uhaul saying I needed to do a few pics, etc. I was tired and so thankful that I just did whatever it told me to do. To my surprise, my new friend Sam sent me a message telling me I was charged twice and paid twice and that he fixed it for me. What a great guy!!! I love a trustworthy person!! Sam is truly the best. I will forever rent from him as long as he is there. Thank you so much Sam!!!!!!

Sam canceled my reservation because his supplies were higher than Lowes so I wanted to go there so that I could get a military discount, he got upset. This is 2 days before my move. Very rude. Customer service skills are lacking. I would not recommend.

It was pretty seamless to rent the vehicle. Got there in the morning and the truck was ready after doing the expected paperwork. Returning the vehicle after wasnt bad either. Follow several steps and youre done.

These guys are class A hands down. I needed a truck and trailer to tow my broken car back to Massachusetts after a mechanical issue. These guys (Jayquan and partner) went above and beyond on Christmas eve they stayed open late close to 2 hours.They also arranged for me to get from my hotel to their location approximately 20 miles away so myself and my daughter could start the journey home.I was so grateful to have met them and they were a Pleasure to do business with. I would definitely use them again and recommend their location for any of your needs, since they were more than happy to help out in any way. Great job guys !!!

He is a crook! Do not rent from this thief!!! He charged us for “damages” that were there before we rented from him!! Avoid this place at alllll costs!!!! We have a claim with uhaul against him. Avoid avoid avoid avoid at all costs!!! He is a thief and karma will catch up to him!

Very poor service. After I asked why is I so much cheaper online he started an argument then called the cops on me and told them I tried to steal his trailer.

He tried forcing us into paying cash at $183 vs. the $109 we was quoted. Refused to take our card that was in the system for our reservation. Dont go to this guy.
