Zero in my opinion. I scheduled an appointment and was told same day that I would receive a call when the technician was on his way. The call never came, I called the 1-800 number left on a note on my door and was promptly hung up on. Some of us work for a living and rely on the guaranteed dependability of people we talk to. In my case, it was a lie, and now Im out a $249 diagnostic fee and having to find a new repairman.
Would provide a zero or negative rating, if possible. There is a reason Sears is losing business and closing stores. Recommend never using this service to future potential customers.
