Was supposed to move today. After the movers hadnt showed up, I called them to find out what happened. Turns out they just forgot to send a team and a truck. Yep, just forgot. After planning everything to be moved on a certain day, Anderson had no problem screwing me and my family over. Then they lied about what had actually happened and tried to blame every one else under the sun except take responsibility for their mess up.Dont use this company. You cant trust them.

Laurie and Dave were the best movers ever. We got lucky. They worked so hard and kept everything organized. I admired the way they worked so well with each other. Their calmness, organization and good communication made the out-of-state move seamless in a stressful time.

The team, led by Thomas (driver) and Meil (packing team), were incredibly professional. They were focused on ensuring my possessions were packed securely so they arrive safely. They calmed my anxieties and accommodated my requests. I’ve moved 5 times in the last 15 years and this has been the best experience by far. I will request Anderson as a preferred moving company in the future, if given the opportunity. Definitely recommend!! Thank you for everything!

Anderson Transfer facilitated my first military move. I was hesitant considering all the horror stories of moving companies not caring for other’s personal belongings, but they were extremely professional and exceeded expectations! Mr. Chuck and his team handled the packing from SC and they were great! They ensured I felt satisfied in my packing before they left and were extremely courteous and friendly. Plus they were early! Mr. Charles and a team from VA handled the unpacking to my house in VA and they were phenomenal. It was a rainy day and they laid a blanket down to limit water in my home. Not one single dent or scratch in my floor or walls. They moved stuff around if I asked. They asked me where I preferred stuff, instead of assuming. Dispatch always answered my calls, so i was always informed of could call if I had a question. Best moving experience!

The requirements for my move kept changing right up to the last minute. When we sold our home, the buyer wanted to purchase a lot of my furniture, which changed my estimate, then we decided to store most of our furniture and move just a few things into an apartment (3rd floor!). Anyway the team at Anderson Transfer were very patient with us and delivered the goods on time and for a very fair price. In about 10 months they will be delivering our stored furniture to a house that we are building now - Im completely confident they will be as efficient and as professional as they were the first time.
