Warning: Jay Patel owns this apartment, but two dishonest women manage the property. I moved in before Jessica Barefoot became the manager. She withheld my deposit claiming damages that occurred before I even moved into the apartment. She never inspected the apartment after Patel purchased the property. She doesnt any idea what was damaged. Furthermore, the prior manager signed my check-in list with damages showing all the damages that she claimed that I did to the apartment.Take pictures before moving in, and have her signed the pictures and the move-in check list. If you lived there prior to 2015, get your filed and check for your check-in list of damages.Also, thoroughly check for mold in building 1215 prior to moving in because they dont make timely repairs, and a few people had mold in their apartment that was never repaired.

Buildings are so cheap, you can hear the people below you stomping.Update: Ive since moved out and they do whatever they can to keep your security deposit.
